3 Mose 8

1 Awurade ka kyerɛɛ Mose se,

And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.

2 “Afei fa Aaron ne ne mmabarima bra Ahyiae Ntamadan no kwan no ano. Wɔmfa wɔn ntade, ɔsra ngo, nantwi ba a wɔde no bɛbɔ bɔne ho afɔre, adwennini abien ne brodo a mmɔkaw nni mu nkɛntɛn abien

Take Aaron and sons his with him and the garments and [the] oil of anointing and - [the] bull of the sin offering and [the] two the rams and [the] basket of unleavened bread.

3 na frɛ Israelfo no nyinaa na wɔmmra hɔ bi.”

And all the congregation assemble to [the] entrance of [the] tent of meeting.

4 Mose yɛɛ sɛnea Awurade hyɛɛ no no, na wohyiaa wɔ Ahyiae Ntamadan kwan no ano.

And he did Moses just as he had commanded Yahweh him and it assembled the congregation to [the] entrance of [the] tent of meeting.

5 Mose ka kyerɛɛ wɔn se, “Ade a merebɛyɛ yi, Awurade na wahyɛ me sɛ menyɛ.”

And he said Moses to the congregation this [is] the word which he has commanded Yahweh to do.

6 Afei, Mose de Aaron ne ne mmabarima no baa anim, na ɔde nsu hohoroo wɔn ho.

And he presented Moses Aaron and sons his and he washed them with water.

7 Ɔde Aaron atade sononko bi a ne mmeamu ka ho ne batakari a asɔfotade a wɔde tam a ɛyɛ fɛ ayɛ nʼabɔso hyɛɛ no.

And he put on him the tunic and he girded him with the sash and he clothed him the robe and he put on him the ephod and he girded him with [the] girdle of the ephod and he girded [the] ephod to him with it.

8 Afei, Mose de adɛbo fam Aaron bo de Urim ne Tumim a ase ne hann ne pɛyɛ no hyɛɛ mu.

And he placed on him the breastpiece and he put into the breastpiece the Urim and the Thummim.

9 Ɔbɔɔ Aaron abotiri kɛse bi a ɛwɔ sika abɔanim sɛnea Awurade hyɛɛ no sɛ ɔnyɛ no ara pɛ.

And he placed the turban on head his and he placed on the turban to [the] front of face his [the] plate of gold [the] crown of holiness just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.

10 Afei, Mose faa ɔsra ngo no de bi petee Ahyiae Ntamadan no ankasa ne biribiara a ɛwɔ mu ho de tew ne nyinaa ho.

And he took Moses [the] oil of anointing and he anointed the tabernacle and all that [was] in it and he set apart as holy them.

And he spattered some of it on the altar seven times and he anointed the altar and all utensils its and the laver and base its to set apart as holy them.

12 Afei, ohwiee ɔsra ngo no guu Aaron tirim de tew ne ho sɛ omfiti nʼadwuma ase.

And he poured some of [the] oil of anointing on [the] head of Aaron and he anointed him to set apart as holy him.

13 Nea edi hɔ ne sɛ, Mose de batakari hyehyɛɛ Aaron mmabarima a nkyekyeremu ne kyɛw ka ho, sɛnea Awurade hyɛɛ no sɛ ɔnyɛ no.

And he presented Moses [the] sons of Aaron and he clothed them tunics and he girded them a sash and he bound on to them headdresses just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.

14 Afei, ɔfaa nantwinini ba sɛ ɔde no rekɔbɔ bɔne ho afɔre. Aaron ne ne mmabarima de wɔn nsa guu aboa no apampam.

And he brought near [the] bull of the sin offering and he leaned Aaron and sons his hands their on [the] head of [the] bull of the sin offering.

15 Mose kum no. Ɔde ne nsateaa baako bɔɔ ne mogya mu de yɛɛ afɔremuka mmɛn nan no ho ne afɔremuka no ankasa ho de tew ho, na ohwiee mogya no nkae no guu afɔremuka no ase de tew ho sɛ mpata.

And he cut [the] throat of [it] and he took Moses the blood and he put [it] on [the] horns of the altar all around with finger his and he cleansed from sin the altar and the blood he poured to [the] base of the altar and he set apart as holy it to make atonement on it.

16 Ɔfaa nʼayamde ho srade ne ne mmerɛbo ho srade ne nʼasaabo abien no ne ɛho srade hyew ne nyinaa wɔ afɔremuka no so.

And he took all the fat which [was] on the entrails and [the] lobe of the liver and [the] two the kidneys and fat their and he made [them] smoke Moses the altar towards.

17 Nanso ɔhyew nantwinini ba no ne ne nwoma ne ne nsono wɔ nsraban no akyi sɛnea Awurade hyɛɛ Mose no.

And the bull and hide its and flesh its and offal its he burned with fire from [the] outside of the camp just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.

18 Afei, ɔde odwennini no maa Awurade sɛ ɔhyew afɔre. Aaron ne ne mmabarima de wɔn nsa guu aboa no apampam.

And he presented [the] ram of the burnt offering and they leaned Aaron and sons his hands their on [the] head of the ram.

19 Na Mose kum no de ne mogya no bi petee afɔremuka no ho nyinaa.

And he cut [the] throat of [it] and he sprinkled Moses the blood on the altar all around.

20 Otwitwaa odwennini no nam na ɔhyew asinasin no a ne ti ne ne srade ka ho.

And the ram he cut in pieces into pieces its and he made smoke Moses the head and the pieces and the suet.

21 Na ɔde nsu hohoroo nʼayamde ne nʼanan no ho hyew no wɔ afɔremuka no so maa ne nyinaa hyew dwerɛbee. Na ɛyɛ ɔhyew afɔre, ehua a ɛsɔ ani, aduan afɔre a wɔbɔ maa Awurade, sɛnea Awurade hyɛɛ Mose no.

And the entrails and the legs he washed with water and he made smoke Moses all the ram the altar towards [was] a burnt offering it to an odor of soothing [was] a fire offering it to Yahweh just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.

22 Afei, Mose de odwennini baako a ɔyɛ asɔfohyɛ dwennini no bae. Aaron ne ne mmabarima de wɔn nsa guu nʼapampam.

And he presented the ram second [the] ram of installation offering and they leaned Aaron and sons his hands their on [the] head of the ram.

And he cut [the] throat of [it] - and he took Moses some of blood its and he put [it] on [the] lobe of [the] ear of Aaron right and on [the] thumb of hand his right and on [the] big toe of foot his right.

24 Ɔde mogya no bi yɛɛ Aaron mmabarima no nso aso nifa ase ne wɔn nsa nifa kokurobeti ne wɔn anan nifa kokurobeti. Ɔde mogya no nkae petee afɔremuka no ho nyinaa.

And he presented [the] sons of Aaron and he put Moses some of the blood on [the] lobe of ear their right and on [the] thumb of hand their right and on [the] big toe of foot their right and he sprinkled Moses the blood on the altar all around.

25 Afei, ɔfaa srade no, ne dua, ne ne mu srade, ne bɔnwoma kotoku, nʼasaabo abien no ne ɛho srade ne ne srɛ nifa no.

And he took the fat and the fat tail and all the fat which [was] on the entrails and [the] lobe of the liver and [the] two the kidneys and fat their and [the] thigh of the right.

26 Na ɔde saa brodo ntrantraa a mmɔkaw nni mu no baako nso ne brodo ntrantraa no baako a wɔde ngo agu so ne brodo ntrantraa baako a wɔfaa ne nyinaa fii kɛntɛn a wɔde besii hɔ wɔ Awurade anim no mu guguu eyinom nyinaa so.

And from [the] basket of unleavened bread which - [was] before Yahweh he took a round perforated bread of unleavened bread one and a round perforated bread of bread of oil one and a thin bread one and he placed [them] on the fat and on [the] thigh of the right.

27 Wɔde eyinom nyinaa hyɛɛ Aaron ne ne mmabarima nsa na wonhim no wɔ Awurade anim sɛ ohim afɔrebɔ.

And he put everything on [the] palms of Aaron and on [the] palms of sons his and he waved them a wave-offering before Yahweh.

28 Mose gyee ne nyinaa fii wɔn nsam hyew no wɔ afɔremuka no so wɔ ɔhyew afɔre no so sɛ asɔfohyɛ afɔrebɔ, ehua a ɛsɔ ani, aduan afɔre a wɔbɔ ma Awurade.

And he took Moses them from on palms their and he made [them] smoke the altar towards on the burnt offering [were] installation offerings they to an odor of soothing [was] a fire offering it to Yahweh.

29 Afei Mose nso faa ne yan no a na ɛyɛ ne kyɛfa wɔ asɔfohyɛ dwennini nam no mu no hinhim wɔ Awurade anim sɛ ohim afɔrebɔ, sɛnea Awurade hyɛɛ no sɛ ɔnyɛ no.

And he took Moses the breast and he waved it a wave-offering before Yahweh from [the] ram of installation offering to Moses it belonged to a portion just as he had commanded Yahweh Moses.

30 Afei ɔfaa ɔsra ngo no ne mogya a ɔde apete afɔremuka no so no bi de petee Aaron ne ne mmabarima ntade mu de tew Aaron ne ne mmabarima ne wɔn ntade ho maa Awurade dwumadi.

And he took Moses some of [the] oil of anointing and some of the blood which [was] on the altar and he spattered [it] on Aaron on garments his and on sons his and on [the] garments of sons his with him and he set apart as holy Aaron garments his and sons his and [the] garments of sons his with him.

31 Mose ka kyerɛɛ Aaron ne ne mmabarima no se, “Monnoa nam no wɔ Ahyiae Ntamadan no kwan ano na momfa nni brodo a ɛwɔ kɛntɛn a asɔfohyɛ afɔrebɔde wɔ mu no sɛnea meka kyerɛɛ mo no.

And he said Moses to Aaron and to sons his boil the meat [the] entrance of [the] tent of meeting and there you will eat it and the bread which [is] in [the] basket of the installation offering just as I commanded saying Aaron and sons his they will eat it.

32 Nam ne brodo biara a ɛbɛka no, monhyew.

And the remainder in the meat and in the bread with fire you will burn.

33 Bio, ɔka kyerɛɛ wɔn se wɔntena Ahyiae Ntamadan no ano nnanson, mfa nwie asɔfohyɛ dwumadi no.

And from [the] entrance of [the] tent of meeting not you must go out seven days until [the] day are completed [the] days of installation your for seven days he will fill hand your.

34 Mose kaa bio se nea ɔyɛɛ no da no nyinaa no, Awurade na ɔhyɛɛ no sɛ ɔnyɛ mfa nyɛ mpata mma wɔn.

Just as someone has done on the day this he has commanded Yahweh to do to make atonement on you.

35 Ɔsan hyɛɛ Aaron ne ne mmabarima no sɛ wɔntena Ahyiae Ntamadan no ano anadwo ne awia nnanson. Ɔka kyerɛɛ wɔn se, ‘Sɛ mufi hɔ a, mubewuwu. Eyi ne asɛm a Awurade aka.’”

And [the] entrance of [the] tent of meeting you will remain by day and night seven days and you will keep [the] duty of Yahweh and not you will die for thus I have been commanded.

36 Enti Aaron ne ne mmabarima dii nsɛm a Awurade nam Mose so hyɛɛ wɔn sɛ wɔnyɛ no nyinaa so.

And he did Aaron and sons his all the things which he had commanded Yahweh by [the] hand of Moses.
