< 1 Korintofo 12 >

1 Me nuanom, mempɛ sɛ morenhu nsɛm a ɛfa Honhom Kronkron akyɛde no ho no.
Now concerning the spiritual things, brothers, I do not want you to be ignorant.
2 Munim sɛ bere a na moyɛ abosonsomfo no, moyeraa kwan kɔɔ ahoni a awuwu no nkyɛn.
Ye know that, while Gentiles, ye were being carried away to the voiceless idols, as ye were led.
Therefore I make known to you, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God says, Jesus is accursed, and no man can say, Jesus is Lord, except by the Holy Spirit.
Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit.
5 Akwan ahorow bebree wɔ hɔ a wɔfa so som nanso Awurade koro no ara na wɔsom no.
And there are varieties of services, and the same Lord.
6 Tumi ahorow bebree wɔ hɔ a wɔnam so som, nanso Onyankopɔn koro no ara na ɔma obiara tumi ma ɔde som.
And there are varieties of functions, but it is the same God who works all in all.
7 Honhom Kronkron no nam yɛn mmaako mmaako so da ne ho adi wɔ akwan bi so ma ɛboa yɛn nyinaa.
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each man toward that which is beneficial.
8 Honhom Kronkron no ma obi nyansa na Honhom Kronkron no ara nso ama obi osuahu.
For to one, the word of wisdom is given through the Spirit, and to another, the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit,
to a different man, faith by the same Spirit, and to another, gifts of healings by the same Spirit,
10 Honhom Kronkron no ma obi tumi ma ɔyɛ anwonwade; obi nso, ɔma no tumi ma ɔka Onyankopɔn asɛm; na ɔfoforo nso ɔma no tumi ma ɔkyerɛ nsonoe a ɛda akyɛde a efi Honhom Kronkron no ne nea emfi Honhom Kronkron no mu. Honhom Kronkron no ma obi tumi ma ɔka kasa foforo na ɔma ɔfoforo nso tumi ma ɔkyerɛ kasa foforo no ase.
and to another, workings of miracles, and to another, prophecy, and to another, discerning of spirits, and to a different man, kinds of tongues, and to another, the interpretation of tongues.
But the one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each man individually as it wills.
12 Kristo te sɛ onipadua baako a ɛwɔ akwaa bebree; ɛwɔ mu sɛ ɛwɔ akwaa bebree de, nanso ɛyɛ nipadua koro no ara.
For just as the body is one and has many parts, and all the parts of the body, being many, are one body, so also is the Christ.
13 Wɔnam saa ɔkwan koro no ara so abɔ yɛn Yudafo ne amanamanmufo ne nkoa ne yɛn a yɛde yɛn ho no asu. Wɔnam Honhom Kronkron koro no so abɔ yɛn asu ahyɛ saa onipa koro no ara mu.
For also by one Spirit we are all immersed into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether bondmen or freemen, and we were all made to drink into one Spirit.
14 Onipadua no ankasa nyɛ akwaa baako; ɛyɛ akwaa bebree.
For the body also is not one part, but many.
15 Sɛ nan ka se, “Esiane sɛ menyɛ nsa nti, menka nipadua no ho” a, ɛnyɛ ɛno na ɛremma no nyɛ nipadua no fa bi.
If the foot should say, Because I am not a hand I am not of the body, it is not by this not of the body.
16 Na sɛ aso ka se, “Esiane sɛ menyɛ aniwa nti, menka nipadua no ho” a, ɛnyɛ ɛno na ɛremma no nyɛ nipadua no fa bi.
And if the ear should say, Because I am not an eye I am not of the body, it is not by this not of the body.
17 Na sɛ nipadua no nyinaa yɛ aniwa a, anka ɛbɛyɛ dɛn ate asɛm? Na sɛ ɛyɛ aso a anka ɛbɛyɛ dɛn ahua ade?
If the whole body were an eye, where would be the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where would be the smelling?
18 Sɛnea Onyankopɔn pɛ no no na ɔde akwaa biara sii.
But now God has placed the parts, each one of them, in the body just as he intended.
19 Sɛ nipadua no nyinaa yɛ akwaa koro a, anka nipadua no bɛyɛ dɛn?
And if they were all one part, where would be the body?
20 Sɛnea ɛte no, akwaa gu ahorow, nanso nipadua no yɛ baako pɛ.
But now of course there are many body-parts, but one body.
21 Eyi nti, aniwa ntumi nka nkyerɛ nsa se, “Wo ho nhia me!” Saa ara na eti rentumi nka nkyerɛ nan se, “Wo ho nhia me!”
And the eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of thee, nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
22 Saa ara na yɛrentumi nyɛ biribiara a akwaa a ɛyɛ mmerɛw no nka ho mma ɛnyɛ yiye.
Instead, much more the parts of the body that seem to be more feeble are necessary.
23 Akwaa a yesusuw sɛ enni mu pii no mmom na yɛhwɛ no yiye, na nea ɛnyɛ fɛ wɔ nipadua ho no nso yɛhwɛ no yiye pa ara.
And those things of the body presumed to be without esteem, we place around these more abundant worth. And our unpresentable parts have more abundant propriety,
24 Na akwaa a edi mu no, saa ɔhwɛ no ho nhia no. Onyankopɔn ankasa nam ɔkwan bi so akeka nipadua no asisi anim de ahyɛ akwaa a wommu no no anuonyam.
whereas our presentable parts have no need. Instead, God united the body together, having given more abundant worth to the part that lacks,
25 Enti nkyekyɛmu biara nni nipadua no mu. Akwaa no nyinaa keka wɔn ho wɔn ho bɔ mu.
so that there would be no schisms in the body, but that the parts would have the same care for each other.
26 Sɛ akwaa baako ho ka a, akwaa a aka no nyinaa ho ka bi. Na sɛ wɔkamfo akwaa no bi a, anigye ka akwaa a aka no nyinaa.
And if one part suffers, all the parts suffer together, or one part is honored, all the parts rejoice together.
27 Enti mo nyinaa moyɛ Kristo nipadua. Na mo mu biara yɛ nʼakwaa.
Now ye are the body of Christ, and body-parts individually.
28 Onyankopɔn ahyehyɛ biribiara pɛpɛɛpɛ wɔ asafo no mu: Nea edi kan, asomafo; nea ɛto so abien, adiyifo; nea ɛto so abiɛsa, akyerɛkyerɛfo; afei wɔn a wɔyɛ anwonwade na wɔn a wɔama wɔn tumi de sa yare anaa wɔboa afoforo anaa wɔkyerɛ wɔn kwan anaa wɔka kasa foforo.
And in the church God has placed men who are first apostles, secondly prophets, thirdly teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, kinds of tongues.
29 Wɔn nyinaa nyɛ asomafo anaa adiyifo anaa akyerɛkyerɛfo. Ɛnyɛ wɔn nyinaa na wɔwɔ tumi a wɔde yɛ anwonwade
Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all do miracles?
Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret?
31 Monhwehwɛ akyɛde a ɛbɛboa mo yiye akyi kwan. Mɛkyerɛ mo ɔkwan foforo a eye pa ara.
But be zealous for the better gifts. And yet I show you a more excellent way.
