కీర్తనల~ గ్రంథము 81

1 ౧ ప్రధాన సంగీతకారుని కోసం, గిత్తీతు రాగంతో పాడేది. ఆసాపు కీర్తన. మనకు బలం అయిన దేవునికి బిగ్గరగా పాడండి, యాకోబు దేవునికి ఉత్సాహంగా కేకలు వేయండి.

[For the Chief Musician. On an instrument of Gath. By Asaph.] Sing aloud to God, our strength. Make a joyful shout to the God of Jacob.

2 ౨ పాట పాడి, కంజరి వాయించండి, మధురంగా తీగ వాయిద్యాలు వాయించండి.

Raise a song, and bring here the tambourine, the pleasant lyre with the harp.

3 ౩ అమావాస్య రోజు, మన పండగ మొదలయ్యే పౌర్ణమి రోజు కొమ్ము ఊదండి.

Blow the trumpet at the New Moon, at the full moon, on our feast day.

4 ౪ అది ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు చట్టం. యాకోబు దేవుడు నిర్ణయించిన కట్టడ.

For it is a statute for Israel, an ordinance of the God of Jacob.

5 ౫ ఆయన ఈజిప్టు దేశం మీదికి దండెత్తినప్పుడు యోసేపు సంతతికి దీన్ని శాసనంగా నియమించాడు. అక్కడ నేనెరగని భాష విన్నాను.

He appointed it in Joseph for a testimony, when he went out over the land of Egypt, I heard a language that I did not know.

6 ౬ వారి భుజాల నుంచి నేను బరువు దించాను, వారి చేతులు మోతగంపలు మోయకుండా విడుదల పొందాయి.

"I removed his shoulder from the burden. His hands were freed from the basket.

7 ౭ నీ ఆపదలో నువ్వు మొరపెట్టావు. నేను నిన్ను విడిపించాను. ఉరిమే మబ్బుల్లోనుంచి నీకు జవాబిచ్చాను. మెరీబా నీళ్ళ దగ్గర నీకు పరీక్ష పెట్టాను. (సెలా)

You called in trouble, and I delivered you. I answered you in the secret place of thunder. I tested you at the waters of Meribah." (Selah)

8 ౮ నా ప్రజలారా, వినండి. ఎందుకంటే నేను మిమ్మల్ని హెచ్చరిస్తాను. అయ్యో ఇశ్రాయేలూ, నువ్వు నా మాట వింటే ఎంత బాగుండేది!

"Hear, my people, and I will testify to you, Israel, if you would listen to me.

9 ౯ ఇతర దేవుళ్ళు ఎవరూ మీ మధ్య ఉండకూడదు, వేరే దేవుళ్ళలో ఎవరినీ నువ్వు పూజించకూడదు.

There shall be no strange god in you, neither shall you worship any foreign god.

10 ౧౦ నేనే మీ దేవుణ్ణి, యెహోవాను. ఈజిప్టు దేశంనుంచి మిమ్మల్ని తెచ్చింది నేనే. నీ నోరు బాగా తెరువు. నేను దాన్ని నింపుతాను.

I am the LORD, your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.

11 ౧౧ అయితే నా ప్రజలు నా మాట వినలేదు, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు నాకు లోబడలేదు.

But my people did not listen to my voice. Israel desired none of me.

12 ౧౨ కాబట్టి వాళ్ళు తమ సొంత ఉద్దేశాలను అనుసరించనిచ్చాను. వారి హృదయకాఠిన్యానికి నేను వారిని అప్పగించాను.

So I let them go after the stubbornness of their hearts, that they might walk in their own counsels.

13 ౧౩ అయ్యో, నా ప్రజలు నా మాట వింటే ఎంత బాగుండేది! నా ప్రజలు నా విధానాలు అనుసరిస్తే ఎంత బాగుండేది!

Oh that my people would listen to me, that Israel would walk in my ways.

14 ౧౪ అప్పుడు నేను త్వరగా వారి శత్రువులను అణిచి వేసేవాణ్ణి. వాళ్ళను అణిచి వేసేవారి మీదికి నా చెయ్యి ఎత్తుతాను.

I would soon subdue their enemies, and turn my hand against their adversaries.

15 ౧౫ యెహోవాను ద్వేషించేవాళ్ళు ఆయనకు భయంతో వినయంగా ఆయన ఎదుట ప్రణమిల్లుతారు. వాళ్ళు శాశ్వతంగా అవమానానికి గురి అవుతారు గాక!

The haters of the LORD would cringe before him, and their punishment would last forever.

16 ౧౬ అతిశ్రేష్ఠమైన గోదుమలతో నేను ఇశ్రాయేలును పోషిస్తాను, కొండ తేనెతో నిన్ను తృప్తిపరుస్తాను.

And he would have fed him with the finest wheat, and satisfied you with honey from the rock."
