1 Basabasayɛ yi akyi no, Paulo frɛɛ asuafo no kaa nsɛm de hyɛɛ wɔn nkuran, kraa wɔn fii hɔ kɔɔ Makedonia.
After the tumult had ceased, Paul called the disciples to him, and bade them farewell, and departed, in order to go into Macedonia.
2 Okyinkyin faa amantam no mu, tuu asuafo no fo de hyɛɛ wɔn nkuran. Afei obeduu Hela. Odii hɔ asram abiɛsa.
And when he had gone through those regions, and had exhorted them with many words, he came into Greece.

And having remained there three months, he determined to return through Macedonia, because a plot had been laid for him by the Jews, as he was about to sail to Syria.

And Sopater of Berea, and Aristarchus and Secundus of Thessalonica, and Gaius of Derbe, and Timothy and Tychicus and Trophimus, who were Asiatics, accompanied him to Asia.
5 Saa nnipa yi dii kan kɔtwɛn yɛn wɔ Troa.
These went before, and waited for us at Troas.
6 Yedii Apiti Afahyɛ no wiei no, yefii Filipi, na nnaanum akyi no, yɛkɔtoo wɔn wɔ Troa, dii nnaawɔtwe wɔ hɔ.
But we sailed from Philippi, after the days of unleavened bread, and came to them at Troas in five days, where we remained seven days.
7 Nnaawɔtwe no mu da a edi kan no, yehyiaa mu sɛ anuanom, didii. Esiane sɛ na ade kye a Paulo befi kurow no mu no nti, ɔkasa kyerɛɛ anuanom no kosii ɔdasu mu.
And on the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul discoursed to them, intending to depart on the morrow; and he continued his speech till midnight.
8 Na akanea pii wɔ abansoro dan a wɔahyia wɔ hɔ no mu.
And there were many lamps in the upper room, in which they had met together.
9 Bere a Paulo rekasa no, na aberante bi a wɔfrɛ no Eutiko te mfɛnsere ano retɔ nko. Ɔdaa hatee ma ofii abansoro dan a ɛto so abiɛsa no so bɛhwee fam. Wɔmaa no so no na wawu.
And a certain young man, named Eutychus, was sitting in the window, overpowered with deep sleep: and, as Paul was discoursing a long time, being oppressed with sleep, he fell from the third story, and was taken up dead.
10 Paulo sian baa fam, kobutuw no so, maa no so kae se, “Munnsuro, efisɛ onwuu ɛ!”
But Paul went down, and fell upon him, and embracing him, said: Be not troubled, for his life is in him.
11 Afei ɔsan foro kɔɔ abansoro no so kobubuu brodo ne asuafo no dii. Paulo toaa ne kasa no so kosii adekyee ansa na ɔregyaw wɔn hɔ.
And he went up again, and broke bread, and ate; and having conversed a long time, till daylight, he thus departed.
12 Anuanom no de anigye de aberante a wonyan no no kɔɔ fie.
And they brought the young man alive, and were not a little comforted.
13 Yɛde hyɛn dii kan kɔɔ Aso sɛ yɛrekɔfa Paulo wɔ hɔ, efisɛ na waka akyerɛ yɛn se ɔrefa fam akɔ hɔ.
And we went on before to the ship, and put to sea for Assos, intending to take Paul on board at that place; for he had so directed, intending to go himself on foot.
14 Ɔbɛkaa yɛn ho wɔ Aso na yɛne no toaa so kɔɔ Mitilene.
And when he met us at Assos, we took him on board, and came to Mitylene;
15 Ade kyee no, yekoduu Kio. Ne nnaanu so no yeduu Samo na nʼadekyee no, yekoduu Mileto.
and sailing from that place, we came, on the following day, opposite to Chios; and, on the next day, we arrived at Samos: and after stopping at Trogyllium, we came, on the next day, to Miletus.
16 Esiane sɛ na Paulo ho pere no sɛ onyae a anka obedu Yerusalem akodi Pentekoste Afahyɛ no wɔ hɔ no nti, ɔyɛɛ nʼadwene sɛ ɔrennyina Efeso, sɛnea ɛbɛyɛ a ɔrenkyɛ wɔ Asia.
For Paul had determined to sail past Ephesus, that he might not spend time in Asia; for he hastened, that, if it were possible for him, he might be in Jerusalem on the day of Pentecost.
17 Paulo soma fii Mileto kɔɔ Efeso kɔka kyerɛɛ asafo mpanyimfo no se wonhyia no.
From Miletus he sent to Ephesus, and called the elders of the church.
18 Wɔbae no, ɔka kyerɛɛ wɔn se, “Efi da a edi kan a mebaa Asia no, munim ɔkwan a mefaa so ne mo tenae.
And when they had come to him, he said to them: You know, from the first day on which I came into Asia, how I have been with you during the whole time,
19 Ɛwɔ mu sɛ ɛnam Yudafo no pɔwbɔ so ma mihuu amane bebree de, nanso mede ahobrɛase ne nusu yɛɛ mʼadwuma sɛ Awurade somfo.
serving the Lord with all lowliness of mind, and with tears, and with trials, which came upon me through the plots of the Jews;
20 Munim sɛ bere a na merekyerɛkyerɛ mo wɔ gua mu ne afi mu no, mamfa biribiara a so bɛba mo mfaso no anhintaw mo.
and that I have kept back nothing that was profitable, but have preached to you, and taught you both publicly, and from house to house,
21 Mebɔɔ Yudafo ne amanamanmufo no kɔkɔ sɛ wɔntwe wɔn ho mfi wɔn bɔne ho na wɔmfa wɔn ho mma Onyankopɔn, na wonnye Yesu Kristo nni.
bearing full testimony both to Jews and to Greeks, of the repentance that leads to God, and of the faith that leads to our Lord Jesus Christ.
22 “Afei esiane sɛ Honhom Kronkron ahyɛ me no nti, merekɔ Yerusalem a minnim asɛm a ɛbɛto me wɔ hɔ.
And now, behold, I am going, bound in spirit, to Jerusalem, not knowing what shall befall me there,
23 Nea minim ara ne sɛ kuropɔn biara a mɛkɔ so no, Honhom Kronkron bɔ me kɔkɔ sɛ wɔde me bɛto afiase na mahu amane.
except that in every city the Holy Spirit testifies to me, saying, That bonds and afflictions await me.

But I esteem this a matter of no importance, nor do I hold my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my course with joy, and the ministry that I have received from the Lord Jesus, to bear full testimony to the gospel of the grace of God.
25 “Minim sɛ mo a maka Onyankopɔn ahenni no ho asɛm akyerɛ mo no mu biara renhu me bio.
And now, behold, I know that you all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, will see my face no more.
26 Ɛno nti nnɛ, mereka akyerɛ mo se, sɛ ɛba sɛ mo mu bi yera a, na emfi me.
For this reason I solemnly affirm to you this day, that I am clean from the blood of all men.
27 Efisɛ mamfa Onyankopɔn asɛm no mu biribiara anhintaw mo.
For I have not shunned to declare to you the whole counsel of God.
28 Monhwɛ mo ho so ne nguankuw a Honhom Kronkron de wɔn ahyɛ mo nsa sɛ ahwɛfo no yiye. Monhwɛ wɔn yiye, efisɛ Onyankopɔn de ne Ba no mogya na agye wɔn.
Therefore, take heed to yourselves, and to all the flock over which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, that you be shepherds to the church of God, which he has purchased with his own blood.
29 Minim sɛ me kɔ akyi no, atoro akyerɛkyerɛfo a wɔn ho yɛ hu sɛ mpataku bewura mo mu abɛsɛe mo.
For I know this, that, after my departure, rapacious wolves will enter in among you, who will not spare the flock;
30 Bere bi bɛba a mo mu ebinom bɛsɔre, nam atoro so atwe asuafo no mu bi adi wɔn akyi.
and men will arise from among yourselves, speaking perverse things, that they may draw off disciples after them.
31 Ɛno nti monna mo ho so! Monkae sɛ, mfirihyia abiɛsa a midii wɔ mo nkyɛn no, menam amanehunu ne yaw mu tuu mo fo awia ne anadwo.
Therefore watch, remembering that for three years, by day and by night, I ceased not to warn every one of you with tears.
32 “Afei mede mo hyɛ Onyankopɔn ne ne dom nsɛm a etumi hyɛ mo gyidi den na ɛma munya nʼagyapade a wasiesie ama ahotefo no nsa.
And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace; to Him who is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all the sanctified.
33 Mʼani ammere obi dwetɛ anaa sika anaa ntama.
I have coveted no man’s silver, or gold, or apparel.
34 Mo ara mudi adanse sɛ, me nsa ano adwuma so na menam mehwɛɛ me ho ne wɔn a wɔka me ho no.

In all things I have taught you by example, that by thus laboring, you ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus; for he himself said, It is more blessed to give, than to receive.
36 Paulo kasa wiei no, ɔne wɔn nyinaa buu nkotodwe bɔɔ mpae.
And when he had thus spoken, he kneeled down and prayed with them all.
37 Wɔn nyinaa sui, bam no, maa no nanteyiye.
And they all wept much, and fell on Paul’s neck, and kissed him,
38 Nea ɛyɛɛ wɔn awerɛhow koraa ne asɛm a ɔka kyerɛɛ wɔn se wɔrenhu no bio no. Afei wɔn nyinaa kogyaa no hyɛn no mu.
grieving most of all for the word he had spoken, that they would see his face no more. And they conducted him to the ship.
