కీర్తనల~ గ్రంథము 109

1 ౧ ప్రధాన సంగీతకారుని కోసం, దావీదు కీర్తన నేను ప్రస్తుతించే దేవా, మౌనంగా ఉండకు.

For the Leader. A Psalm of David. O God of my praise, keep not silence;

2 ౨ దుష్టులు, మోసగాళ్ళు నాపై దాడి చేస్తున్నారు. వారు నా మీద అబద్ధాలు పలుకుతున్నారు.

For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of deceit have they opened against me; they have spoken unto me with a lying tongue.

3 ౩ నన్ను చుట్టుముట్టి నా మీద ద్వేషపూరితమైన మాటలు పలుకుతున్నారు. అకారణంగా నాతో పోట్లాడుతున్నారు

They compassed me about also with words of hatred, and fought against me without a cause.

4 ౪ నేను చూపిన ప్రేమకు ప్రతిగా వారు నాపై నిందలు వేస్తున్నారు. అయితే నేను వారికోసం ప్రార్థన చేస్తున్నాను.

In return for my love they are my adversaries; but I am all prayer.

5 ౫ నేను చేసిన మేలుకు ప్రతిగా కీడు చేస్తున్నారు. నేను చూపిన ప్రేమకు బదులుగా నాపై ద్వేషం పెట్టుకున్నారు.

And they have laid upon me evil for good, and hatred for my love:

6 ౬ ఇలాటి శత్రుమూకపై దుర్మార్గుడొకణ్ణి అధికారిగా నియమించు. నేరాలు మోపేవాడు వారి కుడివైపున నిలబడతాడు గాక.

'Set Thou a wicked man over him; and let an adversary stand at his right hand.

7 ౭ వాడికి విచారణ జరిగినప్పుడు దోషి అని తీర్పు వచ్చు గాక. వాడి ప్రార్థన పాపంగా ఎంచబడు గాక

When he is judged, let him go forth condemned; and let his prayer be turned into sin.

8 ౮ వాడి బ్రతుకు దినాలు తరిగిపోవు గాక. వాడి ఉద్యోగం వేరొకడు తీసుకొను గాక.

Let his days be few; let another take his charge.

9 ౯ వాడి బిడ్డలు తండ్రిలేని వారౌతారు గాక. వాడి భార్య వితంతువు అగు గాక

Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow.

10 ౧౦ వాడి బిడ్డలు దేశదిమ్మరులై భిక్షమెత్తు గాక. శిథిలమైపోయిన తమ ఇళ్ళకు దూరంగా సాయం కోసం అర్థిస్తారు గాక.

Let his children be vagabonds, and beg; and let them seek their bread out of their desolate places.

11 ౧౧ వాడి ఆస్తి అంతా అప్పులవాళ్ళు ఆక్రమించుకుంటారు గాక. వాడు సంపాదించినది పరులు దోచుకుంటారు గాక.

Let the creditor distrain all that he hath; and let strangers make spoil of his labour.

12 ౧౨ వాడిపై జాలిపడే వారు ఎవరూ లేకపోదురు గాక. వాడి అనాథ పిల్లల పై దయ చూపేవారు ఉండక పోదురు గాక.

Let there be none to extend kindness unto him; neither let there be any to be gracious unto his fatherless children.

13 ౧౩ వాడి వంశం నిర్మూలం అగు గాక. రాబోయే తరంలో వారి పేరు మాసిపోవు గాక.

Let his posterity be cut off; in the generation following let their name be blotted out.

14 ౧౪ వాడి పితరుల దోషం యెహోవా జ్ఞాపకం ఉంచుకుంటాడు గాక. వాడి తల్లి చేసిన పాపం మరుపుకు రాకుండు గాక.

Let the iniquity of his fathers be brought to remembrance unto the LORD; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.

15 ౧౫ యెహోవా వారి జ్ఞాపకాన్ని భూమిపై నుండి కొట్టి వేస్తాడు గాక. వారి దోషం నిత్యం యెహోవా సన్నిధిని కనబడు గాక.

Let them be before the LORD continually, that He may cut off the memory of them from the earth.

16 ౧౬ ఎందుకంటే దయ చూపడానికి వాడు ఎంతమాత్రం ప్రయత్నించలేదు. దానికి బదులుగా నలిగిపోయిన వాణ్ణి, అవసరంలో ఉన్నవాణ్ణి పీడించాడు. గుండె పగిలిన వాణ్ణి చంపాడు.

Because that he remembered not to do kindness, but persecuted the poor and needy man, and the broken in heart he was ready to slay.

17 ౧౭ శపించడం వాడికి మహా ఇష్టం. కాబట్టి అది వాడి మీదికే రావాలి. దీవెనను వాడు అసహ్యించుకున్నాడు. కాబట్టి ఏ దీవెనా వాడికి దక్కదు.

Yea, he loved cursing, and it came unto him; and he delighted not in blessing, and it is far from him.

18 ౧౮ ఉత్తరీయంలాగా వాడు శాపాన్ని ధరించాడు. నీళ్లవలె అది వాడి కడుపులోకి దిగిపోయింది. నూనె వలె వాడి ఎముకల్లోకి ఇంకింది.

He clothed himself also with cursing as with his raiment, and it is come into his inward parts like water, and like oil into his bones.

19 ౧౯ కప్పుకోడానికి ధరించే వస్త్రం లాగా, తాను నిత్యం కట్టుకునే నడికట్టులాగా అది వాణ్ణి వదలకుండు గాక.

Let it be unto him as the garment which he putteth on, and for the girdle wherewith he is girded continually.'

20 ౨౦ నాపై నేరం మోపేవారికి, నా గురించి చెడుగా మాట్లాడే వారికి ఇదే యెహోవా వలన కలిగే ప్రతీకారం అవుతుంది గాక.

This would mine adversaries effect from the LORD, and they that speak evil against my soul.

21 ౨౧ యెహోవా ప్రభూ, నీ నామాన్నిబట్టి నా పట్ల దయ చూపు. నీ నిబంధన విశ్వసనీయత ఉదాత్తమైనది గనక నన్ను రక్షించు.

But Thou, O GOD the Lord, deal with me for Thy name's sake; because Thy mercy is good, deliver Thou me.

22 ౨౨ నేను పీడితుణ్ణి. అవసరంలో ఉన్నాను. నా హృదయం నాలో గాయపడి ఉంది.

For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me.

23 ౨౩ సాయంత్రం నీడలాగా నేను క్షీణించిపోతున్నాను. మిడతలను విదిలించినట్టు నన్ను విదిలిస్తారు.

I am gone like the shadow when it lengtheneth; I am shaken off as the locust.

24 ౨౪ ఉపవాసం మూలాన నా మోకాళ్లు బలహీనమై పోయాయి. నా శరీరం ఎముకల గూడు అయిపోయింది.

My knees totter through fasting; and my flesh is lean, and hath no fatness.

25 ౨౫ నాపై నిందలు మోపే వారు నన్ను పిచ్చివాడన్నట్టు చూస్తున్నారు. వారు నన్ను చూసి తలాడిస్తున్నారు.

I am become also a taunt unto them; when they see me, they shake their head.

26 ౨౬ యెహోవా నా దేవా, నాకు సహాయం చెయ్యి. నీ నిబంధన విశ్వాస్యతను బట్టి నన్ను రక్షించు.

Help me, O LORD my God; O save me according to Thy mercy;

27 ౨౭ ఇది నీ వల్లనే జరిగిందనీ, యెహోవావైన నీవే దీన్ని చేశావనీ వారికి తెలియాలి.

That they may know that this is Thy hand; that Thou, LORD, hast done it.

28 ౨౮ వారు నన్ను శపిస్తున్నారు గానీ దయచేసి నీవు నన్ను దీవించు. వారు నాపై దాడి చేస్తే వారికే అవమానం కలగాలి. నీ సేవకుడు మాత్రం సంతోషించాలి.

Let them curse, but bless Thou; when they arise, they shall be put to shame, but Thy servant shall rejoice.

29 ౨౯ నా విరోధులు అవమానం ధరించుకుంటారు గాక. తమ సిగ్గునే ఉత్తరీయంగా కప్పుకుంటారు గాక.

Mine adversaries shall be clothed with confusion, and shall put on their own shame as a robe.

30 ౩౦ సంతోషంతో నేను యెహోవాకు కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు మెండుగా చెల్లిస్తాను. సమూహాల మధ్య నేనాయన్ని స్తుతిస్తాను.

I will give great thanks unto the LORD with my mouth; yea, I will praise Him among the multitude;

31 ౩౧ ఎందుకంటే పీడితులను బెదిరించే వారినుండి వారిని విడిపించడానికి వారి కుడి వైపున ఆయన నిలబడతాడు.

Because He standeth at the right hand of the needy, to save him from them that judge his soul.
