1 Na wɔde Onyankopɔn Apam Adaka no kosii ntamadan sononko bi a Dawid asiesie mu, na wɔbɔɔ ɔhyew afɔre ne asomdwoe afɔre wɔ Onyankopɔn anim.
And they bring in the Ark of God, and set it up in the midst of the tent that David has stretched out for it, and they bring burnt-offerings and peace-offerings near before God;
2 Dawid wiee no, ohyiraa nkurɔfo no wɔ Awurade din mu.
and David ceases from offering the burnt-offering and the peace-offerings, and blesses the people in the Name of YHWH,
3 Na ɔkyɛɛ Israelfo mmea ne mmarima nyinaa aduan. Obiara nyaa brodo mua, namkum ne bobe aba ɔfam.
and gives a portion to every man of Israel, both man and woman: to each a cake of bread, and a measure of wine, and a grape-cake.
4 Dawid yii saa Lewifo yi sɛ wonni nnipa no anim wɔ ɔsom mu, wɔ Awurade Apam Adaka no anim, na wɔmfa so nsrɛ ne nhyira, na wɔnna Awurade, Israel Nyankopɔn ase na wɔnkamfo no.
And he puts before the Ark of YHWH, those ministering from the Levites, even to make mention of, and to thank, and to give praise to YHWH, God of Israel:
5 Asaf a na ɔda kuw yi ano no bɔɔ kyɛnkyɛn no. Na nʼabediakyirifo yɛ Sakaria a ɔto so abien, afei Yeiel, Semiramot, Yehiel, Matitia, Eliab, Benaia, Obed-Edom ne Yahasiel. Wɔn na wɔbɔɔ mmɛnta ne asankuten.
Asaph the head, and his second Zechariah; Jeiel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Mattithiah, and Eliab, and Benaiah, and Obed-Edom, and Jeiel, with instruments of psalteries, and with harps; and Asaph is sounding with cymbals;
6 Na Asɔfo Benaia ne Yahasiel taa bɔ ntorobɛnto wɔ Onyankopɔn Apam Adaka no anim.
and Benaiah and Jahaziel the priests [are] continually [sounding] with trumpets before the Ark of the Covenant of God.
7 Saa da no, Dawid de saa aseda dwom a ɔde ma Awurade yi maa Asaf ne ne mfɛfo Lewifo:
On that day, at that time, David has given at the beginning to give thanks to YHWH by the hand of Asaph and his brothers:
8 Da Awurade ase na da ne kɛseyɛ adi. Ma wiase nyinaa nhu nea wayɛ.
“Give thanks to YHWH, call on His Name, Make His doings known among the peoples.
9 Monto dwom mma no, monto ayeyi dwom mma no; monka nʼanwonwade no nyinaa.
Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him, Meditate on all His wonders.
10 Monhoahoa mo ho wɔ ne din kronkron mu; momma wɔn a wɔhwehwɛ Awurade no nnya koma mu anigye.
Boast yourselves in His Holy Name, The heart of those seeking YHWH rejoices.
11 Momma mo ani nna Awurade ne nʼahoɔden so; na monhwehwɛ nʼanim bere biara.
Seek YHWH and His strength, Seek His face continually.
12 Monkae anwonwade a wayɛ, ne nsɛnkyerɛnne ne atɛn a obui.
Remember His wonders that He did, His signs, and the judgments of His mouth,
13 Mo Israelmma, Onyankopɔn somfo, Yakob mma a wapaw wɔn.
O seed of Israel, His servant, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones!
14 Ɔyɛ Awurade, yɛn Nyankopɔn; nʼahenni da adi wɔ asase so nyinaa.
He [is] our God YHWH, His judgments [are] in all the earth.
15 Ɔkae nʼapam daa nyinaa, asɛm a ɔhyɛ maa awo ntoantoaso apem no.
Remember His covenant for all time, The word He commanded—To one thousand generations,
16 Eyi ne apam a ɔne Abraham yɛe ne ntam a ɔka kyerɛɛ Isak.
Which He has made with Abraham, And His oath—to Isaac,
17 Ɔhyɛɛ mu den maa Yakob sɛ mmara, de maa Israel sɛ apam a ɛbɛtena hɔ afebɔɔ;
And He establishes it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel [for] a perpetual covenant,
18 “Mede Kanaan asase no bɛma wo sɛ kyɛfa a ɛbɛyɛ wʼagyapade.”
Saying, To you I give the land of Canaan, The portion of your inheritance,
19 Ɔkaa eyi bere a na wɔnnɔɔso, ahɔhokuw ketewa bi a wɔwɔ Kanaan.
When you were few in number, As a little thing, and sojourners in it.
20 Wofii aman so kɔɔ aman so, fii ahemman mu kɔɔ ahemman mu.
And they go up and down, From nation to nation, And from a kingdom to another people.
21 Nanso wamma obi anhyɛ wɔn so; wɔn nti, ɔkaa ahene anim se;
He has not permitted any to oppress them, And reproves kings on their account:
22 “Mommfa mo nsa nka wɔn a masra wɔn ngo, na monnyɛ mʼadiyifo bɔne bi.”
Do not come against My anointed ones, And do no evil against My prophets.
23 Momma asase nyinaa nto dwom mma Awurade! Da biara, mompae mu nka asɛmpa no sɛ ogye nkwa.
Sing to YHWH, all the earth, Proclaim His salvation from day to day.
24 Mommɔ nʼanuonyam nneyɛe ho dawuru wɔ amanaman mu. Monka anwonwade a ɔyɛ nkyerɛ obiara.
Recount His glory among nations, His wonders among all the peoples.
25 Awurade yɛ ɔkɛse! Na nkamfo fata no! Ɛsɛ sɛ wosuro no sen anyame nyinaa.
For great [is] YHWH, and greatly praised, And He [is] fearful above all gods.
26 Aman so anyame nyinaa yɛ ahoni bi kwa, nanso Awurade na ɔbɔɔ ɔsoro!
For all gods of the peoples [are] nothing, And YHWH has made the heavens.
27 Anuonyam ne tumi atwa ne ho ahyia, ahoɔden ne ahoɔfɛ wɔ nʼatenae.
Splendor and majesty [are] before Him, Strength and joy [are] in His place.
28 Momfa mma Awurade, Amanaman mmusuakuw, momfa anuonyam ne tumi mma Awurade.
Ascribe to YHWH, you families of peoples, Ascribe to YHWH glory and strength.
29 Momfa anuonyam a ɛfata mma Awurade! Momfa mo afɔrebɔde mmra mmɛsom no. Monsɔre Awurade wɔ ne hyerɛn kronkron nyinaa mu.
Ascribe to YHWH the glory of His Name, Lift up a present, and come before Him. Bow yourselves to YHWH, In the beauty of holiness.
30 Momma asase nyinaa mpopo wɔ nʼanim. Wɔatim wiase dennen a entumi nhinhim.
Be pained before Him, all the earth; Also, the world is established, It is not moved!
31 Momma ɔsoro ani nnye na asase nsɛpɛw ne ho! Momma aman nyinaa nte sɛ, Awurade yɛ ɔhene.
The heavens rejoice, and the earth is glad, And they say among nations, YHWH has reigned!
32 Momma ɛpo ne nea ɛwɔ mu nyinaa nteɛ mu nkamfo no. Momma mfuw ne wɔn nnɔbae mfa ahosɛpɛw mpue.
The sea roars, and its fullness, The field exults, and all that [is] in it,
33 Momma kwae nnua nnyigyei nyɛ ayeyi Awurade anim! Efisɛ ɔrebebu asase atɛn.
Then trees of the forest sing, From the presence of YHWH, For He has come to judge the earth!
34 Monna Awurade ase, efisɛ oye na nʼadɔe wɔ hɔ daa.
Give thanks to YHWH, for [He is] good, For His kindness [is] for all time,
35 Monteɛteɛ mu se, “Gye yɛn, Ao yɛn nkwagye Onyankopɔn! Boa yɛn ano, na gye yɛn fi amanaman nsam, na yɛatumi ada wo din kronkron ase, na yɛadi ahurusi akamfo wo.”
And say, Save us, O God of our salvation, And gather us, and deliver us from the nations, To give thanks to Your Holy Name, To triumph in Your praise.
36 Ayeyi nka Awurade, Israel Nyankopɔn, emfi mmeresanten nkosi nnasanten. Na nnipa no nyinaa gyee so se, “Amen!” Na wɔkamfoo Awurade.
Blessed [is] YHWH, God of Israel, From age to age”; And all the people say, “Amen,” and have given praise to YHWH.
37 Dawid hyehyɛ maa Asaf ne ne mfɛfo Lewifo no sɛ wɔnsom daa wɔ Awurade Apam Adaka no anim, na wɔnyɛ nea ehia sɛ wɔyɛ no da biara.
And he leaves there [those] of Asaph and of his brothers, before the Ark of the Covenant of YHWH, to minister before the Ark continually, according to the matter of a day in its day;
38 Saa kuw yi mu nnipa ne Obed-Edom (a ɔyɛ Yedutun babarima no), Hosa ne Lewifo aduosia awotwe a wɔyɛ apon ano hwɛfo.
both Obed-Edom and their sixty-eight brothers, and Obed-Edom son of Jeduthun, and Hosah, for gatekeepers;
39 Dawid de ɔsɔfo Sadok ne ne mfɛfo asɔfo tenaa Awurade Ahyiae Ntamadan a ɛwɔ bepɔw Gibeon no, sɛ wɔnsom wɔ Awurade anim wɔ hɔ.
and Zadok the priest, and his brothers the priests, before the Dwelling Place of YHWH, in a high place that [is] in Gibeon,
40 Anɔpa ne anwummere biara, wɔbɔ ɔhyew afɔre wɔ afɔremuka a wɔayi asi hɔ ama saa dwumadi no so. Na wodii biribiara a wɔakyerɛw sɛ Awurade mmara a ɔde ama Israel no so.
to cause burnt-offerings to ascend continually to YHWH on the altar of burnt-offering, morning and evening, and for all that is written in the Law of YHWH that He charged on Israel.
41 Dawid san yii Heman, Yedutun ne afoforo bi a wɔbobɔɔ wɔn din, yiyii wɔn no sɛ wɔnna Awurade ase “Na nʼadɔe no tim hɔ daa.”
And with them [are] Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest of those chosen, who were defined by name, to give thanks to YHWH, for His kindness [is] for all time;
42 Heman ne Yedutun bɔɔ wɔn ntorobɛnto, kyɛnkyɛn ne nnwontode ahorow de gyigyee ayeyi nnwom a wɔto maa Onyankopɔn no ho. Na woyii Yedutun mmabarima ma wɔyɛɛ apon ano hwɛfo.
and with them—Heman and Jeduthun—[are] trumpets and cymbals for those sounding, and instruments of the song of God, and the sons of Jeduthun [are] at the gate.
43 Na nnipa no nyinaa san kɔɔ wɔn afi mu. Dawid nso san kɔɔ ne fi, kohyiraa ne fifo.
And all the people go, each to his house, and David turns around to bless his house.
