< Marko 13 >

1 Yesu refi asɔredan no mu hɔ no, nʼasuafo no mu baako kae se, “Kyerɛkyerɛfo, adan yi yɛ fɛ papa. Hwɛ sɛnea wɔde abo asiesie afasu no.”
And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith to him, Teacher, see! what stones, and what buildings!
2 Yesu ka kyerɛɛ no se, “Ɛyɛ nokware de, nanso wobedwiriw saa dan yi agu pasaa.”
And Jesus said to him, Seest thou these great buildings? There will not be left one stone upon another, that will not be thrown down.
3 Bere a ɔte Ngo Bepɔw no so a nʼani tua Yerusalem no, Petro, Yakobo, Yohane ne Andrea baa ne nkyɛn bebisaa no se,
And as he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,
4 “Bere bɛn na nea woreka fa asɔredan yi ho no bɛba mu. Na nsɛnkyerɛnne bi bedi kan aba ansa ana?”
Tell us, when will these things be? and what will be the sign when all these things are about to be accomplished?
And Jesus began to say to them, See that no one deceive you.
6 Nnipa bebree de me din bɛba abɛka se wɔne Agyenkwa no, na wɔadaadaa mo mu pii.
Many will come in my name, saying, I am He; and will deceive many.
7 Akokoakoko besisi mmaa nyinaa, nanso ɛnyɛ ɛno ne awiei no ho nsɛnkyerɛnne.
And when ye hear of wars, and rumors of wars, be not troubled; they must come to pass; but not yet is the end.
Eyinom nyinaa bɛyɛ nneɛma a ɛyɛ hu a ɛbɛba no mfiase.
For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; there will be earthquakes in divers places; there will be famines. These things are the beginning of travail-pains.
9 “Nanso sɛ eyinom fi ase sɛ ɛreba a, monhwɛ yiye! Mobɛkɔ ɔhaw akɛse mu. Esiane sɛ mudi mʼakyi nti, wɔbɛtwe mo akɔ asennii; wɔbɛhwe mo wɔ asɔredan mu, na wɔaka nsɛm agu mo so wɔ ahemfo ne mpanyimfo anim. Saa bere no ne bere pa a ɛsɛ sɛ moka Asɛmpa no kyerɛ wɔn.
But do ye take heed to yourselves; they will deliver you up to councils, and ye will be taken into synagogues and beaten; and ye will be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony to them.
10 Na ɛsɛ sɛ Asɛmpa no di kan du ɔman biara so ansa na awiei no aba.
And the glad tidings must first be published to all the nations.
And when they lead you away to deliver you up, be not anxious beforehand as to what ye shall speak; but whatever shall be given you in that hour, that speak; for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Spirit.
12 “Onua beyi onua ama sɛ wonkum no; agyanom nso beyi wɔn mma ama; mma nso beyi wɔn awofo ama sɛ wonkum wɔn.
And brother will deliver up brother to death, and the father his child; and children will rise up against parents, and put them to death.
13 Na esiane sɛ moyɛ me de nti, nnipa nyinaa bɛtan mo. Nanso wɔn a wobegyina pintinn akodu awiei no, wobegye wɔn nkwa.
And ye will be hated by all on account of my name. But he that endureth to the end will be saved.
14 “Enti sɛ muhu akyiwade a ɛbɔ ɔman wɔ asɔredan mu hɔ a, ɔkenkanfo, hwɛ yiye! Wɔn a wɔwɔ Yudea no nguan nkɔ mmepɔw no so.
But when ye see the abomination of desolation standing where it ought not, —let him that readeth understand, —then let those who are in Judaea flee to the mountains;
15 Wɔn a wɔwɔ wɔn afi mu no nguan a wɔnnsan nnkɔ fie hɔ bio nkɔfa biribiara mmfi hɔ.
let not him that is on the house-top go down, nor enter, to take anything out of his house;
16 Wɔn a wɔwɔ mfuw mu no nso nnsan wɔn akyi mmɛfa sika anaa ntama wɔ fie.
and let not him that is in the field turn back to take his garment.
17 Na wɔn a wɔafa afuru ne wɔn a woturu mma saa bere no mu no nnue.
And woe to the women with child, and to those with children at the breast, in those days!
18 Na mommɔ mpae na bere a ɛsɛ sɛ muguan no anyɛ awɔw bere.
And pray that it may not be in winter.
19 Na ahohia a ɛbɛba saa mmere no mu no, efi bere a Onyankopɔn bɔɔ ade no bi nsii da, na bi nso rensi da.
For those days will be a time of distress, such as hath not been from the beginning of the creation which God created until now, nor shall be.
20 “Gye sɛ Awurade twa saa amanehunu no so, anyɛ saa a ɔkra baako koraa rentena ase. Nanso esiane wɔn a wɔayi wɔn no nti, obetwa nna no so.
And if the Lord had not shortened the days, no flesh would have been saved; but for the sake of the chosen whom he chose, he shortened the days.
And then if any one shall say to you, See! here is the Christ; see! there; believe him not.
For false Christs and false prophets will rise up, and will do signs and wonders, to lead astray, if possible, the chosen.
23 Monhwɛ yiye, efisɛ maka biribiara akyerɛ mo!
But do ye take heed! I have told you all beforehand.
24 “Ahohia no akyi no, “‘owia beduru sum, na ɔsram renhyerɛn,
But in those days, after that distress, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give her light;
and the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers that are in the heavens will be shaken.
26 “Na nnipa nyinaa behu me, Agyenkwa no, sɛ mede tumi ne anuonyam nam omununkum mu reba.
And then will they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
27 Na mɛsoma mʼabɔfo akɔ wiase mmaa nyinaa, fi ɔsoro ano akɔka asase ano, na wɔabɛboaboa wɔn a mayi wɔn no ano.
And then will he send forth the angels, and will gather the chosen ones from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
28 “Afei munsua biribi mfi borɔdɔma dua no ho asɛm no mu. Sɛ eyi mman foforo, san yi nhaban foforo a, na ɛkyerɛ sɛ asusow abɛn.
And from the fig-tree learn its parable. When its branch hath now become tender, and putteth forth its leaves, ye know that summer is near.
29 Sɛ muhu sɛ saa nneɛma yi a maka ho asɛm akyerɛ mo yi nyinaa afi ase resisi a, mubehu sɛ me ba a mɛsan aba no abɛn.
So also, when ye see these things coming to pass, know ye that he is near, at the doors.
30 Nokware mise mo sɛ, awo ntoatoaso yi rentwa mu, gye sɛ saa nneɛma yi nyinaa aba mu ansa.
Truly do I say to you, that this generation will not pass away, till all these things take place.
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
32 “Nanso da anaa dɔn ko a awiei no bɛba de, obiara nnim. Ɔsoro abɔfo ne me ankasa mpo nnim. Agya no nko ara na onim.
But that day or hour knoweth no one, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father.
33 Esiane sɛ munnim bere ko a asɛm yi besi nti, munsiesie mo ho. Monwɛn, ntwɛn me ba no.
Take heed, watch; for ye know not when the time is.
34 Me ba no te sɛ ɔbarima bi a otuu kwan kɔɔ ɔman foforo bi so. Ɔrebɛkɔ no, ɔkyɛɛ adwuma maa ne nkoa. Na ɔka kyerɛɛ ne ɔwɛmfo nso se, ɔnwɛn hɔ yiye nkosi sɛ ɔbɛba.
As a man going abroad, having left his house and given authority to his servants, to each one his work, also commanded the porter to watch,
35 “Enti mo nso monwɛn, efisɛ munnim bere ko a ofiwura no bɛba. Ebetumi aba sɛ ɔbɛba anwummere, ɔdasu mu, ahemadakye anaa awia.
so also watch ye; for ye know not when the master of the house is coming, whether at evening, or at midnight, or at the cock-crowing, or in the morning;
36 Sɛ ofu mu ba a, ɛnsɛ sɛ ɔbɛto mo sɛ moadeda.
lest coming suddenly, he find you sleeping.
37 Asɛm a mede agyaw mo ne nnipa nyinaa ni. ‘Monwɛn!’”
And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch.
