1 Bundan sonra adam beni tapınağın ana bölümüne götürüp kapı sövelerini ölçtü. Sövelerin genişliği her yandan altı arşındı.
Afterwards he brought me to the temple; and he measured the projecting wall-pillars, six cubits broad on this side, and six cubits broad on that side, according to the breadth of the house.
2 Girişinin genişliği on arşın, her yandan buna bağlı duvarların genişliği beşer arşındı. Ana bölümü de ölçtü. Uzunluğu kırk arşın, genişliği yirmi arşındı.
And the breadth of the door was ten cubits; and the sides of the door were five cubits on this side; and five cubits on that side. Then he measured the length, forty cubits, and the breadth, twenty cubits.
3 Sonra iç odaya gidip girişin sövelerini ölçtü. Her biri iki arşın genişliğindeydi. Girişin genişliği altı arşın, her yandan buna bağlı duvarların genişliği yedi arşındı.
And he went inward, and measured the border of the door, two cubits; and the door, six cubits; and the breadth of the door, seven cubits.
4 Ana bölümün ötesindeki iç odayı ölçtü. Uzunluğu ve genişliği yirmişer arşındı. Adam, “Bu En Kutsal Yer'dir” dedi.
Then he measured twenty cubits in length, and twenty cubits in breadth in the temple, and said to me, This is the most holy place.
5 Tapınağın duvarını ölçtü, kalınlığı altı arşındı. Tapınağın çevresindeki her yan odanın genişliği dört arşındı.
And he measured the wall of the house, six cubits; and the breadth of every side-chamber, four cubits round about, round about the house:
6 Bu yan odalar üç kattı, her katta otuz oda vardı. Tapınağın duvarları boyunca yan odalara destek görevi yapan çıkıntılar vardı. Öyle ki, destekler tapınak duvarlarına girmesin.
And the side-chambers were chamber to chamber, three and thirty times; and they entered into the wall of the house of the side-chambers round about, and were connected with it; but they were not connected with the wall of the house.
7 Tapınağın çevresindeki yan odalar yukarı kata doğru çıktıkça genişliyordu. Tapınağın çevresindeki yapının yukarıya çıkan bir merdiveni vardı. Yukarıya doğru çıkıldıkça yan odalar genişliyordu. Merdivenle alt kattan orta kata, oradan da üst kata çıkılıyordu.
And, the side-chambers became wider upward, having a winding ascent. For the circuit of the house went still upward, round about the house; therefore the greater breadth of the house was upward; and so they ascended from the lowest story to the highest through the middle story.
8 Tapınağın çevresinde yan odaların temelini oluşturan yüksek bir kaldırım gördüm. Uzunluğu bir değnek kadar, yani altı arşındı.
I saw also the height of the house round about; the foundations of the side-chambers were a full reed, six cubits to the knuckles.
9 Yan odaların dış duvarının kalınlığı beş arşındı. Tapınağın yan odaları ile kâhin odaları arasındaki açık alanın genişliği tapınak çevresi boyunca yirmi arşındı.
The thickness of the wall of the side-chambers outward was five cubits, and the space which was left was the place of the side-chambers of the house.
And between the rooms was the breadth of twenty cubits round about the house on every side.
11 Yan odaların girişi açık alana bakıyordu; biri kuzeyde, öbürü güneydeydi. Açık alana bitişik temelin genişliği her yandan beş arşındı.
And the doors of the side-chambers were toward the space that was left, one door toward the north, and another door toward the south; and the breadth of the space that was left was five cubits round about.
12 Tapınağın batısında açık alana bakan bir yapı vardı. Genişliği yetmiş arşındı; duvarının kalınlığı her yandan beş arşın, uzunluğu doksan arşındı.
And the building which was before the separate place, at the side toward the west, was seventy cubits broad; and the wall of the building was five cubits thick round about, and the length thereof was ninety cubits.
13 Bundan sonra adam tapınağı ölçtü. Uzunluğu yüz arşındı. Tapınağın açık alanı, yapı ve duvarları yüz arşın uzunluktaydı.
Then he measured the length of the house, a hundred cubits; and the length of the separate place and the building and the walls thereof, a hundred cubits.
14 Doğuda tapınağın açık alanının tapınağın önüyle birlikte genişliği yüz arşındı.
Also the breadth towards the front of the house and of the separate place toward the east was a hundred cubits.
15 Adam tapınağın arkasındaki açık alana bakan yapının iki yanındaki koridorların uzunluğunu ölçtü; yüz arşındı. Ana bölüm, iç oda, avluya bakan eyvan,
And he measured the length of the building before the separate place, and that which was behind it, and the galleries thereof on this side and on that side, a hundred cubits; and the inner temple, and the porches of the court,
16 kapı eşikleri, kafesli pencereler, eşiğin karşısındaki üç katı çevreleyen koridorlar tabandan pencerelere dek ağaç kaplıydı. Pencereler açılıp kapanabiliyordu.
the thresholds, and the windows that were closed, and the galleries round about the three sides. Over against the threshold was a table of wood round about, from the ground to the windows, and the windows were covered with it;
17 Girişin üstü, iç oda, dışarısı ve bütün iç ve dış duvarlar düzenli aralıklarla
upon the space above every door, and upon the inner house, and without, and upon all the wall round about within and without, according to measure.
18 Keruv ve hurma ağacı motifleriyle kaplıydı. İki Keruv arasında bir hurma ağacı vardı. Her Keruv'un iki yüzü vardı:
And cherubs and palm-trees were made, one palm-tree between two cherubs, and every cherub had two faces;
19 Bir yanda hurma ağacına bakan insan yüzü, öbür yanda hurma ağacına bakan genç aslan yüzü. Tapınak çepeçevre Keruv ve hurma ağacı oymalarıyla bezenmişti.
and the face of a man was toward a palm-tree on one side, and the face of a lion toward a palm-tree on the other side. So was it made upon all the house round about.
20 Tabandan girişin üstündeki bölüme dek ana bölümün duvarları Keruv ve hurma ağacı oymalarıyla kaplıydı.
From the ground to above the door were cherubs and palm-trees made, and on the wall of the temple.
21 Ana bölümün kapı söveleri kare şeklindeydi, En Kutsal Yer'in önündeki kapı söveleri bunlara benziyordu.
The posts of the temple were four-square; and the front of the sanctuary had the same appearance.
22 Üç arşın yüksekliğinde, iki arşın uzunluğunda ağaçtan yapılmış bir sunak vardı. Köşeleri, ayakları, yanları ağaçtandı. Adam bana, “RAB'bin önündeki masa budur” dedi.
The altar was of wood, three cubits high, and two cubits long; and the corners thereof and the base thereof and the walls thereof were of wood. And he said to me, This is the table that standeth before Jehovah.
23 Ana bölümün ve En Kutsal Yer'in çift kanatlı birer kapısı vardı.
And the temple and the sanctuary had two doors.
24 Her kapının iki menteşeli kanadı vardı.
And the two doors had two leaves apiece, two turning leaves; two leaves for one door, and two leaves for the other door.
25 Duvarlara olduğu gibi, ana bölümün kapılarına da Keruv ve hurma ağacı oymaları yapılmıştı. Dışarda, eyvanın önünde ağaçtan bir asma tavan vardı.
And there were made on them, even on the doors of the temple, cherubs and palm-trees, such as were made upon the walls, and a wooden threshold was before the porch without.
26 Eyvanın yan duvarlarındaki kafesli pencerelerin iki yanı hurma ağacı oymalarıyla kaplıydı. Tapınağın yan odalarıyla asma tavanları böyleydi.
And at the closed windows were palm-trees on this side, and on that side, on the sides of the porch, and on the side-chambers of the house, and on the thresholds.
