The leaders of the tribe of Levi approached Eleazar the priest, Joshua the son of Nun, and the leaders of the Israelite tribes.
2 Wɔka kyerɛɛ wɔn wɔ Silo a ɛwɔ Kanaan asase so no se, “Awurade hyɛɛ Mose sɛ, ɔmma yɛn nkurow na yɛntena mu ne adidibea mma yɛn anantwi.”
They spoke to them at Shiloh in Canaan, saying, “The Lord gave instructions through Moses to give us towns to live in, and pastures for our flocks.”

So, following the Lord's instructions, the Israelites gave towns and pastures to the Levites from their own allocations.
4 Aaron asefo a na wɔyɛ Kohat abusuamma, na wɔfra Lewi abusuakuw mu no nyaa nkurow dumiɛnsa a na anka ɛyɛ Yuda, Simeon ne Benyamin mmusuakuw no dea.
The lot was cast for the families of the Kothaites. These Levites, descendants of Aaron, were allotted thirteen towns from the tribes of Judah, Simeon, and Benjamin.

The remaining families of the descendants of Kothah were allotted ten towns from the tribes of Ephraim, Dan, and the half-tribe of Manasseh.
6 Gerson abusua no nso, wɔmaa wɔn nkurow dumiɛnsa fii Isakar, Aser, Naftali ne Manase abusuakuw fa no wɔ Basan.
The families of the descendants of Gershon were allotted thirteen towns from the tribes of Issachar, Asher, Naphtali, and the half-tribe of Manasseh living in Bashan.
7 Merari abusua no nyaa nkurow dumien fii Ruben, Gad ne Sebulon mmusuakuw no nkyɛn.
The families of the descendants of Merari were allotted twelve towns from the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and Zebulun.
8 Enti Israelfo no dii Awurade ɔhyɛ nsɛm a ɔde maa Mose no so. Wɔbɔɔ ntonto kronkron, nam so yiyii saa nkurow yi ne adidibea a ɛkeka ho maa Lewifo.
So the Israelites gave the Levites by lot these towns and pastures, as the Lord had instructed through Moses.

They gave from the tribe of Judah and the tribe of Simeon the following towns, specifically named,
10 maa Aaron asefo a wɔfra Kohat abusua mu na ɛka Lewi abusuakuw ho no, efisɛ ntonto kronkron a edi kan no bɔɔ wɔn.
to the families of the Kothaites, descendants of Aaron, of the tribe of Levi, since the first lot fell to them:
11 Kiriat-Arba a (wɔfrɛ no Hebron), a ɛwɔ Yuda bepɔw asase so ne ɛho adidibea. (Arba yɛ Anak tete agya.)
Kiriath-arba (or Hebron), in the hill country of Judah, together with the pastures around it. (Arba was the forefather of Anak.)

But the more distant fields from the town and the villages had been given to Caleb son of Jephunneh to own.

They gave to the descendants of Aaron the priest the following towns and their pastures: Hebron (a sanctuary town for those who accidentally committed murder), Libnah,

Ain, Juttah, and Beth-shemesh—nine towns from these two tribes.
17 Wofi Benyamin abusuakuw mu de saa nkurow yi ne adidibea a atwa ho ahyia no maa asɔfo: Gibeon, Geba,
From the tribe of Benjamin the following four towns and their pastures: Gibeon, Geba,
18 Anatot, Almon—a ɛyɛ nkurow anan.
Anathoth, and Almon.
19 Enti nkurow dumiɛnsa na wɔde maa asɔfo a wɔyɛ Aaron asefo no.
So in total thirteen towns and their pastures were given to the priests, the descendants of Aaron.
20 Kohat abusua nkae a wofi Lewi abusuakuw mu no nso, wɔde saa nkurow yi ne adidibea a efi Efraim abusua nkyɛn maa wɔn:
As for the remaining families of the children of Kothah from the tribe of Levi, they were given by lot four towns and their pastures from the tribe of Ephraim:
21 Sekem, (guankɔbea kuropɔn), Geser.
Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim (a sanctuary town for those who accidentally committed murder), Gezer,
22 Kibsaim ne Bet-Horon, a ɛyɛ nkurow anan.
Kibzaim, and Beth-horon.
23 Saa nkurow ne adidibea yi nso, wɔde maa asɔfo a wofi Dan abusuakuw mu: Elteke ne Gibeton,
From the tribe of Dan, the following four towns and their pastures: Eltekeh, Gibbethon,
24 Ayalon ne Gat-Rimon, ɛyɛ nkurow anan.
Aijalon, and Gath-rimmon.
25 Manase abusuakuw fa no de saa nkurow ne wɔn adidibea maa asɔfo no: Taanak ne Gat-Rimon, ɛyɛ nkurow abien.
From the half-tribe of Manasseh the following two towns and their pastures: Taanach and Gath-rimmon.
26 Enti nkurow du ne wɔn adidibea na wɔde maa Kohat abusua nkae no.
So in total ten towns and their pastures were given to remaining families of the descendants of Kothah.
27 Gerson abusua a wɔyɛ Lewi abusuakuw no fa bi no nso nyaa nkurow abien ne wɔn adidibea fii Manase abusua fa no nkyɛn. Nkurow no ne Golan a ɛwɔ Basan (guankɔbea kuropɔn) ne Beestra.
The families of the descendants of Gershon from the tribe of Levi received the following two towns and their pastures from the half-tribe of Manasseh: Golan in Bashan (a sanctuary town for those who accidentally committed murder), and Be-eshterah.

From the tribe of Issachar the following four towns and their pastures: Kishion, Daberath,
29 Yarmut ne En-Ganim, nkurow anan a wɔn adidibea ka ho.
Jarmuth, and En-gannim.
30 Aser abusuakuw no maa Misal, Abdon,
From the tribe of Asher the following four towns and their pastures: Mishal, Abdon,
31 Helkat ne Rehob, a ɛyɛ nkurow anan a wɔn adidibea ka ho.
Helkath, and Rehob.
32 Naftali abusuakuw no maa wɔn Kedes a ɛwɔ Galilea (guankɔbea kuropɔn), Hamot-Dor ne Kartan nkurow abiɛsa ne wɔn adidibea.
From the tribe of Naphtali the following three towns and their pastures: Kedesh in Galilee (a sanctuary town for those who accidentally committed murder), Hammoth-dor, and Kartan.
33 Enti nkurow dumiɛnsa ne ɛho adidibea na wɔde maa Gerson mmusua no.
So in total thirteen towns and their pastures were allotted to the families of Gershon.
34 Lewifo nkae a wɔyɛ Merari abusua no nyaa saa nkurow yi a efi Sebulon abusuakuw no nkyɛn: Yokneam, Karta,
The families of the descendants of Merari, those remaining from the tribe of Levi, received the following four towns and their pastures from the tribe of Zebulun: Jokneam, Kartah,
35 Dimna ne Nahalal—nkurow anan ne ɛho adidibea.
Dimnah, and Nahalal.
36 Ruben abusuakuw no nso maa wɔn Beser, Yahas,
From the tribe of Reuben the following four towns and their pastures: Bezer, Jahaz,
37 Kedemot ne Mefaat—nkurow anan ne wɔn adidibea.
Kedemoth, and Mephaath.
38 Gad abusuakuw no maa wɔn Ramot a ɛwɔ Gilead (guankɔbea kuropɔn), Mahanaim,
From the tribe of Gad the following four towns and their pastures: Ramoth in Gilead (a sanctuary town for those who accidentally committed murder), Mahanaim,
39 Hesbon ne Yaser, nkurow anan ne ho adidibea.
Heshbon, and Jazer.
40 Enti nkurow dumien na wɔde maa Merari abusua.
So in total twelve towns were allotted to the families of Merari, those remaining from the tribe of Levi.
41 Nkurow dodow ne ɛho adidibea a na ɛwɔ Israelman mu a wɔde maa Lewifo no nyinaa yɛ aduanan awotwe.
The Levites received a total of forty-eight towns and pastures within the land of the Israelites.
42 Na kurow biara wɔ adidibea da ho.
Each of these towns had pastures around them.
43 Enti Awurade de nsase a ɔkaa ho ntam sɛ ɔde bɛma wɔn agyanom no maa Israelfo no, na wodii so nkonim, tenaa hɔ.
And so the Lord gave to the Israelites all the land he had promised their ancestors. They took possession of it and settled there.
44 Na Awurade ma wonyaa ɔhome wɔ afanan nyinaa, sɛnea ɔhyɛɛ wɔn agyanom bɔ no. Wɔn atamfo biara antumi annyina wɔn anim, efisɛ Awurade boaa wɔn ma wodii wɔn atamfo so nkonim.
The Lord gave them peace on every side as he had promised their ancestors. Not a single one of their enemies could stand against them, for the Lord had handed their enemies over to them to defeat.
45 Bɔ pa biara a Awurade hyɛɛ Israel no nyinaa baa mu; emu bi anni huammɔ.
Not a single one of the good things the Lord promised Israel had failed; everything had come true.
