God, be merciful to us and bless us; be kind to us [IDM],
2 Koeʻuhi ke ʻilo ai ho hala ʻi māmani, mo hoʻo fakamoʻui ʻi he ngaahi puleʻanga kotoa pē.
in order that [everyone in] the world may know what you want them to do, and [the people of] all nations may know that you [have the power to] save [them].
3 Tuku ke fakamālō ʻae kakai kiate koe, ʻE ʻOtua; ke fakamālō kiate koe ʻae kakai kotoa pē.
God, I desire that [all] people-groups [will] praise you; I want them all to praise you!

I desire that [the people of all] nations will be glad and sing joyfully, because you judge the people-groups equally/justly, and you guide [all] nations in the world.
5 Tuku ke fakamālō ʻae kakai kiate koe, ʻE ʻOtua; ke fakamālō kiate koe ʻae kakai kotoa pē.
God, I desire that the people-groups [will] praise you; I want them all to praise you!
6 Pea ʻe toki tuku mai ʻe he fonua hono tupu; pea ko e ʻOtua, ʻio, ko hotau ʻOtua, te ne tāpuaki ʻakitautolu.
Good crops have grown on our land; God, our God, has blessed us.
7 ‌ʻE tāpuaki ʻakitautolu ʻe he ʻOtua; pea ʻe manavahē kiate ia ʻae ngataʻanga kotoa pē ʻo māmani.
[And because] God has blessed us, I desire that all [people] everywhere [MTY] on the earth will revere him.
