சங்கீதம் 148
Praise ye Jehovah. Praise ye Jehovah from the heavens: Praise him in the heights.
2 ௨ அவருடைய தூதர்களே, நீங்கள் அனைவரும் அவரைத் துதியுங்கள்; அவருடைய சேனைகளே, நீங்கள் அனைவரும் அவரைத் துதியுங்கள்.
Praise ye him, all his angels: Praise ye him, all his host.
Praise ye him, sun and moon: Praise him, all ye stars of light.
Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, And ye waters that are above the heavens.
Let them praise the name of Jehovah; For he commanded, and they were created.
6 ௬ அவர் அவைகளை என்றைக்குமுள்ள எல்லாகாலங்களிலும் நிலைக்கும்படி செய்தார்; மாறாத கட்டளையை அவைகளுக்கு நியமித்தார்.
He hath also established them for ever and ever: He hath made a decree which shall not pass away.
Praise Jehovah from the earth, Ye sea-monsters, and all deeps;
Fire and hail, snow and vapor; Stormy wind, fulfilling his word;
Mountains and all hills; Fruitful trees and all cedars;
Beasts and all cattle; Creeping things and flying birds;
Kings of the earth and all peoples; Princes and all judges of the earth;
Both young men and virgins; Old men and children:
13 ௧௩ அவர்கள் யெகோவாவின் பெயரைத் துதிக்கட்டும்; அவருடைய பெயர் மட்டும் உயர்ந்தது; அவருடைய மகிமை பூமிக்கும் வானத்திற்கும் மேலானது.
Let them praise the name of Jehovah; For his name alone is exalted; His glory is above the earth and the heavens.
14 ௧௪ அவர் தம்முடைய பரிசுத்தவான்கள் அனைவருக்கும், தம்மைச் சேர்ந்த மக்களாகிய இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களுக்கும் கொண்டாட்டமாக, தம்முடைய மக்களுக்கு ஒரு கொம்பை உயர்த்தினார். அல்லேலூயா.
And he hath lifted up the horn of his people, The praise of all his saints; Even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye Jehovah.
