< Luka 10 >
1 Eyi akyi no, Yesu yii nʼakyidifo no mu aduɔson somaa wɔn baanu baanu kɔɔ nkurow ne nkuraa a akyiri no ɔbɛkɔ hɔ no so.
After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.
2 Ɔka kyerɛɛ wɔn se, “Otwa adwuma no dɔɔso, nanso adwumayɛfo no sua. Enti monsrɛ adwumawura no na ɔmma adwumayɛfo bebree mmra ne twa adwuma no mu.
Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly [is] great, but the labourers [are] few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
3 Monkɔ, na meresoma mo sɛ nguan akɔ mpataku mu.
Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.
4 Mommfa sika, akwantu kotoku anaa mpaboa; na munnkyia obiara nso a mubehyia no wɔ ɔkwan so.
Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.
5 “Sɛ mokɔ ofi biara mu a, munni kan nkyia ofie hɔfo no se, ‘Asomdwoe nka mo!’
And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace [be] to this house.
6 Na sɛ asomdwoe ba bi wɔ hɔ a, mo asomdwoe bɛba ne so; na sɛ obi a ɔte saa nni hɔ a, mo asomdwoe bɛsan aba mo nkyɛn.
And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.
7 Ofi biara a mokɔ mu no, momma hɔ nyɛ mo atenae; aduan biara a wɔde bɛma mo no, munni efisɛ ɛsɛ sɛ odwumayɛni biara nya nʼadwumayɛ so akatua; munnni atutena wɔ afi mu.
And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.
8 “Na sɛ mokɔ kurow biara mu na wogye mo fɛw so a, aduan biara a wɔde bɛma mo no munni.
And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you:
9 Monsa kurow no mu ayarefo yare, na monka nkyerɛ ɛhɔfo nyinaa se, ‘Onyankopɔn ahenni no abɛn mo.’
And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
10 Nanso sɛ mokɔ kurow biara mu na wɔannye mo fɛw so a monkɔ ne mmɔnten so nkɔpae mu nka se,
But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,
11 ‘Mo kurom ha mfutuma a ɛwɔ yɛn nan ase mpo, yɛreporoporow agu, de atia mo; na mmom munhu pefee sɛ, Onyankopɔn ahenni no abɛn.’
Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
12 Mereka akyerɛ mo se, saa kurow no, asɛm a ɛbɛto wɔn atemmuda no bɛsen nea ɛtoo Sodom no.
But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.
13 “Korasin, due! Betsaida, due! Anwonwade a meyɛɛ wɔ mo mu no, sɛ meyɛɛ wɔ Tiro ne Sidon a, anka ɛhɔfo no de awerɛhow ne ahonu asakra wɔn adwene dedaw.
Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
14 Atemmuda no, asɛm a ɛbɛto wɔn no bɛsen nea ɛbɛto Tiro ne Sidon.
But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you.
15 Na wo Kapernaum, wugye di sɛ wubenya ɔsoro anuonyam? Dabi da, wobɛkɔ asaman. (Hadēs )
And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell. (Hadēs )
16 “Obiara a otie mo no tie me, na nea ɔpo mo no po me, na nea ɔpo me no nso po nea ɔsomaa me no.”
He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.
17 Aduɔson no san de anigye ba bɛbɔɔ amanneɛ se, “Awurade, wo din nti ahonhommɔne mpo abrɛ wɔn ho ase ama yɛn.”
And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.
18 Na ɔka kyerɛɛ wɔn se, “Mihuu sɛ ɔbonsam retew afi ɔsoro sɛ anyinam abɛhwe fam.
And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
19 Mama mo tumi ne ahoɔden a mode betiatia awɔ ne nkekantwɛre ne ɔtamfo no tumi biara a ɔwɔ so na biribiara nso rentumi mo.
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
20 Nanso mommma mo ani nnye sɛ ahonhommɔne brɛ wɔn ho ase ma mo, na mmom, momma mo ani nnye sɛ wɔakyerɛw mo din wɔ ɔsoro.”
Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
21 Saa bere no ara mu na Yesu de Honhom Kronkron mu anigye bɔɔ mpae se, “Agya, ɔsoro ne asase wura, meda wo ase sɛ wode saa nneɛma yi ahintaw wɔn a wosusuw sɛ wɔyɛ anyansafo, na mmom woada nokware no adi akyerɛ wɔn a wɔde ahobrɛase gye wo di sɛ mmofra no. Nanso Agya, wo pɛ mu na woma ɛbaa saa.
In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.
22 “Mʼagya de nneɛma nyinaa ahyɛ me nsa; na obiara nnim Ɔba no, gye Agya no. Saa ara nso na obiara nnim Agya no, gye Ɔba no ne wɔn a Ɔba no bɛda Agya no adi akyerɛ wɔn no.”
All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and [he] to whom the Son will reveal [him.]
23 Ɛkaa ɔne nʼasuafo no, ɔka kyerɛɛ wɔn se, “Nhyira ne aniwa a ehu nea muhu!
And he turned him unto [his] disciples, and said privately, Blessed [are] the eyes which see the things that ye see:
24 Efisɛ adiyifo ne ahene pii pɛe sɛ anka wohu nea muhu yi na wɔte nea mote yi, nanso wɔanhu na wɔante.”
For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen [them]; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard [them.]
25 Mmaranimfo bi pɛɛ sɛ ɔsɔ Yesu hwɛ nti obisaa no se, “Kyerɛkyerɛfo, menyɛ dɛn na manya nkwa a enni awiei?” (aiōnios )
And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? (aiōnios )
26 Yesu nso bisaa no se, “Dɛn na wɔakyerɛw wɔ Mose mmara no mu? Na wote ase dɛn?”
He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
27 Obuaa no se, “Mmara no ka se, ‘Fa wo koma, ne wo kra, ne wʼahoɔden, ne wʼadwene nyinaa dɔ Awurade, wo Nyankopɔn, na dɔ wo yɔnko sɛ wo ho!’”
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
28 Yesu ka kyerɛɛ no se, “Woabua no yiye. Yɛ eyinom na wubenya nkwa.”
And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.
29 Nanso ɔbarima no pɛɛ sɛ ɔkyerɛ sɛ odi mmara no nyinaa so nti, obisaa Yesu se, “Hena ne me yɔnko?”
But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
30 Yesu nso maa no mfatoho bi se, “Da bi, na ɔbarima bi retu kwan afi Yerusalem akɔ Yeriko. Na ɔnam ɔkwan so no, ɔkɔtɔɔ akwamukafo mu na wogyee ne ho nneɛma nyinaa, hwee no, pirapiraa no ma ɔtɔɔ beraw, gyaw no too ɔkwan kyɛn kɔe.
And Jesus answering said, A certain [ man] went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded [him], and departed, leaving [him] half dead.
31 Ankyɛ biara, Yudani sɔfo bi bepuee ne so, nanso ɔman faa nkyɛn kɔe.
And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
32 Saa ara nso na Lewini bi nso bepuee ne so man faa nkyɛn.
And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked [on him], and passed by on the other side.
33 Ankyɛ biara na Samariani bi nso beduu hɔ. Ohuu no no, ɔyɛɛ no mmɔbɔ.
But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion [on him],
34 Ɔkɔkotow ne nkyɛn, hohoroo nʼapirakuru no anim, de aduru guguu mu, kyekyeree. Afei ɔmaa no so de no tenaa nʼafurum so dii aboa no nkyɛn de no kɔɔ ahɔhobea bi hwɛɛ no anadwo mu no nyinaa.
And went to [him], and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
35 Ade kyee no ogyaw ahɔhobea sohwɛfo no sika a ɛbɛso no hwɛ sɛ ɔmfa nhwɛ no. Ɔsan hyɛɛ no bɔ se, ‘Ka foforo biara a wobɛbɔ wɔ ne ho no, mɛba abetua.’
And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave [them] to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.
36 “Afei saa nnipa baasa yi mu hena na ɔyɛɛ ne yɔnko?”
Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?
37 Mmaranimfo no buae se, “Nea ohuu opirafo no mmɔbɔ no.” Yesu ka kyerɛɛ no sɛ, “Wo nso, kɔ na kɔyɛ saa ara.”
And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.
38 Ɛbaa sɛ Yesu ne nʼasuafo rekɔ Yerusalem no, wokoduu akuraa bi ase. Woduu hɔ no, ɔbea bi a wɔfrɛ no Marta de no kɔɔ ne fi.
Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.
39 Marta nuabea bi a wɔfrɛ no Maria tenaa fam wɔ Yesu nkyɛn tiee no.
And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his word.
40 Saa bere no, Marta a nʼani abere reyɛ aduan no baa Yesu nkyɛn bɛka kyerɛɛ no se, “Awurade, mayɛ adwuma abrɛ, nti ka kyerɛ Maria na ommeso mu mma me.”
But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.
41 Awurade buaa no se, “Marta, Marta, wudwinnwen haw wo ho wɔ nneɛma pii ho.
And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
42 Ade baako pɛ na ehia; ɛno na Maria afa no; na wɔrennye mfi ne nsam.”
But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
