ரோமர் 8
1 ௧ ஆனபடியால், கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவிற்கு உட்பட்டவர்களாக இருந்து, சரீரத்தின்படி நடக்காமல் ஆவியானவருக்கு ஏற்றபடி நடக்கிறவர்களுக்கு தண்டனைத்தீர்ப்பு இல்லை.
There is, then, now no condemnation to those in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit;
2 ௨ ஜீவனுடைய ஆவியானவரின் பிரமாணம் கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவிற்குள் என்னைப் பாவம் மரணம் என்பவைகளின் பிரமாணத்திலிருந்து விடுதலையாக்கினதே.
for the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus set me free from the law of sin and of death;
3 ௩ அது எப்படியென்றால், சரீரத்தினாலே பலவீனமாக்கப்பட்ட நியாயப்பிரமாணம் செய்யமுடியாததை தேவனே செய்வதற்காக, தம்முடைய குமாரனைப் பாவசரீரத்தின் சாயலாகவும், பாவத்தை நீக்கும் பலியாகவும் அனுப்பி, சரீரத்திலே பாவத்தை தண்டனைக்குள்ளாகத் தீர்த்தார்.
for what the Law was not able to do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, His own Son having sent in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh,
4 ௪ சரீரத்தின்படி நடக்காமல் ஆவியானவருக்கு ஏற்றபடி நடக்கிற நம்மிடம் நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் நீதி நிறைவேறுவதற்காகவே அப்படிச் செய்தார்.
that the righteousness of the Law may be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
5 ௫ அன்றியும் சரீரத்தின்படி நடக்கிறவர்கள் சரீரத்திற்குரியவைகளைச் சிந்திக்கிறார்கள்; ஆவியானவருக்கு ஏற்றபடி நடக்கிறவர்கள் ஆவியானவருக்குரியவைகளைச் சிந்திக்கிறார்கள்.
For those who are according to the flesh, mind the things of the flesh; and those according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit;
for the mind of the flesh [is] death, and the mind of the Spirit—life and peace;
7 ௭ எப்படியென்றால், சரீரசிந்தை தேவனுக்கு எதிரான பகை; அது தேவனுடைய நியாயப்பிரமாணத்திற்குக் கீழ்ப்படியாமலும், கீழ்ப்படியமுடியாமலும் இருக்கிறது.
because the mind of the flesh [is] enmity to God, for to the Law of God it does not subject itself,
for neither is it able; and those who are in the flesh are not able to please God.
9 ௯ தேவனுடைய ஆவியானவர் உங்களுக்குள் இருந்தால், நீங்கள் சரீரத்திற்கு உட்பட்டவர்களாக இல்லாமல் ஆவியானவருக்கு உட்பட்டவர்களாக இருப்பீர்கள். கிறிஸ்துவின் ஆவியானவர் இல்லாதவன் அவருடையவன் இல்லை.
And you are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you; and if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ—this one is not His;
10 ௧0 மேலும் கிறிஸ்து உங்களுக்குள் இருந்தால் சரீரமானது பாவத்தினிமித்தம் இறந்ததாகவும், ஆவியானது நீதியினிமித்தம் ஜீவனுள்ளதாகவும் இருக்கும்.
and if Christ [is] in you, the body, indeed, [is] dead because of sin, and the Spirit [is] life because of righteousness,
11 ௧௧ அன்றியும் இயேசுவை மரித்தோரிலிருந்து உயிரோடு எழுப்பினவருடைய ஆவியானவர் உங்களுக்குள் இருந்தால், கிறிஸ்துவை மரித்தோரிலிருந்து உயிரோடு எழுப்பினவர் உங்களுக்குள் வாழ்கிற தம்முடைய ஆவியானவராலே மரணத்திற்குரிய உங்களுடைய சரீரங்களையும் உயிர்ப்பிப்பார்.
and if the Spirit of Him who raised up Jesus out of the dead dwells in you, He who raised up the Christ out of the dead will also quicken your dying bodies, through His Spirit dwelling in you.
So, then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh;
13 ௧௩ சரீரத்தின்படி பிழைத்தால் இறப்பீர்கள்; ஆவியானவராலே சரீரத்தின் செயல்களை அழித்தால் பிழைப்பீர்கள்.
for if according to the flesh you live, you are about to die; and if, by the Spirit, the deeds of the body you put to death, you will live;
14 ௧௪ மேலும் எவர்கள் தேவனுடைய ஆவியானவராலே நடத்தப்படுகிறார்களோ, அவர்கள் தேவனுடைய குமாரர்களாக இருக்கிறார்கள்.
for as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God;
15 ௧௫ அப்படியே, திரும்பவும் பயப்படுகிறதற்கு நீங்கள் அடிமைத்தனத்தின் ஆவியைப் பெறாமல், ஆவியானவரால், அப்பா பிதாவே என்று கூப்பிடக்கூடிய பிள்ளை என்கிற உரிமையைப் பெற்றீர்கள்.
for you did not receive a spirit of bondage again for fear, but you received [the] Spirit of adoption in which we cry, “Abba! Father!”
16 ௧௬ நாம் தேவனுடைய பிள்ளைகளாக இருக்கிறோம் என்று ஆவியானவர்தாமே நம்முடைய ஆவியுடனே சாட்சிக் கொடுக்கிறார்.
[This] One—the Spirit—testifies with our spirit, that we are children of God;
17 ௧௭ நாம் பிள்ளைகளானால் வாரிசுகளுமாமே; தேவனுடைய வாரிசுகளும், கிறிஸ்துவிற்கு உடன் வாரிசுகளுமாமே; கிறிஸ்துவோடு நாம் மகிமைப்படுவதற்காக அவரோடு பாடுபட்டால் அப்படி ஆகும்.
and if children, also heirs, heirs, indeed, of God, and heirs together of Christ—if, indeed, we suffer together, that we may also be glorified together.
18 ௧௮ ஆதலால் இந்தக்காலத்துப் பாடுகள் இனி நம்மிடம் வெளிப்படும் மகிமைக்கு ஒப்பிடக்கூடியவைகள் அல்லவென்று எண்ணுகிறேன்.
For I reckon that the sufferings of the present time [are] not worthy [to be compared] with the glory about to be revealed in us;
19 ௧௯ மேலும் தேவனுடைய குமாரர்கள் வெளிப்படுத்தப்படுவதற்காக தேவனுடைய படைப்புகள் அதிக ஆவலோடு காத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது.
for the earnest looking out of the creation expects the revelation of the sons of God;
20 ௨0 அது என்னவென்றால் படைப்புகள் அழிவிற்குரிய அடிமைத்தனத்தில் இருந்து விடுதலையாக்கப்பட்டு, தேவனுடைய பிள்ளைகளுக்குரிய மகிமையான சுதந்திரத்தைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளும் என்கிற நம்பிக்கையோடு,
for to vanity was the creation made subject—not of its will, but because of Him who subjected [it]—in hope,
21 ௨௧ அந்தப் படைப்புகள் சொந்த இஷ்டத்தினாலே இல்லை, கீழ்ப்படுத்தினவராலேயே மாயைக்குக் கீழ்ப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
that also the creation itself will be set free from the servitude of the corruption to the liberty of the glory of the children of God;
22 ௨௨ எனவே, நமக்குத் தெரிந்திருக்கிறபடி, இதுவரைக்கும் படைப்புகள் எல்லாம் ஒன்றாகத் தவித்துப் பிரசவவேதனைப்படுகிறது.
for we have known that all the creation groans together, and travails in pain together until now.
23 ௨௩ அதுவும் இல்லாமல், ஆவியானவரின் முதற்பலன்களைப் பெற்ற நாமும் நம்முடைய சரீர மீட்பாகிய பிள்ளை என்கிற உரிமை வருகிறதற்குக் காத்திருந்து, நமக்குள்ளே தவிக்கிறோம்.
And not only [so], but also we ourselves, having the first-fruit of the Spirit, we also ourselves groan in ourselves, expecting adoption—the redemption of our body;
24 ௨௪ அந்த நம்பிக்கையினாலே நாம் இரட்சிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறோம். பார்க்கப்படுகிறதை நம்புகிறது நம்பிக்கை இல்லை; ஒருவன் தான் பார்க்கிறதை நம்பவேண்டியது என்ன?
for in hope we were saved, and hope beheld is not hope; for what anyone beholds, why does he also hope for [it]?
And if what we do not behold we hope for, through continuance we expect [it].
26 ௨௬ அப்படியே ஆவியானவரும் நமது பலவீனங்களில் நமக்கு உதவிசெய்கிறார். நாம் ஏற்றபடி வேண்டிக்கொள்ளவேண்டியது என்னவென்று தெரியாமல் இருக்கிறதினால், ஆவியானவர்தாமே சொல்லிமுடியாத பெருமூச்சுகளோடு நமக்காக வேண்டுதல்செய்கிறார்.
And in like manner also, the Spirit helps our weaknesses; for what we may pray for, as it is necessary, we have not known, but [this] One—the Spirit—makes intercession for us with unutterable groanings,
27 ௨௭ ஆவியானவர் தேவனுடைய விருப்பத்தின்படியே பரிசுத்தவான்களுக்காக வேண்டுதல்செய்கிறதினால், இருதயங்களை ஆராய்ந்து பார்க்கிறவர் ஆவியானவரின் சிந்தை என்னவென்று அறிவார்.
and He who is searching the hearts has known what [is] the mind of the Spirit, because according to God He intercedes for holy ones.
28 ௨௮ அன்றியும், அவருடைய தீர்மானத்தின்படி அழைக்கப்பட்டவர்களாக தேவனிடம் அன்பாக இருக்கிறவர்களுக்கு எல்லாம் நன்மைக்குரியவைகளாக நடக்கிறது என்று அறிந்திருக்கிறோம்.
And we have known that to those loving God all things work together for good, to those who are called according to purpose;
29 ௨௯ தம்முடைய குமாரன் அநேக சகோதரர்களுக்குள்ளே முதற்பேறானவராக இருப்பதற்காக, தேவன் எவர்களை முன்னறிந்தாரோ அவர்களைத் தமது குமாரனுடைய சாயலுக்கு ஒப்பாக இருப்பதற்கு முன்குறித்திருக்கிறார்;
because whom He foreknew, He also foreordained, conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be firstborn among many brothers;
30 ௩0 எவர்களை முன்குறித்தாரோ அவர்களை அழைத்தும் இருக்கிறார்; எவர்களை அழைத்தாரோ அவர்களை நீதிமான்களாக்கியும் இருக்கிறார்; எவர்களை நீதிமான்களாக்கினாரோ அவர்களை மகிமைப்படுத்தியும் இருக்கிறார்.
and whom He foreordained, these also He called; and whom He called, these also He declared righteous; and whom He declared righteous, these also He glorified.
31 ௩௧ இவைகளைக்குறித்து நாம் என்னசொல்லுவோம்? தேவன் நம்முடைய பட்சத்தில் இருந்தால் நமக்கு எதிராக இருப்பவன் யார்?
What, then, will we say to these things? If God [is] for us, who [is] against us?
32 ௩௨ தம்முடைய சொந்தக்குமாரன் என்றும் பார்க்காமல் நம்மெல்லோருக்காகவும் அவரை ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தவர், அவரோடு சேர்த்து மற்ற எல்லாவற்றையும் நமக்குக் கொடுக்காமல் இருப்பது எப்படி?
He who indeed did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how will He not also with Him grant to us all things?
Who will lay a charge against the chosen ones of God? God [is] He that is declaring righteous;
34 ௩௪ தண்டனைக்குள்ளாகத் தீர்க்கிறவன் யார்? கிறிஸ்துவே மரித்தவர்; அவரே உயிரோடு எழுந்தும் இருக்கிறவர்; அவரே தேவனுடைய வலதுபக்கத்திலும் இருக்கிறவர்; நமக்காக வேண்டுதல் செய்கிறவரும் அவரே.
who [is] he that is condemning? Christ [is] He that died, indeed, rather also, was raised up; who is also on the right hand of God—who also interceded for us.
35 ௩௫ “உமக்காக எந்தநேரமும் கொல்லப்படுகிறோம், அடிக்கப்படும் ஆடுகளைப்போல எண்ணப்படுகிறோம்” என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறபடி நடந்தாலும்,
Who will separate us from the love of the Christ? Tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 ௩௬ கிறிஸ்துவின் அன்பைவிட்டு நம்மைப் பிரிப்பவன் யார்? உபத்திரவமோ, வியாகுலமோ, துன்பமோ, பசியோ, நிர்வாணமோ. நாசமோசமோ, பட்டயமோ?
According as it has been written: “For Your sake we are put to death all the day long; we were reckoned as sheep of slaughter.”
37 ௩௭ இவைகள் எல்லாவற்றிலேயும் நாம் நம்மேல் அன்பு வைத்திருக்கிறவராலே முற்றிலும் வெற்றி பெறுகிறவர்களாக இருக்கிறோமே.
But in all these we more than conquer, through Him who loved us;
38 ௩௮ மரணமானாலும், ஜீவனானாலும், தேவதூதர்களானாலும், அதிகாரங்களானாலும், வல்லமைகளானாலும் நிகழ்காரியங்களானாலும், வரும்காரியங்களானாலும்,
for I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor messengers, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present,
39 ௩௯ உயர்வானாலும், தாழ்வானாலும், வேறெந்தப் படைப்புகளானாலும் நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவிலுள்ள தேவனுடைய அன்பைவிட்டு நம்மைப் பிரிக்கமுடியாது என்று நம்பியிருக்கிறேன்.
nor things about to be, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God that [is] in Christ Jesus our Lord.
