1 RAB'be övgüler sunun! RAB'be yeni bir ezgi söyleyin, Sadık kullarının toplantısında O'nu ezgilerle övün!

Hallelujah. Sing unto the Lord a new song, his praise in the congregation of the pious.

2 İsrail Yaratıcısı'nda sevinç bulsun, Siyon halkı Kralları'yla coşsun!

Let Israel rejoice in his Maker: let the children of Zion exult in their King.

3 Dans ederek övgüler sunsunlar O'nun adına, Tef ve lir çalarak O'nu ilahilerle övsünler!

Let them praise his name in the dance: with the timbrel and harp let them sing praises unto him.

4 Çünkü RAB halkından hoşlanır, Alçakgönüllüleri zafer tacıyla süsler.

For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people; he will adorn the meek with salvation.

5 Bu onurla mutlu olsun sadık kulları, Sevinç ezgileri okusunlar yataklarında!

Let the pious be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their couches.

6 Ağızlarında Tanrı'ya yüce övgüler, Ellerinde iki ağızlı kılıçla

The exalted praises of God are in their mouth, and a two-edged sword is in their hand;

7 Uluslardan öç alsınlar, Halkları cezalandırsınlar,

To execute vengeance on the nations, and chastisements on the people:

8 Krallarını zincire, Soylularını prangaya vursunlar!

To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron:

9 Yazılan kararı onlara uygulasınlar! Bütün sadık kulları için onurdur bu. RAB'be övgüler sunun!

To execute upon them the judgment [which is] written: this is an honor for all his pious servants. Hallelujah.
