Nehemia 3

Then arose Eliashib the high priest and his brethren the priests, and built the sheep-gate, they, hallowed it, and set up the doors thereof, —even unto the tower of Hammeah, hallowed they it, unto the tower of Hananel;

2 Nnipa a wofi Yeriko kuropɔn no mu toaa wɔn so yɛɛ adwuma wɔ hɔ, na Imri babarima Sakur dii so.

and, at his hand, built, the men of Jericho, —and at his [other] hand built Zaccur, son of Imri.

3 Hasenaa mmabarima na wosii Mpataa Pon no. Wɔyɛɛ ho biribiara. Wɔtotoo mpuran no, sisii apon no, de nkyerewa ne adaban hyehyɛɛ mmeae a ehia.

And, the fish-gate, did the sons of Hassenaah build, —they, laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof;

4 Uria babarima Meremot a ɔyɛ Hakos nena na osiesiee ɔfasu no fa a edi hɔ no. Nʼaboafo ne Berekia babarima Mesulam a ɔyɛ Mesesabel nena na afei Baana babarima Sadok.

and, at their hand, repaired, Meremoth son of Uriah son of Hakkoz, and, at their hand, repaired, Meshullum son of Berechiah son of Meshezabel, —and, at their hand, repaired, Zadok son of Baana;

5 Wɔn a wodi so ne Tekoafo, mmom wɔn mpanyimfo no ampene sɛ wɔbɛboa.

and, at their hand, repaired, the Tekoites, —but, their chiefs, put not their neck into the service of their lords.

6 Paseah babarima Yoiada ne Besodeia babarima Mesulam na wosiesiee Kuropɔn Dedaw Pon no. Wɔtotoo mpuran no, sisii apon no de nkyerewa ne adaban bobɔɔ mu.

And, the old gate, did Joiada son of Paseah, and Meshullam, son of Besodeiah, repair, —they, laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, and the locks thereof, and the bars thereof;

7 Wɔn a wodi wɔn so yɛ Melatia a ofi Gibeon, Yadon a ofi Meronot ne nnipa a wofi Gibeon ne Mispa a ɛyɛ amrado a ɔwɔ Asubɔnten Eufrate agya no atenae.

and, at their hand, repaired, Melatiah the Gibeonite and Jadon the Meronothite, men of Gibeon and of Mizpah, —who pertained to the throne of the pasha Beyond the River;

8 Harhaia babarima Usiel a na ɔyɛ sikadwumfo no na odi so. Ɔno nso dii dwuma wɔ ɔfasu no ho. Hanania a ɔyɛ aduhuamyɛfo no na odi so. Wogyaw Yerusalem fa bi a ekosi Ɔfasu Tɛtrɛɛ no.

at his hand, repaired, Uzziel son of Harhaiah, goldsmiths, and, at his hand, repaired Hananiah son of the perfumers, —and they fortified Jerusalem, as far as the broad wall;

and, at their hand, repaired, Rephaiah son of Hur, ruler of a half-circuit of Jerusalem;

and, at their hand, repaired, Jedaiah son of Harumaph, even over against his own house, —and, at his hand, repaired, Hattush, son of Hashabneiah;

11 Nea odi so ne Harim babarima Malkia ne Pahat-Moab babarima Hasub. Wosiesiee Afononoo Abantenten no de kaa ɔfasu no fa bi ho.

a second length, did Malchijah son of Harim and Hasshub son of Pahath-moab, repair, —also the tower of the ovens;

12 Halohes babarima Salum ne ne mmabea na wosiesiee ɔfa a edi hɔ no. Ɔno na na otua Yerusalem mansin fa a aka no ano.

and, at his hand, repaired, Shallum son of Hallohesh, ruler of a half-circuit of Jerusalem, —he and his daughters.

13 Sanoafo a Hanun da wɔn ano no na wosiesiee Obon Pon no, sisii nʼapon, de nkyerewa bobɔɔ mu, bram no. Afei, wosiesiee ɔfasu no anammɔn apem ne ahannum de kosii Sumina Pon no.

The valley-gate, did Hanun and the inhabitants of Zanoah, repair, —they, built it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, —also a thousand cubits in the wall, as far as the dung-gate.

And, the dung-gate, did Malchijah son of Rechab, ruler of the circuit of Beth-haccherem, repair, —he, built it, and set up the doors thereof, he locks thereof, and the bars thereof.

15 Kol-Hose babarima Salum a na otua Mispa mansin ano no na osiesiee Asuti Pon no. Osiesiee, bɔɔ so, sisii nʼapon na ɔde nkyerewa bobɔɔ mu, bram no. Afei, osiesiee Siloam abura ho fasu a ɛbɛn ɔhene mfikyifuw no. Ɔsan too ɔfasu no kosii atrapoe a esian fi Dawid kuropɔn mu no.

And, the fountain-gate, did Shallun son of Col-hozeh ruler of the circuit of Mizpah, repair, he, built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, —also the wall of the pool of Shelah, by the garden of the king, even as far as the stairs that go down from the city of David;

18 Wɔn a wodi so yɛ ɔno ara ne manfo a na Henadad babarima Binui tua wɔn ano. Ɔno na na otua Keila mansin fa no ano.

after him, repaired, their brethren, Bavvai son of Henadad, —ruler of the [other] half-circuit of Keilah;

19 Wɔn a wodi wɔn so yɛ Yesua babarima Eser a otua Mispa ano no. Wosiesiee ɔfasu no fa bi a ɛne akode adekoradan fapem di nhwɛanim no.

and there repaired at his hand, Ezer son of Jeshua, ruler of Mizpah, a second length, —over against the ascent of the armoury, at the corner;

after him, zealously repaired Baruch son of Zabbai, a second length, —from the corner, unto the opening of the house of Eliashib, the high priest;

21 Uria babarima Meremot a ɔyɛ Hakos nena nso, siesiee ɔfasu no fa bi fi faako a ɛne Eliasib fi pon di nhwɛanim no, de kosii ofi no nkyɛn baabi.

after him, repaired, Meremoth son of Uriah son of Hakkoz, a second length, —from the opening of the house of Eliashib, even unto the end of the house of Eliashib;

from beside the horse-gate, repaired the priests, every one over against his own house;

after him, repaired, Zadok son of Immer, over against his own house, —and, after him, repaired, Shemaiah son of Shecaniah, keeper of the east-gate;

30 Selemia babarima Hanania ne Hanun a ɔyɛ Salaf babarima a ɔto so asia no siesiee ɔfasu no fa bi, na Berekia babarima Mesulam nso too ɔfasu no fa a ɛtoa ne fi so.

after him, repaired, Hananiah son of Shelemiah, and Hanun sixth son of Zalaph, a second length, —after him, repaired, Meshullam son of Berechiah, over against his chamber;

31 Malkia a ɔyɛ sikadwumfo no mu baako siesiee ɔfasu no kosii Asɔredan mu asomfo ne aguadifo fi a Bagua Pon no ne no di nhwɛanim. Afei ɔtoa so kosii abansoro a ɛwɔ twea so hɔ no.

after him, repaired, Malchijah son of Zorphi, as far as the house of the Nethinim, and the traders, —over against the muster-gate, even unto the ascent of the pinnacle;

32 Sikadwumfo a wɔaka no ne aguadifo no siesiee ɔfasu no fii saa twea so hɔ de kosii Nguan Pon no ano.

and, between the ascent of the pinnacle and the sheep-gate, repaired, the goldsmiths, and the traders.
