కీర్తనల~ గ్రంథము 82

1 ౧ ఆసాపు కీర్తన దివ్య సమాజంలో దేవుడు నిలబడి ఉన్నాడు. దేవుళ్ళగా చెప్పుకొనేవారు వారి మధ్య ఆయన తీర్పు తీర్చేవాడు.

A PSALM OF ASAPH. God has stood in the congregation of God, He judges among the gods.

2 ౨ ఎంతకాలం మీరు అన్యాయంగా తీర్పు తీరుస్తారు? ఎంతకాలం మీరు దుర్మార్గుల పట్ల పక్షపాతం చూపుతారు? (సెలా)

Until when do you judge perversely? And lift up the face of the wicked? (Selah)

3 ౩ పేదలకు, అనాథలకు న్యాయం చేయండి, అణగారినవాళ్ళ, అనాథల హక్కులను పరిరక్షించండి.

Judge the weak and fatherless, Declare the afflicted and the poor righteous.

4 ౪ పేదలనూ దరిద్రులనూ విడిపించండి. దుర్మార్గుల చేతిలోనుంచి వాళ్ళను తప్పించండి.

Let the weak and needy escape, Deliver them from the hand of the wicked.

5 ౫ వాళ్లకు తెలివి లేదు, అర్థం చేసుకోలేరు. వాళ్ళు చీకట్లో తిరుగుతుంటారు. భూమి పునాదులన్నీ చితికి పోతున్నాయి.

They did not know, nor do they understand, They habitually walk in darkness, All the foundations of earth are moved.

6 ౬ మీరు దేవుళ్ళు, మీరంతా సర్వోన్నతుని కుమారులు, అని నేను అన్నాను.

I have said, “You [are] gods, And sons of the Most High—all of you,

7 ౭ అయినా ఇతరుల్లాగే మీరూ చనిపోతారు అధికారుల్లోని ఒకరిలాగా కూలిపోతారు.

But you die as man, and you fall as one of the heads.”

8 ౮ దేవా, లేచి భూమికి తీర్పు తీర్చు. నువ్వు రాజ్యాలన్నిటినీ వారసత్వంగా పొందుతావు.

Rise, O God, judge the earth, For You have inheritance among all the nations!
