Also Jexan gendride Saba and Dadan. Forsothe the sones of Dadan weren Asurym, and Lathusym, and Laomym.
4 Pea ko e ngaahi foha ʻo Mitiani: ko ʻEfaa, mo ʻEfee, mo Henoke, mo ʻApaita, mo Elitaa. Ko e ngaahi fānau eni ʻa Ketula.
And sotheli of Madian was borun Efa, and Ofer, and Enoth, and Abida, and Heldaa; alle these weren the sones of Cethure.

and these ben the names of the sones of Ismael, in her names and generaciouns. The firste gendride of Ismael was Nabaioth, aftirward Cedar, and Abdeel, and Mabsan,
14 Mo Misima, mo Tumaʻā mo Masa:
and Masma, and Duma, and Massa,
15 Ko Hetaʻa, mo Tima, mo Situa, mo Nefisi, mo Kitema.
and Adad, and Thema, and Ithur, and Nafir, and Cedma.
16 Ko e ngaahi foha ia ʻo ʻIsimeʻeli, pea ko honau hingoa ia, ʻi honau ngaahi kolo, ʻi honau ngaahi fale: ko e ʻeiki ʻe toko hongofulu ma toko ua, ʻo fakatatau mo honau ngaahi puleʻanga.
These weren the sones of Ismael, and these weren names by castels and townes of hem, twelue princes of her lynagis.

19 Pea ko e hako eni ʻo ʻAisake ko e foha ʻo ʻEpalahame: naʻe fānau kia ʻEpalahame ʻa ʻAisake.
Also these ben the generaciouns of Ysaac sone of Abraham. Abraham gendride Isaac,
20 Pea naʻe fāngofulu taʻu ʻae motuʻa ʻo ʻAisake, ʻi heʻene maʻu ʻa Lepeka ko hono uaifi, ko e ʻofefine ʻo Petueli, ko e Silia ʻa Petanalami, ko e tuofefine ʻo Lepani ko e Silia.
and whanne Isaac was of fourti yeer, he weddide a wijf, Rebecca, douyter of Batuel, of Sirie of Mesopotanye, the sistir of Laban.
21 Pea naʻe hūfia ʻe ʻAisake hono uaifi kia Sihova, he naʻe paʻa ia; pea tui kiate ia ʻa Sihova, pea feitama hono uaifi ko Lepeka.
And Isaac bisouyte the Lord for his wijf, for sche was bareyn; and the Lord herde him, and yaf conseiuyng to Rebecca.
22 Pea naʻe fengaueʻi ʻae fānau ʻiate ia; pea pehē ʻe ia, “Kapau ʻoku moʻoni, ko e hā ʻoku ou pehē ai?” Pea ʻalu ia ke fehuʻi kia Sihova.
But the litle children weren hurtlid togidre in hir wombe; and sche seide, If it was so to comynge to me, what nede was it to conseyue? And sche yede and axide counsel of the Lord,
23 Pea naʻe pehē ʻe Sihova kiate ia, “ʻOku ai ʻae puleʻanga ʻe ua ʻi ho manāva, pea ʻe mahuʻi mei ho manava ʻae kakai ʻe ua, ʻo taki taha hono anga; pea ʻe mālohi ʻae kakai ʻe taha ki he taha; pea ʻe tauhi ʻe he ʻuluaki ʻae kimui.”
which answerde, and seide, Twei folkis ben in thi wombe, and twei puplis schulen be departid fro thi wombe, and a puple schal ouercome a puple, and the more schal serue the lesse.
24 Pea ʻi heʻene kakato hono ngaahi ʻaho ke fāʻele, pea vakai, naʻe ai ʻae māhanga ʻi hono manāva.
Thanne the tyme of childberyng cam, and lo! twei children weren foundun in hir wombe.
25 Pea fāʻele ʻae ʻuluaki kuo kulokula kotoa pē, ʻo hangē ha kofu fulufulu: pea ne nau ui hono hingoa ko ʻIsoa.
He that yede out first was reed, and al rouy in the manere of a skyn; and his name was clepid Esau.
26 Pea toki fāʻeleʻi hono tehina, pea naʻe puke ʻe hono nima ʻae mui vaʻe ʻo ʻIsoa; pea naʻe ui hono hingoa ko Sēkope; pea naʻe onongofulu taʻu ʻa ʻAisake ʻi he fanauʻi ʻakinaua.
Anoon the tothir yede out, and helde with the hond the heele of the brother; and therfore he clepide him Jacob. Isaac was sixti yeer eeld, whanne the litle children weren borun.
27 Pea tupu ʻae ongo tama: pea naʻe poto ʻa ʻIsoa ʻi he tuli manu, ko e tangata taka ʻuta; ka ko e tangata angamalūʻia ʻa Sēkope, pea naʻe nofo ia ʻi he ngaahi fale fehikitaki.
And whanne thei weren woxun, Esau was maad a man kunnynge of huntyng, and a man erthe tilier; forsothe Jacob was a symple man, and dwellide in tabernaclis.
28 Pea ʻofa ʻa ʻAisake kia ʻIsoa, he naʻa ne kai ʻa ʻene kanoʻi manu, ka naʻe ʻofa ʻa Lepeka kia Sēkope.
Isaac louyde Esau, for he eet of the huntyng of Esau; and Rebecca louyde Jacob.
29 Pea naʻe fei haka ʻa Sēkope; pea haʻu ʻa ʻIsoa mei he vao, pea kuo vaivai ia;
Sotheli Jacob sethide potage; and whanne Esau cam weri fro the feld,
30 Pea pehē ʻe ʻIsoa kia Sēkope, “ʻOku ou kole kiate koe, ke ke fafanga au ʻaki ʻae lū kulokula na, he kuo u vaivai; ko ia naʻe ui ai hono hingoa, ko ʻItomi.”
he seide to Jacob, Yyue thou to me of this reed sething, for Y am ful weri; for which cause his name was clepid Edom.
31 Pea pehēange ʻe Sēkope, Fakatau kiate au he ʻaho ni, ʻae ʻinasi ʻoe ʻuluaki foha.
And Jacob seide to him, Sille to me the riyt of the first gendrid childe.
32 Pea pehē ʻe ʻIsoa, “Vakai, kuo u teitei mate: pea ko e hā hono ʻaonga kiate au ʻoe ʻinasi ʻoe ʻuluaki foha?”
He answerde, Lo! Y die, what schulen the firste gendrid thingis profite to me?
33 Pea pehēange ʻe Sēkope; “Fuakava mai kiate au he ʻaho ni; pea ne fuakava kiate ia:” pea naʻa ne fakatau ʻae ʻinasi ʻoe ʻuluaki foha kia Sēkope.
Jacob seide, therfor swere thou to me. Therfor Esau swoor, and selde the firste gendrid thingis.
34 Pea toki ʻatu ai ʻe Sēkope kia ʻIsoa ʻae mā mo e haka lū; pea kai ia mo inu, pea ne tuʻu hake ʻo ʻalu ʻi hono hala; naʻe pehē ʻae siʻaki ʻe ʻIsoa ʻae ʻinasi ʻoe ʻuluaki foha.
And so whanne he hadde take breed and potage, Esau eet and drank, and yede forth, and chargide litil that he hadde seld the riyt of the firste gendrid child.
