< 2 Korintofo 6 >
1 Anuanom a yɛne Onyankopɔn bɔ mu yɛ adwuma, yɛsrɛ mo sɛ Onyankopɔn adom a mo nsa aka no, munnnye no kwa.
As co-workers with him, we beseech you, that you receive not the grace of God in vain:
2 Onyankopɔn se, “Bere a ɛsɛ mu no, mebua wo, na nkwagye da no, mɛboa wo.” Muntie! Dɔnhwerew yi mu na ɛsɛ sɛ munya Onyankopɔn adom, na nnɛ ne nkwagye da no.
(for he says: I have heard thee in an acceptable time, and in the day of salvation I have helped thee. Behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation: )
3 Yɛmpɛ sɛ obiara benya yɛn adwuma ho asɛmmɔne aka, enti yɛmpɛ sɛ yɛde hintidua to obiara kwan mu.
for we put no stumbling-block in any man’s way, in order that this ministry may not be blamed;
4 Biribiara a yɛbɛyɛ no, ɛsɛ sɛ yɛda yɛn ho adi sɛ Onyankopɔn nkoa na yɛde boasetɔ tumi gyina ɔhaw ne amane nyinaa ano.
but in all things we commend ourselves as the ministers of God, in much suffering, in afflictions, in distresses, in straits,
5 Wɔahwe yɛn, wɔde yɛn ato afiase, dɔm baa yɛn so, wɔama yɛayɛ adwuma a ɛboro yɛn so, yɛasi pɛ akyen kɔm.
in stripes, in prisons, in commotions, in labors, in watchings, in fastings;
6 Nanso yɛnam yɛn kronkronyɛ, osuahu, boasetɔ ne ayamye so ada yɛn ho adi sɛ yɛyɛ Onyankopɔn asomfo. Afei yɛnam Honhom Kronkron no so, yɛn nokware dɔ,
by purity, by knowledge, by long forbearance, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by love unfeigned,
7 yɛn nokwasɛm a yɛka ne Onyankopɔn tumi so kyerɛ sɛ yɛyɛ Onyankopɔn asomfo. Trenee ne yɛn akode a yɛde kɔ ɔtamfo so na yɛde bɔ yɛn ho ban nso.
by the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,
8 Sɛ wɔhoahoa yɛn o, sɛ wogu yɛn anim ase o, sɛ wɔyaw yɛn o, sɛ wɔkamfo yɛn o, yɛkɔ so ara som Onyankopɔn. Wobu yɛn sɛ atorofo nanso yɛka nokware.
by honor and dishonor, by evil report, and good report; as impostors, yet truthful;
9 Wɔyɛ wɔn ho sɛnea wonnim yɛn nanso obiara nim yɛn. Yewui, sɛnea muhu no, nanso yɛte ase. Ɛwɔ mu sɛ wɔtwee yɛn aso nanso wɔankum yɛn.
as unknown, yet well-known; as dying, and behold, we live; as chastened, and yet not put to death;
10 Wɔmaa yɛn werɛ howee, nanso yɛn ani gye daa. Yɛsɛ ahiafo, nanso yɛma nnipa bebree nya wɔn ho. Ɛyɛ sɛ yɛn nsam nni hwee, nanso yɛwɔ biribiara.
as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, yet possessing all things.
11 Me nnamfonom a mowɔ Korinto, yɛabue yɛn koma mu aka nokware no akyerɛ mo.
Corinthians, our mouth is opened to you, our heart is enlarged:
12 Yɛmfaa biribiara nhintaw mo wɔ yɛn koma mu, na mo na mode nsɛm ahintaw yɛn wɔ mo koma mu.
you are not straitened in us, but you are straitened in your own affections.
13 Mprempren, mekasa kyerɛ mo sɛ me mma: sɛnea yɛdwene mo ho no, mo nso monnwene yɛn ho saa ara bi. Mommfa biribiara nhintaw yɛn. Mummue mo koma mu!
That you may repay me in like manner, (I speak as to children, ) be you also enlarged.
14 Munnyaa mo ho mma abosonsomfo, efisɛ moyɛ no saa a, ɛnyɛ ye. Ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na nea eye ne nea enye behyia? Ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na hann ne sum atena faako?
Be not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? What communion has light with darkness?
15 Ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na Kristo ne Ɔbonsam adwene ahyia? Dɛn na ogyidini ne nea ɔnyɛ ogyidini wɔ yɛ?
What agreement has Christ with Belial? What connection has a believer with an unbeliever?
16 Ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na Onyankopɔn asɔredan ne ɔbonsam ahoni ayɛ nhyehyɛe? Yɛyɛ Onyankopɔn a ɔte ase no asɔredan sɛnea Onyankopɔn no ankasa aka se, “Mede me nkurɔfo bɛyɛ me fi na matena wɔn mu; mɛyɛ wɔn Nyankopɔn na wɔayɛ me nkurɔfo.”
What has a temple of God in common with one of idols? For you are the temple of the living God, as God has said: I will dwell in them, and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17 Awurade se, “Monkɔ. Mumfi hɔ nkɔ mommfa mo ho nka biribiara a ɛho ntew. Montew mo ho mfi nea ɛho ntew ho na megye mo.
For this reason, come out from among them, and separate yourselves, says the Lord, and touch not an unclean person, and I will receive you;
18 Na, “Mɛyɛ mo Agya, na mobɛyɛ me mmabarima ne me mmabea.” Otumfo Awurade na ose.
and I will be to you a father, and you shall be to me sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.
