< Hesekiel 47 >
1 Ɔbarima no de me san baa asɔredan no kwan ano, na mihuu sɛ asu fi asɔredan no abobow ano ase a ɛsen kɔ apuei fam (na asɔredan no ani hwɛ apuei fam). Na asu no sen fii asɔredan no ase wɔ anafo fam; afɔremuka no anafo fam.
He brought me back to the door of the temple; and behold, waters flowed out from under the threshold of the temple eastward, for the front of the temple faced toward the east. The waters came down from underneath, from the right side of the temple, on the south of the altar.
2 Ɔde me fii adi faa atifi fam pon no mu na ɔde me faa mfikyiri baa abɔntenpon a ani hwɛ apuei no, na na asu no sen fi anafo fam.
Then he brought me out by the way of the gate northward, and led me around by the way outside to the outer gate, by the way of the gate that looks toward the east. Behold, waters ran out on the right side.
3 Bere a ɔbarima no rekɔ apuei fam a okura susuhama no, osusuw anammɔn apem ahannum, na afei ɔde me faa nsu a ɛdeda nan ase mu.
When the man went out eastward with the line in his hand, he measured one thousand cubits, and he caused me to pass through the waters, waters that were to the ankles.
4 Osusuw anammɔn apem ahannum bio na ɔde me faa nsu a ɛdeda kotodwe mu. Osusuw anammɔn apem ahannum bio na ɔde me faa nsu a ɛdeda sisi mu.
Again he measured one thousand, and caused me to pass through the waters, waters that were to the knees. Again he measured one thousand, and caused me to pass through waters that were to the waist.
5 Osusuw anammɔn apem ahannum bio na afei na asu no ayɛ asubɔnten a merentumi ntwa, efisɛ na mu dɔ nti, ɛsɛ sɛ woguare asubɔnten a obiara ntumi ntwa.
Afterward he measured one thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass through, for the waters had risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be walked through.
6 Obisaa me se, “Onipa ba wuhu eyi ana?” Afei ɔsan de me baa asubɔnten no konkɔn so.
He said to me, “Son of man, have you seen this?” Then he brought me and caused me to return to the bank of the river.
7 Miduu hɔ no, mihuu nnua bebree wɔ asubɔnten no konkɔn abien no so.
Now when I had returned, behold, on the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.
8 Ɔka kyerɛɛ me se, “Saa asu yi sen kɔ apuei fam kɔbɔ Araba mu na hɔ na ɛbɔ po mu. Faako a ɛbɔ po mu hɔ no na nkyene nni asu no mu.
Then he said to me, “These waters flow out toward the eastern region and will go down into the Arabah. Then they will go toward the sea and flow into the sea which will be made to flow out; and the waters will be healed.
9 Baabiara a asu no sen fa no, abɔde a wɔwɔ nkwa bebree bɛtena hɔ. Mpataa bebree bɛba hɔ efisɛ saa asu no sen fa hɔ na ɛma nsu a ɛyɛ nkyenenkyene no yɛ nsu pa; biribiara yɛ yiye wɔ baabiara a asu no sen fa.
It will happen that every living creature which swarms, in every place where the rivers come, will live. Then there will be a very great multitude of fish; for these waters have come there, and the waters of the sea will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river comes.
10 Apopofo begyinagyina mpoano hɔ; efi En-Gedi kosi En-Eglaim, wobenya baabi ahata wɔn asau. Mpataa no bɛyɛ ahorow bebree te sɛ mpataa a ɛwɔ Po kɛse no mu.
It will happen that fishermen will stand by it. From En Gedi even to En Eglaim will be a place for the spreading of nets. Their fish will be after their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceedingly many.
11 Nanso dontori ne aforɔw no de, ɛbɛtena hɔ saa ara. Wobegyaw hɔ ama adan nkyene.
But its swamps and marshes will not be healed. They will be given up to salt.
12 Nnuaba nnua ahorow benyin wɔ asubɔnten no konkɔn abien no so. Wɔn nhaban rempo, na wɔn abasow renni huammɔ. Wɔbɛsow aba ɔsram biara, efisɛ nsu a efi kronkronbea hɔ no sen kɔ hɔ. Wɔn aba bɛyɛ aduan na wɔde wɔn nhaban asa yare.”
By the river banks, on both sides, will grow every tree for food, whose leaf won’t wither, neither will its fruit fail. It will produce new fruit every month, because its waters issue out of the sanctuary. Its fruit will be for food, and its leaf for healing.”
13 Sɛɛ na Otumfo Awurade se: “Ahye a wobɛtoto de akyekyɛ asase no mu ama Israel mmusuakuw dumien no sɛ agyapade a kyɛfa abien bɛyɛ Yosef dea no ni.
The Lord Yahweh says: “This shall be the border by which you shall divide the land for inheritance according to the twelve tribes of Israel. Joseph shall have two portions.
14 Wobɛkyekyɛ mu pɛpɛɛpɛ ama wɔn. Efisɛ memaa me nsa so kaa ntam sɛ mede bɛma mo agyanom na saa asase yi bɛyɛ mo agyapade.
You shall inherit it, one as well as another; for I swore to give it to your fathers. This land will fall to you for inheritance.
15 “Eyi na ɛbɛyɛ asase no hye: “Atifi fam hye no bɛfa Hetlon kwan so akofi Po kɛse no, atwa mu Lebo Hamat akɔ Sedad,
“This shall be the border of the land: “On the north side, from the great sea, by the way of Hethlon, to the entrance of Zedad;
16 Berota ne Sibraim (a ɛda Damasko ne Hamat hye no ntam), na atoa so akɔ Haser Hatikon a ɛno nso wɔ Hauran hye so.
Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim (which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath), to Hazer Hatticon, which is by the border of Hauran.
17 Ɔhye no befi po no, afa Damasko atifi fam hye so akosi Hasar-Enan na Hamat hye no abɛda atifi fam. Eyi na ɛbɛyɛ atifi fam hye.
The border from the sea shall be Hazar Enon at the border of Damascus; and on the north northward is the border of Hamath. This is the north side.
18 Apuei fam hye no befi Hauran ne Damasko ntam afa Yordan a ɛda Gilead ne Israel asase no ntam, atoa so afa apuei fam po no akosi Tamar. Eyi na ɛbɛyɛ apuei fam hye.”
“The east side, between Hauran, Damascus, Gilead, and the land of Israel, shall be the Jordan; from the north border to the east sea you shall measure. This is the east side.
19 Anafo fam hye no befi Tamar akɔ Meriba Kades nsuwansuwa ho, na atoa so afa Misraim asuwa akosi Po Kɛse no. Eyi na ɛbɛyɛ anafo fam hye.
“The south side southward shall be from Tamar as far as the waters of Meriboth Kadesh, to the brook, to the great sea. This is the south side southward.
20 Atɔe fam no, Po Kɛse no bɛyɛ ɔhye akosi faako a ɛne Lebo Hamat di nhwɛanim. Eyi bɛyɛ atɔe fam hye.
“The west side shall be the great sea, from the south border as far as opposite the entrance of Hamath. This is the west side.
21 “Monkyekyɛ asase yi mma mo ho mo ho, sɛnea Israel mmusuakuw no te.
“So you shall divide this land to yourselves according to the tribes of Israel.
22 Monkyekyɛ mu sɛ agyapade mma mo ho ne ahɔho a wɔte mo mu a wɔwɔ mma. Ɛsɛ sɛ mofa wɔn sɛ nnipa a wɔawo wɔn sɛ Israelfo te sɛ mo ara; ɛsɛ sɛ wonya kyɛfa wɔ Israel mmusuakuw no mu.
You shall divide it by lot for an inheritance to you and to the aliens who live among you, who will father children among you. Then they shall be to you as the native-born among the children of Israel. They shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.
23 Abusuakuw biara a ɔhɔho bi bɛdɔm no, mu na ɛsɛ sɛ wɔma no nʼagyapade,” Otumfo Awurade asɛm ni.
In whatever tribe the stranger lives, there you shall give him his inheritance,” says the Lord Yahweh.
