1 Müzik şefi için - Korahoğulları'nın mezmuru Ey bütün uluslar, el çırpın! Sevinç çığlıkları atın Tanrı'nın onuruna!

You people all [over the world], clap your hands for joy! Shout joyfully to [praise] God!

2 Ne müthiştir yüce RAB, Bütün dünyanın ulu Kralı.

Yahweh, who is much greater than any other god, is awesome; he is the king who rules over all the world!

3 Halkları altımıza, Ulusları ayaklarımızın dibine serer.

He enabled us to defeat [the armies of] the people-groups [that lived in Canaan].

4 Sevdiği Yakup'un gururu olan mirasımızı O seçti bizim için. (Sela)

He chose for us this land where we now live; we Israeli people [MTY], whom he loves, are proud that we own this land.

5 RAB Tanrı sevinç çığlıkları, Boru sesleri arasında yükseldi.

God has gone up [into his temple]. The people shouted joyfully and blew trumpets as Yahweh went up.

6 Ezgiler sunun Tanrı'ya, ezgiler; Ezgiler sunun Kralımız'a, ezgiler!

Sing songs to praise our God! Sing to praise him [DOU]! Sing to God, our king!

7 Çünkü Tanrı bütün dünyanın kralıdır, Maskil sunun!

God is the one who rules over everything in the world; sing a psalm to him!

8 Tanrı kutsal tahtına oturmuş, Krallık eder uluslara.

God sits on his sacred throne as he rules over the people of [all] ethnic groups.

9 Ulusların önderleri İbrahim'in Tanrısı'nın halkıyla bir araya gelmiş; Çünkü Tanrı'ya aittir yeryüzü kralları. O çok yücedir.

The rulers of those people-groups gather as God’s people, the people [descended] from Abraham, [do]. But God has more power than the weapons/shields [of all the kings] on the earth; (he is greatly honored/people honor him) everywhere.
