1 Na Suhini Bildad buae se,
Then answered Bildad the Shuchite, and said,
2 “Tumi ne suro wɔ Onyankopɔn; ɔno na ɔhyehyɛ pɛpɛyɛ wɔ ɔsorosoro.
Dominion and dread are with him: he maketh peace in high places.
3 Wobetumi akan nʼakofo ana? Hena na ne hann nhyerɛn wɔ ne so?
Can the number of his hosts be given? and over whom riseth not his light?
4 Ɛno de, ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na ɔdesani betumi ateɛ wɔ Onyankopɔn anim? Ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na nea ɔbea awo no no bɛyɛ kronn?
How then can man be justified with God? or how can be one that is born of woman?
5 Mpo sɛ ɔsram nhyerɛn na nsoromma nyɛ kronn wɔ nʼani so a,
Behold, even as regardeth the moon, that is not bright; yea, the stars are not pure in his eyes.
6 na nkantom onipa a ɔte sɛ nsaammoa, onipa ba a ɔyɛ osunson bi kɛkɛ!”
How much less the mortal, the mere worm? and the son of earth, the mere maggot?
