சகரியா 10

1 ௧ பின்மாரிகாலத்து மழையைக் கர்த்தரிடத்தில் வேண்டிக்கொள்ளுங்கள்; அப்பொழுது யெகோவா மின்னல்களை உண்டாக்கி, வயல்வெளியில் அவரவருக்குப் பயிருண்டாக அவர்களுக்கு மழையைக் கட்டளையிடுவார்.

Ask ye of the Lord rain in season, the early and the latter: the Lord has given bright signs, and will give them abundant rain, to every one grass in the field.

2 ௨ சுரூபங்கள் பொய்யானதைச் சொல்லிற்று; குறிசொல்லுகிறவர்கள் பொய்யை கண்டார்கள்; சொப்பனக்காரர்கள் வீணானதைச் சொல்லி, பயனில்லாததைச் சொல்லி தேற்றினார்கள்; ஆகையால் மக்கள் ஆடுகளைப்போல சிதறி, மேய்ப்பனில்லாததினால் சிறுமைப்பட்டார்கள்.

For the speakers have uttered grievous things, and the diviners [have ] [seen] false visions, and they have spoken false dreams, they have given vain comfort: therefore have they fallen away like sheep, and been afflicted, because there was no healing.

3 ௩ மேய்ப்பருக்கு விரோதமாக என் கோபம் மூண்டது; கடாக்களைத் தண்டித்தேன்; சேனைகளின் யெகோவா யூதா வம்சத்தாராகிய தமது மந்தையை விசாரித்து, அவர்களை யுத்தத்திலே தமது சிறந்த குதிரையாக நிறுத்துவார்.

Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I will visit the lambs; and the Lord God Almighty shall visit his flock, the house of Juda, and he shall make them as his goodly horse in war.

4 ௪ அவர்களிலிருந்து மூலைக்கல்லும், அவர்களிலிருந்து கூடாரமுளையும், அவர்களிலிருந்து யுத்தவில்லும் வரும்; அவர்களிலிருந்து ஆளுகிற அனைவரும் ஒன்றாகப் புறப்படுவார்கள்.

And from him he looked, and from him he set [the battle in order], and from him [came] the bow in anger, [and] from him shall come forth every oppressor together.

5 ௫ அவர்கள் போரிலே தங்கள் எதிரிகளை வீதிகளின் சேற்றில் மிதிக்கிற பராக்கிரமசாலிகளைப்போல இருந்து போர் செய்வார்கள்; யெகோவா அவர்களுடன் இருப்பார்; குதிரைகளின்மேல் ஏறிவருகிறவர்கள் வெட்கப்படுவார்கள்.

And they shall be as warriors treading clay in the ways in war; and they shall set the battle in array, because the Lord is with them, and the riders on horses shall be put to shame.

6 ௬ நான் யூதா வம்சத்தாரைப் பலப்படுத்தி, யோசேப்பு வம்சத்தாரை காப்பாற்றி, அவர்களைத் திரும்ப நிலைக்கச்செய்வேன்; நான் அவர்களுக்கு இரங்கினேன்; அவர்கள் என்னால் ஒருக்காலும் தள்ளிவிடப்படாதவர்களைப்போல இருப்பார்கள்; நான் அவர்களுடைய தேவனாகிய யெகோவா, நான் அவர்களுக்குச் செவிகொடுப்பேன்.

And I will strengthen the house of Juda, and save the house of Joseph, and I will settle them; because I have loved them: and they shall be as [if] I had not cast them off: for I am the Lord their God, and I will hear them.

7 ௭ எப்பிராயீம் மக்கள் திறமையானவர்களைப்போல இருப்பார்கள்; மதுபானத்தால் களிப்பதுபோல, அவர்களுடைய இருதயம் களிக்கும்; அவர்களுடைய பிள்ளைகளும் அதைக் கண்டு மகிழுவார்கள்; அவர்கள் இருதயம் யெகோவாவுக்குள் களிகூரும்.

And they shall be as the warriors of Ephraim, and their heart shall rejoice as with wine: and their children also shall see [it], and be glad; and their heart shall rejoice in the Lord.

8 ௮ நான் அவர்களைப் பார்த்து சைகைகாட்டி அவர்களைக் கூட்டிக்கொள்ளுவேன்; அவர்களை மீட்டுக்கொண்டேன்; அவர்கள் பெருகியிருந்ததுபோலவே பெருகுவார்கள்.

I will make a sign to them, and gather them in; for I will redeem them, and they shall be multiplied according to their number before.

9 ௯ நான் அவர்களை மக்களுக்குள்ளே சிதறடித்தபின்பு, அவர்கள் தூரதேசங்களிலே என்னை நினைத்து தங்கள் பிள்ளைகளுடன் பிழைத்துத் திரும்புவார்கள்.

And I will sow them among the people; and they that are afar off shall remember me: they shall nourish their children, and they shall return.

10 ௧0 நான் அவர்களை எகிப்து தேசத்திலிருந்து திரும்பிவரச்செய்து, அவர்களை அசீரியாவிலிருந்து கூட்டிக்கொண்டு, அவர்களைக் கீலேயாத் தேசத்திற்கும் லீபனோனுக்கும் வரச்செய்வேன்; அவர்களுக்கு இடம் போதாமலிருக்கும்.

And I will bring them again from the land of Egypt, and I will gather them in from among the Assyrians; and I will bring them into the land of Galaad and to Libanus; and there shall not even one of them be left behind.

11 ௧௧ இடுக்கமென்கிற சமுத்திரத்தைக் கடக்கும்போது அவர் சமுத்திரத்தின் அலைகளை அடிப்பார்; அப்பொழுது நதியின் ஆழங்கள் எல்லாம் வறண்டுபோகும்; அசீரியாவின் கர்வம் தாழ்த்தப்படும், எகிப்தின் கொடுங்கோல் விலகிப்போகும்.

And they shall pass through a narrow sea, they shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deep places of the rivers shall be dried up: and all the pride of the Assyrians shall be taken away, and the sceptre of Egypt shall be removed.

12 ௧௨ நான் அவர்களைக் யெகோவாவுக்குள் பலப்படுத்துவேன்; அவர்கள் அவருடைய நாமத்திலே நடந்துகொள்ளுவார்கள் என்று யெகோவா சொல்லுகிறார்.

And I will strengthen them in the Lord their God; and they shall boast in his name, saith the Lord.
