కీర్తనల~ గ్రంథము 47

1 ౧ ప్రధాన సంగీతకారుడి కోసం, కోరహు వారసుల కీర్తన. జాతులన్నీ చప్పట్లు కొట్టండి. విజయోత్సాహంతో ఆనంద ధ్వనులు చేయండి.

To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. O clap your hands, all ye people; shout to God with the voice of triumph.

2 ౨ అత్యున్నతుడైన యెహోవా భయంకరమైనవాడు. భూమి అంతటికీ ఆయన మహారాజు.

For the LORD most high [is] terrible; [he is] a great King over all the earth.

3 ౩ ఆయన జాతులను మనకు లోబరుస్తాడు. దేశాలను మన కాళ్ళ కిందకు తీసుకువస్తాడు.

He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.

4 ౪ మన వారసత్వాన్ని ఎంపిక చేస్తాడు. అది తాను ప్రేమించిన యాకోబు కీర్తి ప్రతిష్టల వారసత్వం.

He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellence of Jacob whom he loved. (Selah)

5 ౫ దేవుడు గొప్ప ధ్వనితో ఆరోహణం అయ్యాడు. బాకా శబ్దంతో యెహోవా ఆరోహణం అయ్యాడు.

God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.

6 ౬ దేవునికి స్తుతులు పాడండి. స్తుతించండి. మన రాజుకు స్తుతులు పాడండి, స్తుతులు పాడండి.

Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises to our King, sing praises.

7 ౭ ఎందుకంటే మన దేవుడు భూమి అంతటికీ రాజు. అవగాహనతో స్తుతులు పాడండి.

For God [is] the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.

8 ౮ దేవుడు అన్ని జాతులల పైనా పరిపాలన చేస్తున్నాడు. ఆయన తన పవిత్ర సింహాసనంపై కూర్చుని ఉన్నాడు.

God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness.

9 ౯ జాతుల అధిపతులు అబ్రాహము దేవుని ప్రజలతో కూడి ఉన్నారు. భూమిపై రక్షణ డాళ్ళు దేవునికే చెందుతాయి. భూమిపై అత్యున్నత స్థానం ఆయనదే.

The princes of the people are assembled, [even] the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth [belong] to God: he is greatly exalted.
