1 RAB'bi seviyorum, Çünkü O feryadımı duyar.
I rejoice that the LORD hath heard the voice of my supplication,
2 Bana kulak verdiği için, Yaşadığım sürece O'na sesleneceğim.
That he hath inclined his ear to me and heard me; I will call upon him as long as I live.
3 Ölüm iplerine dolaşmıştım, Ölüler diyarının kâbusu yakama yapışmıştı, Sıkıntıya, acıya gömülmüştüm. (Sheol h7585)
The snares of death encompassed me, And the pains of the underworld seized upon me; I found distress and sorrow. (Sheol h7585)
4 O zaman RAB'bi adıyla çağırdım, “Aman, ya RAB, kurtar canımı!” dedim.
Then called I upon the LORD: O LORD! deliver me!
5 RAB lütufkâr ve adildir, Sevecendir Tanrımız.
Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; Yea, our God is merciful.
6 RAB saf insanları korur, Tükendiğim zaman beni kurtardı.
The LORD preserveth the simple; I was brought low, and he helped me.
7 Ey canım, yine huzura kavuş, Çünkü RAB sana iyilik etti.
Return, O my soul! to thy rest! For the LORD hath dealt kindly with thee.
8 Sen, ya RAB, canımı ölümden, Gözlerimi yaştan, Ayaklarımı sürçmekten kurtardın.
For thou hast preserved me from death; Thou hast kept mine eyes from tears, And my feet from falling!
9 Yaşayanların diyarında, RAB'bin huzurunda yürüyeceğim.
I shall walk before the LORD, In the land of the living.
10 İman ettim, “Büyük acı çekiyorum” dediğim zaman bile.
I had trust, although I said, “I am grievously afflicted!”
11 Şaşkınlık içinde, “Bütün insanlar yalancı” dedim.
I said in my distress, “All men are liars.”
12 Ne karşılık verebilirim RAB'be, Bana yaptığı onca iyilik için?
What shall I render to the LORD For all his benefits to me?
13 Kurtuluş sunusu olarak kadeh kaldırıp RAB'bi adıyla çağıracağım.
I will take the cup of salvation, And call upon the name of the LORD;
14 Bütün halkının önünde, RAB'be adadıklarımı yerine getireceğim.
I will pay my vows to the LORD, In the presence of all his people.
15 RAB'bin gözünde değerlidir Sadık kullarının ölümü.
Precious in the eyes of the LORD Is the death of his holy ones.
16 Ya RAB, ben gerçekten senin kulunum; Kulun, hizmetçinin oğluyum, Sen çözdün bağlarımı.
Hear, O LORD! for I am thy servant; I am thy servant, the son of thy handmaid! Thou hast loosed my bonds.
17 Ya RAB, seni adınla çağırıp Şükran kurbanı sunacağım.
I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, And will call upon the name of the LORD.
18 RAB'be adadıklarımı yerine getireceğim Bütün halkının önünde,
I will pay my vows to the LORD In the presence of all his people,
19 RAB'bin Tapınağı'nın avlularında, Senin orta yerinde, ey Yeruşalim! RAB'be övgüler sunun!
In the courts of the house of the LORD, In the midst of thee, O Jerusalem! Praise ye the LORD!
