4 İsrail halkı denileni yaparak RAB'bin Musa'ya buyurduğu gibi onları ordugahın dışına çıkardı.

5 RAB Musa'ya şöyle dedi:

6 “İsrail halkına de ki, ‘Bir erkek ya da kadın, insanın işleyebileceği günahlardan birini işler, RAB'be ihanet ederse o kişi suçlu sayılır.
to speak: speak to(wards) son: descendant/people Israel man or woman for to make from all sin [the] man to/for be unfaithful unfaithfulness in/on/with LORD and be guilty [the] soul: person [the] he/she/it
7 İşlediği günahı itiraf etmeli. Karşılığını, beşte birini üzerine ekleyerek suç işlediği kişiye ödeyecek.

8 Eğer kişinin işlenen suçun karşılığını alacak bir yakını yoksa, suçun karşılığı RAB'be ait olacak. Günahın bağışlanması için sunulan bağışlamalık koçla birlikte suçun karşılığı da kâhine verilecek.

11 RAB Musa'ya şöyle dedi:

12 “İsrail halkına de ki, ‘Eğer bir adamın karısı yoldan çıkar, ona ihanet eder,
to speak: speak to(wards) son: descendant/people Israel and to say to(wards) them man man for to turn aside woman: wife his and be unfaithful in/on/with him unfaithfulness
13 başka bir adamla yatar, kirlendiği halde bu olayı kocasından gizlerse ve tanık olmadığı için kadının yaptığı ortaya çıkmazsa,
and to lie down: have sex man with her semen seed: semen and to conceal from eye man: husband her and to hide and he/she/it to defile and witness nothing in/on/with her and he/she/it not to capture
14 koca karısını kıskanır, ona karşı yüreğinde kuşku uyanırsa, kadın suçluysa ya da suçlu olmadığı halde kocası onu kıskanır, ona karşı yüreğinde kuşku uyanırsa,

18 Kadını RAB'bin önünde durdurduktan sonra onun saçını açacak, anımsatma sunusu, yani kıskançlık sunusunu eline verecek. Kendisi de lanet getiren acı suyu elinde tutacak.
and to stand: stand [the] priest [obj] [the] woman to/for face: before LORD and to neglect [obj] head [the] woman and to give: put upon palm her [obj] offering [the] memorial offering jealousy he/she/it and in/on/with hand [the] priest to be water [the] bitter [the] to curse
19 Sonra kadına ant içirtip şöyle diyecek: Eğer başka bir adam seninle yatmadıysa, kocanla evliyken yoldan çıkıp günah işlemediysen, lanet getiren bu acı su sana zarar vermesin.

20 Ama kocanla evliyken yoldan çıkıp başka biriyle yatarak günah işlediysen

21 –kâhin kadına lanet andı içirtip şöyle diyecek– RAB sana eriyen kalça, şişen karın versin. RAB halkın arasında seni lanetli ve iğrenç duruma düşürsün.

22 Lanet getiren bu su karnına girince karnını şişirsin, kalçanı eritsin. “‘O zaman kadın, Amin, amin, diyecek.
and to come (in): come [the] water [the] to curse [the] these in/on/with belly your to/for to swell belly: womb and to/for to fall: fall thigh and to say [the] woman amen amen
23 “‘Kâhin bu lanetleri bir kitaba yazıp acı suda yıkayacak.
and to write [obj] [the] oath [the] these [the] priest in/on/with scroll: book and to wipe to(wards) water [the] bitter
24 Lanet getiren acı suyu kadına içirecek. Su kadının içine girince acılık verecek.
and to water: drink [obj] [the] woman [obj] water [the] bitter [the] to curse and to come (in): come in/on/with her [the] water [the] to curse to/for bitter
25 Kâhin kadının elinden kıskançlık sunusunu alacak, RAB'bin huzurunda salladıktan sonra sunağa getirecek.
and to take: take [the] priest from hand [the] woman [obj] offering [the] jealousy and to wave [obj] [the] offering to/for face: before LORD and to present: bring [obj] her to(wards) [the] altar
26 Kadının anma payı olarak sunudan bir avuç alıp sunakta yakacak. Sonra kadına suyu içirecek.
and to grasp [the] priest from [the] offering [obj] memorial her and to offer: burn [the] altar [to] and after to water: drink [obj] [the] woman [obj] [the] water
27 Eğer kadın kocasına ihanet etmiş, kendini kirletmişse, lanet getiren suyu içince acı duyacak; karnı şişip kalçası eriyecek. Halkı arasında lanetli olacak.
and to water: drink her [obj] [the] water and to be if to defile and be unfaithful unfaithfulness in/on/with man: husband her and to come (in): come in/on/with her [the] water [the] to curse to/for bitter and to swell belly: womb her and to fall: fall thigh her and to be [the] woman to/for oath in/on/with entrails: among people her
28 Ama kendini kirletmemişse, temizse, zarar görmeyecek, çocuk doğurabilecek.
and if not to defile [the] woman and pure he/she/it and to clear and to sow seed: children
29 “‘Kıskançlık yasası budur. Bir kadın yoldan çıkar, kocasıyla evliyken kendini kirletirse,
this instruction [the] jealousy which to turn aside woman: wife underneath: under man: husband her and to defile
