యోబు~ గ్రంథము 36

1 ౧ ఎలీహు ఇంకా ఇలా అన్నాడు.

Elihu continued on and said,

2 ౨ కొంతసేపు నన్ను మాట్లాడనియ్యి. కొన్ని సంగతులు నీకు తెలియజేస్తాను. ఎందుకంటే దేవుని పక్షంగా నేనింకా మాట్లాడవలసి ఉంది.

“Permit me to speak a little longer, and I will show you some things because I have a little more to say in defense of God.

3 ౩ దూరం నుండి నేను జ్ఞానం తెచ్చుకుంటాను. నీతి అనేది నన్ను సృష్టించిన వాడికే చెందుతుందని అంటాను.

I will obtain my knowledge from far off; I will acknowledge that righteousness belongs to my Maker.

4 ౪ నా మాటలు ఏమాత్రం అబద్ధాలు కావు. పూర్ణ జ్ఞాని ఒకడు నీ ఎదుట ఉన్నాడు.

For indeed, my words will not be false; someone who is mature in knowledge is with you.

5 ౫ దేవుడు బలవంతుడు గానీ ఆయన ఎవరినీ తిరస్కారంగా చూడడు. ఆయన వివేచనాశక్తి ఎంతో బలమైనది.

See, God is mighty, and despises no one; he is mighty in strength of understanding.

6 ౬ భక్తిహీనుల ప్రాణాన్ని ఆయన కాపాడడు. ఆయన దీనులకు న్యాయం జరిగిస్తాడు.

He does not preserve the life of wicked people but instead does what is right for those who suffer.

7 ౭ నీతిమంతులను ఆయన చూడక పోడు. ఆయన వారిని నిత్యం సింహాసనంపై కూర్చునే రాజులతోబాటు కూర్చోబెడతాడు. వారు ఘనత పొందుతారు.

He does not withdraw his eyes from righteous people but instead sets them on thrones like kings forever, and they are lifted up.

8 ౮ వారు సంకెళ్లతో బంధితులైతే, బాధలు అనే తాళ్ళు వారిని కట్టివేస్తే,

If they are bound in chains and trapped in cords of suffering,

9 ౯ అప్పుడు వారికి ఆయన వెల్లడిస్తాడు, వారి అపరాధాలు, వారు గర్వంగా ప్రవర్తించిన సంగతులు వారికి తెలియజేస్తాడు.

then he reveals to them what they have done, and their transgressions and their pride.

10 ౧౦ ఉపదేశం వినడానికి వారి చెవులు తెరుస్తాడు. పాపాన్ని విడిచి రండని ఆజ్ఞ ఇస్తాడు.

He also opens their ears to his instruction, and commands them to turn back from iniquity.

11 ౧౧ వారు ఆలకించి ఆయనను సేవించినట్టయితే తమ దినాలను క్షేమంగాను తమ సంవత్సరాలను సుఖంగాను వెళ్లబుచ్చుతారు.

If they listen to him and worship him, they will spend their days in prosperity, their years in contentment.

12 ౧౨ వారు ఆలకించక పోతే వారు కత్తివాత కూలి నశిస్తారు. వారికి జ్ఞానం లేనందువల్ల చనిపోతారు.

However, if they do not listen, they will perish by the sword; they will die because they have no knowledge.

13 ౧౩ అయినా భక్తిలేని వారు లోలోపల క్రోధం పెంచుకుంటారు. ఆయన వారిని బంధించినా సరే వారు మొర పెట్టరు.

Those who are godless in heart store up their anger; they do not cry out for help even when God ties them up.

14 ౧౪ కాబట్టి వారు యవ్వనప్రాయంలోనే మరణిస్తారు. వారి బ్రతుకు అప్రదిష్ట పాలవుతుంది.

They die in their youth; their lives end among the cultic prostitutes.

15 ౧౫ బాధపడే వారిని వారికి కలిగిన బాధ వలన ఆయన విడిపిస్తాడు. బాధ వలన వారిని విధేయులుగా చేస్తాడు.

God rescues afflicted people by means of their afflictions; he opens their ears by means of their oppression.

16 ౧౬ అంతేగాక బాధలోనుండి ఆయన నిన్ను తప్పిస్తాడు. కష్టం లేని విశాల స్థలానికి నిన్ను తోడుకుపోతాడు. నీ భోజనం బల్లపై ఉన్న ఆహారాన్ని కొవ్వుతో నింపుతాడు.

Indeed, he would like to draw you out of distress into a broad place where there is no hardship and where your table would be set with food full of fatness.

17 ౧౭ దుష్టుల తీర్పు నీలో నిండి ఉంది. న్యాయవిమర్శ, తీర్పు కలిసి నిన్ను పట్టుకున్నాయి.

But you are full of judgment on wicked people; judgment and justice have laid hold of you.

18 ౧౮ కలిమి నిన్ను మోసానికి ప్రేరేపించనియ్యవద్దు. పెద్ద మొత్తంలో లంచం నిన్ను న్యాయం నుండి దారి మళ్ళించనియ్యవద్దు.

Do not let your anger entice you to mockery, or the greatness of a ransom to turn you aside.

19 ౧౯ నీ సంపదలు నువ్వు బాధల పాలు కాకుండా నిన్ను కాపాడతాయా? నీ బల ప్రభావాలు నీకు సాయపడతాయా?

Can your wealth benefit you, so that you will not be in distress, or can all the force of your strength help you?

20 ౨౦ ఇతరులకు వ్యతిరేకంగా పాపం చేయడం కోసం రాత్రి రావాలని కోరుకోవద్దు. మనుషులను తమ స్థలాల్లో నుండి కొట్టివేసే చీకటి కోసం చూడవద్దు.

Do not desire the night, to commit sin against others, when peoples are cut off in their place.

21 ౨౧ పాపానికి తిరగకుండా జాగ్రత్తపడు. నువ్వు పాపం చెయ్యకుండా ఉండేలా నీ బాధల మూలంగా నీకు పరీక్షలు వస్తున్నాయి.

Be careful that you do not turn to sin because you are being tested by suffering so that you will stay away from sinning.

22 ౨౨ ఆలోచించు, దేవుడు శక్తిశాలి, ఘనుడు. ఆయనను పోలిన ఉపాధ్యాయుడు ఎవరు?

See, God is exalted in his power; who is a teacher like him?

23 ౨౩ ఆయనకు మార్గం సూచించిన వాడెవడు? “నువ్వు దుర్మార్గపు పనులు చేస్తున్నావు” అని ఆయనతో పలకడానికి ఎవరు తెగిస్తారు?

Who has ever instructed him about his way? Who can ever say to him, 'You have committed unrighteousness?'

24 ౨౪ ఆయన కార్యాలను కీర్తించు. మనుషులు వాటిని గురించే పాడారు.

Remember to praise his deeds, of which people have sung.

25 ౨౫ మనుష్యులంతా వాటిని చూశారు. అయితే వారు దూరంగా నిలిచి ఆ కార్యాలను చూశారు.

All people have looked on those deeds, but they see those deeds only from far away.

26 ౨౬ ఆలోచించు, దేవుడు గొప్పవాడు. మనం ఆయనను సరిగా అర్థం చేసుకోలేము. ఆయన సంవత్సరాలను ఎవరూ లెక్కబెట్టలేరు.

See, God is great, but we do not understand him well; the number of his years is incalculable.

27 ౨౭ ఆయన నీటిబిందువులను తెస్తాడు. తన మంచును వానచినుకుల్లాగా మార్చి కురిపిస్తాడు.

For he draws up the drops of water that he distills as rain from his vapor,

28 ౨౮ మేఘాలు వాటిని కుమ్మరిస్తాయి. మనుషుల మీదికి అవి జడివానగా కురుస్తాయి.

which the clouds pour down and drop in abundance on mankind.

29 ౨౯ నిజంగా మేఘాలు ముసిరే విధానం ఎవరైనా అర్థం చేసుకోగలరా? ఆయన మందిరం లోనుండి ఉరుములు వచ్చేదెలాగో ఎవరికైనా తెలుసా?

Indeed, can anyone understand the extensive spread of the clouds and the thunder from his hut?

30 ౩౦ చూడు, ఆయన తన చుట్టూ తన మెరుపును వ్యాపింపజేస్తాడు. సముద్రాన్ని చీకటితో ఆయన కప్పుతాడు.

See, he spreads his lightning around him and covers the roots of the sea.

31 ౩౧ ఈ విధంగా ఆయన మనుషులకు ఆహారం పెడతాడు. ఆయన ఆహారాన్ని పుష్కలంగా ఇస్తాడు.

In this way he judges the peoples and gives food in abundance.

32 ౩౨ తన చేతుల్లో ఉరుములను పట్టుకుంటాడు. గురికి తగలాలని ఆయన వాటికి ఆజ్ఞాపిస్తాడు.

He fills his hands with the lightning until he commands it to strike its mark.

33 ౩౩ వాటి గర్జన ముంచుకు వస్తున్న తుఫానును మనుషులకు తెలుపుతుంది. పశువులకు సైతం దాని రాకడ తెలుసు.

Its thunder warns of the storm, the cattle can also hear it is coming.
