< Marko 15 >

1 Ade kyee anɔpatutuutu no, asɔfo mpanyin, Yudafo mpanyin, Kyerɛwsɛm no akyerɛkyerɛfo ne agyinatufo hyia dwenee ɔkwan a wɔde Yesu bɛfa so ho. Wɔkyekyeree no de no kɔhyɛɛ Pilato nsa.
And immediately, in the morning, the chief priests having made a consultation with the elders, and scribes, and the whole Sanhedrin, having bound Jesus, led [Him] away, and delivered [Him] to Pilate;
2 Wɔde no duu hɔ no, Pilato bisaa no se, “Wone Yudafo hene no ana?” Yesu buae se, “Mo na muse.”
and Pilate questioned Him, “Are You the King of the Jews?” And He answering said to him, “You say [it].”
3 Asɔfo mpanyin no kaa nsɛm akɛseakɛse guu no so, nanso wanka hwee.
And the chief priests were accusing Him of many things, [but He answered nothing.]
4 Pilato bisaa no bio se, “Enti nsɛm akɛseakɛse a wɔreka gu wo so yi, wonka ho hwee?”
And Pilate again questioned Him, saying, “You do not answer anything? Behold, how many things they testify against You!”
5 Nanso Yesu anka hwee ma ɛyɛɛ Pilato nwonwa.
And Jesus no longer answered anything, so that Pilate wondered.
6 Na ɛyɛ Pilato amanne sɛ, afe biara ogyaa odeduani baako a ɔman no pɛ sɛ wogyaa no ma wɔn no wɔ Twam Afahyɛ mu.
And at every celebration he was releasing to them one prisoner, whomsoever they were asking for;
7 Saa afe no na onipa bi a wɔfrɛ no Baraba ka nnipa bi a wɔsɔre tiaa aban, nam so dii awu no ho wɔ afiase hɔ.
and there was [one] named Barabbas, bound with those making insurrection with him, who had committed murder in the insurrection.
8 Dɔm no kɔɔ Pilato so kɔka kyerɛɛ no se, onyi odeduani baako mma wɔn sɛnea daa ɔyɛ no.
And the multitude having cried out, began to ask for themselves as he was always doing to them,
9 Pilato bisae se, “Minyi ‘Yudafo Hene’ no mma mo ana?”
and Pilate answered them, saying, “Will you [that] I will release to you the King of the Jews?”
10 Efisɛ na wahu sɛ asɔfo mpanyin no de ɔtan na atwa asɛm ato Yesu so esiane din a na wagye no nti.
For he knew that the chief priests had delivered Him up because of envy;
11 Nanso asɔfo mpanyin no tuu dɔm no aso se, sɛ wɔde beyi Yesu de, wɔmpere mma wonyi Baraba.
and the chief priests moved the multitude that he might rather release Barabbas to them.
12 Enti Pilato bisaa wɔn se, “Na sɛ miyi Baraba ma mo a, dɛn na menyɛ saa ɔbarima yi a mofrɛ no mo hene no?”
And Pilate answering, again said to them, “What, then, will you [that] I will do to Him whom you call King of the Jews?”
13 Wɔteɛteɛɛ mu se, “Bɔ no asennua mu!”
And they again cried out, “Crucify Him!”
14 Pilato bisaa wɔn bio se, “Adɛn nti? Bɔne bɛn na wayɛ?” Wɔn nyinaa bɔ gyee so se, “Bɔ no asennua mu!”
And Pilate said to them, “Why—what evil did He do?” And they cried out the more vehemently, “Crucify Him!”
15 Afei Pilato huu sɛ ɔyɛ asɛm no ho hwee a, ɛrenyɛ ye.
And Pilate, resolving to do that which [was] satisfactory to the multitude, released Barabbas to them, and delivered up Jesus—having scourged [Him]—that He might be crucified.
16 Asraafo no de Yesu kɔɔ amrado aban mu hɔ, na wɔfrɛɛ asraafo no nyinaa baa hɔ.
And the soldiers led Him away into the hall, which is [the] Praetorium, and call together the whole band,
17 Wɔhyɛɛ no batakari kɔkɔɔ bi, de nsɔe atenten bi nwenee kyɛw hyɛɛ no.
and clothe Him with purple, and having plaited a garland of thorns, they put [it] on Him,
18 Wofii ase bɔ gyee so, dii ne ho fɛw se, “Yudafo hene, wo nkwa so!”
and began to greet Him, “Hail, King of the Jews!”
19 Wɔde abaa paa nʼapampam, tetee ntasu guu no so, buu no nkotodwe, de dii ne ho fɛw.
And they were striking Him on the head with a reed, and were spitting on Him, and having bent the knee, were prostrating to Him,
20 Wodii ne ho fɛw wiee no, wɔworɔw batakari kɔkɔɔ no, na wɔde ɔno ara nʼatade hyɛɛ no, de no kɔɔ sɛ wɔrekɔbɔ no asennua mu.
and when they [had] mocked Him, they took the purple from off Him, and clothed Him in His own garments, and they led Him forth, that they may crucify Him.
21 Wɔrekɔ no, wohyiaa ɔbarima bi a wɔfrɛ no Simon a ofi Kirene a ɔyɛ Aleksandro ne Rufo agya wɔ ɔkwan so. Wɔhyɛɛ no ma ɔsoaa Yesu asennua no.
And they impress a certain one passing by—Simon, a Cyrenian, coming from the field, the father of Alexander and Rufus—that he may carry His cross,
22 Wɔde Yesu baa baabi a wɔfrɛ hɔ se Golgota, a ne nkyerɛase ne Nitiri so, hɔ.
and they bring Him to the place [called] Golgotha, which is, being interpreted, “Place of [the] Skull”;
23 Ɛhɔ na wɔmaa no nsa nwenweenwen bi sɛ ɔnnom, nanso wannom.
and they were giving Him wine mingled with myrrh to drink, and He did not receive [it].
24 Afei wɔbɔɔ no asennua mu. Eyi akyi, wɔbɔɔ nʼatade no so ntonto.
And having crucified Him, they were dividing His garments, casting a lot on them, what each may take;
25 Ɛbɛyɛ anɔpa nnɔnkron na wɔbɔɔ no asennua mu.
and it was the third hour, and they crucified Him;
26 Asɛm bi a wɔka too no so na wɔkyerɛw taree nʼasennua no atifi ka se, “YUDAFO HENE NO NI.”
and the inscription of His accusation was written above: “THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
27 Da no ara anɔpa, wɔbɔɔ awudifo baanu bi asennua mu kaa Yesu ho. Na ɔbaako sɛn ne nifa so, na ɔbaako nso sɛn ne benkum so.
And they crucify two robbers with Him, one on the right hand and one on His left,
28 Eyi maa nea Kyerɛwsɛm no kae se, “Wɔkan no fraa nnebɔneyɛfo mu” no baa mu.
[[and the Writing was fulfilled that is saying, “And He was numbered with lawless ones.”]]
29 Nnipa a wɔsen faa hɔ no nyinaa wosowosow wɔn ti, dii ne ho fɛw se, “Ei, wo ni? Ɛnyɛ wo na wuse wubetumi abubu asɔredan na wode nnansa asi no?
And those passing by were slandering Him, shaking their heads, and saying, “Ha! The [One] throwing down the temple, and building [it] in three days!
30 Sɛ wuse wo ho yɛ nwonwa a, ɛno de sian fi asennua no so si fam.”
Save Yourself, and come down from the cross!”
31 Saa bere no na asɔfo mpanyin ne Kyerɛwsɛm no akyerɛkyerɛfo no nso atwa ahyia hɔ redi Yesu ho fɛw. Wɔkɔɔ so dii ne ho fɛw se, “Ogye afoforo nanso ontumi nnye ne ho!”
And in like manner also the chief priests, mocking with one another, with the scribes, said, “He saved others; He is not able to save Himself.
32 Wɔkɔɔ so dii ne ho fɛw bio se, “Agyenkwa! Yudafo hene! Sian fi asennua no so si fam, na yennye wo nni!” Awudifo a wɔbɔɔ wɔne Yesu asennua mu no mpo dii ne ho fɛw bi.
The Christ! The King of Israel—let Him come down now from the cross, that we may see and believe”; and those crucified with Him were reproaching Him.
33 Efi owigyinae kɔpem nnɔnabiɛsa no, sum duruu asase no so nyinaa.
And the sixth hour having come, darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour,
34 Yesu de nne kɛse teɛɛ mu se, “Eli, Eli, lama sabaktani?” Ase ne sɛ, “Me Nyankopɔn, Me Nyankopɔn, adɛn nti na woagyaw me?”
and at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a great voice, saying, “Eloi, Eloi, lamma sabachthani?” Which is, being interpreted, “My God, My God, why did You forsake Me?”
35 Wɔn a wogyina hɔ no bi a wɔtee nea ɔkae no kae se, “Muntie sɛ ɔrefrɛ Elia.”
And certain of those standing by, having heard, said, “Behold, He calls Elijah”;
36 Wɔn mu baako tuu mmirika, kɔfaa sapɔw bi de bɔɔ nsa nwenweenwen bi mu de tuaa dua bi ano, de brɛɛ Yesu sɛ ɔnnom. Ɔkae se, “Momma yɛnhwɛ sɛ Elia bɛba abeyi no asi fam ana!”
and one having run, and having filled a sponge with vinegar, having also put [it] on a reed, was giving Him to drink, saying, “Let alone, let us see if Elijah comes to take Him down.”
37 Yesu de nne kɛse teɛɛ mu bio, na ogyaa ne honhom mu wui.
And Jesus having uttered a loud cry, yielded the spirit,
38 Ntama a etwa asɔredan no mu no mu suanee abien fi soro kosii fam.
and the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom,
39 Asraafo ha so panyin a na ogyina hɔ no huu ɔkwan a Yesu faa so wui no, ɔkae se, “Ampa ara, onipa yi yɛ Onyankopɔn Ba!”
and the centurion who was standing opposite Him, having seen that, having so cried out, He yielded the spirit, said, “Truly this Man was [the] Son of God.”
40 Saa bere no na mmea bi gyinagyina akyiri baabi rehwɛ nea ɛrekɔ so. Mmea no bi ne Maria Magdalene, Maria (a ɔyɛ Yakobo Kumaa ne Yosef na), ne Salome.
And there were also women beholding far off, among whom was also Mary the Magdalene, and Mary of James the less, and of Joses, and Salome,
41 Bere a na Yesu wɔ Galilea no, saa mmea yi dii nʼakyi som no. Saa ara nso na na nnipa bi a wodii nʼakyi baa Yerusalem no bi nso wɔ hɔ.
who also, when He was in Galilee, were following Him and were ministering to Him, and many other women who came up with Him to Jerusalem.
42 Eduu anwummere no, esiane sɛ na ade kye a ɛyɛ Homeda no nti,
And now evening having come, seeing it was the Preparation, that is, before Sabbath,
43 baguani nuonyamfo bi a wɔfrɛ no Yosef, a ofi Arimatea a na ɔretwɛn Onyankopɔn ahenni no de akokoduru kɔɔ Pilato hɔ kɔsrɛɛ no se, ɔmfa Yesu amu no mma no.
Joseph of Arimathea, an honorable counselor, who also himself was waiting for the Kingdom of God, came, boldly entered in to Pilate, and asked for the body of Jesus.
44 Bere a Pilato tee sɛ Yesu awu no, wannye anni, enti ɔfrɛɛ Roma asraafo panyin a na ɔhwɛ hɔ no bisaa no.
And Pilate wondered if He were already dead, and having called near the centurion, questioned him if He were long dead,
45 Asraafo panyin no kae se wawu no, Pilato maa Yosef kwan se ɔnkɔfa amu no.
and having known [it] from the centurion, he granted the body to Joseph.
46 Yosef kɔtɔɔ nwera, yii Yesu amu no fii asennua no so, de nwera no kyekyeree no, ɔde no kɔtoo ɔboda bi a wɔatwa mu, pirew ɔbo kɛse bi hinii ano.
And he, having brought fine linen, and having taken Him down, wrapped Him in the linen, and laid Him in a tomb that had been hewn out of a rock, and he rolled a stone to the door of the tomb,
47 Na Maria Magdalene ne Yosef ne na Maria wɔ hɔ bi, na wohuu faako a wɔde Yesu amu no toe.
and Mary the Magdalene, and Mary of Joses, were beholding where He is laid.
