కీర్తనల~ గ్రంథము 40
1 ౧ ప్రధాన సంగీతకారుడి కోసం. దావీదు కీర్తన యెహోవా కోసం నేను సహనంతో వేచి ఉన్నాను. ఆయన నా మాటలు విన్నాడు. నా మొర ఆలకించాడు.
I waited patiently for Adonai. He turned to me, and sh'ma ·heard obeyed· my cry.
2 ౨ భీకరమైన గుంటలో నుండి, జారుడు మట్టితో నిండి ఉన్న ఊబి నుండి ఆయన నన్ను పైకి లేవనెత్తాడు. నా పాదాలను రాయిపై నిలబెట్టాడు. నా అడుగులు స్థిరం చేశాడు.
He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay. He set my feet on a rock, and gave me a firm place to stand.
3 ౩ తనకు స్తుతులు చెల్లించే ఒక కొత్త పాటను మన దేవుడు నా నోట్లో ఉంచాడు. అనేకమంది దాన్ని చూసి ఆయన్ని కీర్తిస్తారు. యెహోవాలో నమ్మకముంచుతారు.
He has put a new song in my mouth, even tehilah ·praise song· to our God. Many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in Adonai.
4 ౪ యెహోవాను నమ్ముకోకుండా అబద్దాలను నమ్మేవాళ్ళనూ అహంకారులనూ పట్టించుకోకుండా యెహోవానే తన ఆధారంగా చేసుకున్న వాడు ధన్యజీవి.
Blessed is the man who makes Adonai his trust, and does not respect the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
5 ౫ యెహోవా నా దేవా, నువ్వు చేసిన ఆశ్చర్యకరమైన పనులు అసంఖ్యాకంగా ఉన్నాయి. మా కోసం నీకున్న ఆలోచనలు లెక్కించడానికి వీల్లేనంత ఉన్నాయి. ఒకవేళ నేను వాటి గురించి చెప్పాలనుకుంటే అవి లెక్కకు అందనంత ఎక్కువ ఉన్నాయి.
Many, Adonai, my God, are the wonderful works which you have done, and your thoughts which are toward us. They can’t be declared back to you. If I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be counted.
6 ౬ నీకు బలులన్నా, నైవేద్యాలన్నా సంతోషం ఉండదు. అయితే నువ్వు నా చెవులు తెరిచావు. దహన బలులుగానీ పాపం కోసం చేసే బలులు గానీ నీకు అక్కర లేదు.
Sacrifices and offerings you don’t want; burnt offerings and sin offerings you have not required. Instead, you have opened my ears.
7 ౭ అప్పుడు నేను ఇలా చెప్పాను. ఇదిగో, నేను వచ్చాను. గ్రంథం చుట్టలో నా గురించి రాసిన దాని ప్రకారం నేను వచ్చాను.
So then I said, “Behold, I have come! In the scroll of a book it is written about me.
I delight to do your will, my God. Yes, your Torah ·Teaching· is within my heart.”
I have proclaimed glad news of righteousness in the great assembly. Behold, I will not seal my lips, Adonai, you know.
10 ౧౦ నీ నీతిని నా హృదయంలో దాచుకుని ఉండలేదు. నీ విశ్వసనీయతనూ, నీ ముక్తినీ నేను ప్రకటించాను. నీ నిబంధన కృపనూ, నీ విశ్వసనీయతనూ మహా సమాజానికి ప్రకటించకుండా నేను దాచలేదు.
I have not hidden your righteousness within my heart. I have declared your faithfulness and your salvation. I have not concealed your cheshed ·loving-kindness· and your truth from the great assembly.
11 ౧౧ యెహోవా, నా కోసం నువ్వు కనికరంతో చేసే పనులను నా నుండి దూరం చేయకు. నీ నిబంధన కృప, నీ విశ్వసనీయత ఎప్పుడూ నన్ను కాపాడనీ.
Don’t withhold your tender racham ·merciful love· from me, Adonai. Let your cheshed ·loving-kindness· and your truth continually preserve me.
12 ౧౨ అసంఖ్యాకమైన ఆపదలు నన్ను చుట్టుముట్టాయి. నా దోషాలు నన్ను తరిమి పట్టుకున్నాయి. దాంతో నేను తల ఎత్తి చూడలేకపోతున్నాను. అవి నా తల వెంట్రుకలకంటే కూడా ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నాయి. నా గుండె జారిపోయింది.
For innumerable evils have surrounded me. My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to look up. They are more than the hairs of my head. My heart has failed me.
Be pleased, Adonai, to deliver me. Hurry to help me, Adonai.
14 ౧౪ నా ప్రాణం తీయాలని నా వెంటపడే వాళ్ళు సిగ్గుపడేలా, అయోమయానికి గురయ్యేలా చెయ్యి. నన్ను గాయపరచాలని చూసేవాళ్ళు వెనక్కి మళ్లేలా, అవమానానికి గురయ్యేలా చెయ్యి.
Let them be disappointed and confounded together who seek after my soul to destroy it. Let them be turned backward and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt.
Let them be desolate by reason of their shame that tell me, “Aha! Aha!”
16 ౧౬ నీ కోసం చూసే వాళ్ళంతా నీలో సంతోషించి, ఆనందిస్తారు గాక! నీ రక్షణను ప్రేమించే వాళ్ళంతా “యెహోవాకు స్తుతి” అని చెబుతారు గాక!
Let all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you. Let all who 'ahav ·affectionately love· your salvation say continually, “Let Adonai be exalted and magnified!”
17 ౧౭ నేను పేదవాణ్ణి. అవసరాల్లో ఉన్నాను. అయినా ప్రభువు నా గురించి ఆలోచిస్తున్నాడు. నా సహాయం నువ్వే. నన్ను కాపాడటానికి నువ్వు వస్తావు. నా దేవా, ఆలస్యం చేయకు.
But I am poor and needy. May the Lord think about me. You are my help and my deliverer. Don’t delay, my God.
