Nowe when he was come downe from the mountaine, great multitudes followed him.
And loe, there came a Leper and worshipped him, saying, Master, if thou wilt, thou canst make me cleane.
3 ౩ యేసు చెయ్యిచాపి అతణ్ణి తాకి, “నాకిష్టమే, నువ్వు బాగుపడు” అన్నాడు. వెంటనే అతని కుష్టు రోగం నయమైంది.
And Iesus putting foorth his hand, touched him, saying, I will, be thou cleane: and immediatly his leprosie was clensed.
4 ౪ అప్పుడు యేసు అతనితో, “చూడు, ఈ విషయం ఎవరికీ చెప్పవద్దు. వెళ్ళి యాజకుడికి కనబడు. వారికి సాక్ష్యంగా ఉండేందుకు మోషే నియమించిన కానుక అర్పించు” అని చెప్పాడు.
Then Iesus saide vnto him, See thou tell no man, but goe, and shewe thy selfe vnto the Priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a witnesse to them.
When Iesus was entred into Capernaum, there came vnto him a Centurion, beseeching him,
And saide, Master, my seruant lieth sicke at home of the palsie, and is grieuously pained.
And Iesus saide vnto him, I will come and heale him.
8 ౮ ఆ శతాధిపతి, “ప్రభూ, నీవు నా యింట్లోకి వచ్చేటంత యోగ్యత నాకు లేదు. మాట మాత్రం అనండి. నా పనివాడు బాగుపడతాడు.
But the Centurion answered, saying, Master, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come vnder my roofe: but speake the worde onely, and my seruant shall be healed.
9 ౯ నేను కూడా అధికారం కింద ఉన్నవాడినే. నా చేతి కింద కూడా సైనికులున్నారు. నేను ఎవడినైనా ‘వెళ్ళు’ అంటే వాడు వెళ్తాడు. ఎవడినైనా ‘రా’ అంటే వాడు వస్తాడు. నా పనివాణ్ణి ‘ఇది చెయ్యి’ అంటే చేస్తాడు” అని జవాబిచ్చాడు.
For I am a man also vnder the authoritie of an other, and haue souldiers vnder me: and I say to one, Goe, and he goeth: and to another, Come, and he commeth: and to my seruant, Doe this, and he doeth it.
10 ౧౦ యేసు ఈ మాట విని ఆశ్చర్యపడి, తన వెంట వస్తున్న వారితో ఇలా అన్నాడు, “ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజల్లో కూడా ఎవరికైనా ఇంత గొప్ప విశ్వాసం ఉన్నట్టు నేను చూడలేదని కచ్చితంగా చెబుతున్నాను.
When Iesus heard that, he marueiled, and said to them that folowed him, Verely, I say vnto you, I haue not found so great faith, euen in Israel.
11 ౧౧ తూర్పు నుంచీ పడమర నుంచీ చాలా మంది వచ్చి అబ్రాహాము, ఇస్సాకు, యాకోబులతో పాటు పరలోక రాజ్యంలో విందులో కూర్చుంటారు.
But I say vnto you, that many shall come from the East and West, and shall sit downe with Abraham, and Isaac, and Iacob, in the kingdome of heauen.
12 ౧౨ అయితే రాజ్య కుమారులను మాత్రం బయట చీకట్లోకి తోసేయడం జరుగుతుంది. అక్కడ ఏడుపు, పళ్ళు కొరుక్కోవడం ఉంటాయి.”
And the children of the kingdome shall be cast out into vtter darkenes: there shalbe weeping and gnashing of teeth.
13 ౧౩ యేసు శతాధిపతితో, “వెళ్ళు. నీవు నమ్మినట్టే నీకు జరుగుతుంది” అన్నాడు. ఆ క్షణంలోనే అతని పనివాడు బాగుపడ్డాడు.
Then Iesus saide vnto the Centurion, Goe thy way, and as thou hast beleeued, so be it vnto thee, And his seruant was healed the same houre.
And when Iesus came to Peters house, he sawe his wiues mother layed downe, and sicke of a feuer.
And he touched her hande, and the feuer left her: so she arose, and ministred vnto them.
16 ౧౬ సాయంకాలం అయినప్పుడు దయ్యాలు పట్టిన చాలా మందిని ప్రజలు ఆయన దగ్గరికి తీసుకు వచ్చారు. ఆయన ఒక్క మాటతో దయ్యాలను వెళ్ళగొట్టి రోగులందరినీ బాగు చేశాడు.
When the Euen was come, they brought vnto him many that were possessed with deuils: and he cast out the spirits with his worde, and healed all that were sicke,
17 ౧౭ యెషయా ప్రవక్త ద్వారా దేవుడు చెప్పింది నెరవేరేలా ఇలా జరిగింది. అదేమిటంటే, “ఆయనే మన బాధలను తనపై వేసుకున్నాడు. మన రోగాలను భరించాడు.”
That it might be fulfilled, which was spoken by Esaias the Prophet, saying, He tooke our infirmities, and bare our sickenesses.
And when Iesus sawe great multitudes of people about him, he commanded them to goe ouer the water.
19 ౧౯ అప్పుడు ధర్మశాస్త్ర పండితుడు ఒకడు వచ్చి, “బోధకా! నీవు ఎక్కడికి వెళ్ళినా సరే, నేను నీ వెంటే వస్తాను” అన్నాడు.
Then came there a certaine Scribe, and said vnto him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoeuer thou goest.
20 ౨౦ అందుకు యేసు అతనితో, “నక్కలకు గుంటలున్నాయి. పక్షులకు గూళ్ళు ఉన్నాయి, మనుష్య కుమారుడికి మాత్రం తల వాల్చుకునే స్థలం కూడా లేదు” అన్నాడు.
But Iesus saide vnto him, The foxes haue holes, and the birdes of the heauen haue nestes, but the Sonne of man hath not whereon to rest his head.
21 ౨౧ ఆయన శిష్యుల్లో మరొకడు, “ప్రభూ, మొదట నేను వెళ్ళి నా తండ్రిని పాతిపెట్టడానికి నాకు అనుమతి ఇవ్వండి” అని ఆయనను అడిగాడు.
And another of his disciples saide vnto him, Master, suffer me first to goe, and burie my father.
22 ౨౨ అయితే యేసు అతనితో, “నాతో రా. చనిపోయిన వారిని పాతి పెట్టడానికి చనిపోయిన వారు ఉన్నారులే!” అన్నాడు.
But Iesus said vnto him, Followe me, and let the dead burie their dead.
And when he was entred into ye ship, his disciples followed him.
24 ౨౪ అప్పుడు సముద్రం మీద తీవ్రమైన తుఫాను చెలరేగి, పడవ మీదికి అలలు ముంచుకు వచ్చాయి. అయితే యేసు నిద్రపోతూ ఉన్నాడు.
And beholde, there arose a great tempest in the sea, so that the ship was couered with waues: but he was a sleepe.
Then his disciples came, and awoke him, saying, Master, saue vs: we perish.
26 ౨౬ యేసు వారితో, “అల్ప విశ్వాసులారా, మీరెందుకు భయపడుతున్నారు?” అని చెప్పి, లేచి గాలినీ సముద్రాన్నీ గద్దించాడు. అప్పుడు అంతా చాలా ప్రశాంతమై పోయింది.
And he said vnto them, Why are ye fearefull, O ye of litle faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea: and so there was a great calme.
And the men marueiled, saying, What man is this, that both the windes and the sea obey him!
28 ౨౮ ఆయన అవతలి ఒడ్డున ఉన్న గదరేనీయుల ప్రాంతం చేరుకున్నప్పుడు దయ్యాలు పట్టిన ఇద్దరు వ్యక్తులు సమాధుల్లో నుంచి బయలుదేరి ఆయనకు ఎదురు వచ్చారు. వారు చాలా క్రూరంగా ప్రవర్తిస్తుండడం వలన ఎవరూ ఆ దారిన వెళ్ళలేక పోయేవారు.
And when he was come to the other side into ye countrey of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with deuils, which came out of the graues very fierce, so that no man might goe by that way.
29 ౨౯ ఆ దయ్యాలు, “దైవకుమారా, నీతో మాకేంటి? మా కాలం రాకముందే మమ్మల్ని వేధించడానికి వచ్చావా?” అని కేకలు వేశారు.
And beholde, they cryed out, saying, Iesus the sonne of God, what haue we to do with thee? Art thou come hither to tormet vs before ye time?
Nowe there was, afarre off from them, a great heard of swine feeding.
31 ౩౧ “నీవు మమ్మల్ని బయటికి వెళ్ళగొడితే, ఆ పందుల మందలోకి పోనియ్యి” అని ఆ దయ్యాలు యేసును ప్రాధేయపడ్డాయి.
And the deuils besought him, saying, If thou cast vs out, suffer vs to goe into the heard of swine.
32 ౩౨ యేసు “సరే, పో” అని వాటితో అన్నాడు. అవి బయటికి వచ్చి ఆ పందుల మందలోకి చొరబడ్డాయి. వెంటనే ఆ మంద అంతా నిటారుగా ఉన్న కొండ మీద నుంచి వేగంగా పరుగెత్తుకుంటూ పోయి సముద్రంలో పడి చచ్చాయి.
And he said vnto them, Go. So they went out and departed into the heard of swine: and beholde, the whole heard of swine ranne headlong into the sea, and died in the water.
33 ౩౩ ఆ పందుల మందను కాసేవారు పరిగెత్తుకుంటూ ఊరిలోకి వెళ్ళి జరిగిన సంగతి, ఇంకా దయ్యాలు పట్టిన వాడికి జరిగిన సంగతీ తెలియజేశారు.
Then the heardmen fled: and when they were come into the citie, they tolde all things, and what was become of them that were possessed with the deuils.
34 ౩౪ అప్పుడు ఆ ఊరి వారంతా యేసును కలవడానికి వచ్చారు. ఆయనను చూసి తమ ప్రాంతాన్ని విడిచి వెళ్ళిపొమ్మని ఆయనను బతిమాలారు.
And beholde, all ye citie came out to meete Iesus: and when they sawe him, they besought him to depart out of their coastes.
