சங்கீதம் 108
1 ௧ தாவீது பாடிய பாடல். தேவனே, என்னுடைய இருதயம் ஆயத்தமாக இருக்கிறது; நான் இன்னிசையால் புகழ்ந்து பாடுவேன்; என்னுடைய மகிமையும் பாடும்.
A song or Psalme of David. O God, mine heart is prepared, so is my tongue: I will sing and giue praise.
Awake viole and harpe: I will awake early.
I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people, and I wil sing vnto thee among the nations.
For thy mercy is great aboue the heauens, and thy trueth vnto the clouds.
Exalt thy self, O God, aboue the heauens, and let thy glorie be vpon all the earth,
6 ௬ உமது பிரியர்கள் விடுவிக்கப்படுவதற்காக, உமது வலதுகரத்தினால் இரட்சித்து, எங்களுடைய ஜெபத்தைக் கேட்டருளும்.
That thy beloued may be deliuered: helpe with thy right hand and heare me.
7 ௭ தேவன் தமது பரிசுத்தத்தைக்கொண்டு சொன்னார், ஆகையால் சந்தோஷப்படுவேன்; சீகேமைப் பங்கிட்டு, சுக்கோத்தின் பள்ளத்தாக்கை அளந்துகொள்ளுவேன்.
God hath spoken in his holinesse: therefore I will reioyce, I shall deuide Shechem and measure the valley of Succoth.
8 ௮ கீலேயாத் என்னுடையது, மனாசேயும் என்னுடையது; எப்பிராயீம் என்னுடைய தலையின் பெலன், யூதா என்னுடைய செங்கோல்.
Gilead shalbe mine, and Manasseh shalbe mine: Ephraim also shalbe the strength of mine head: Iuda is my lawgiuer.
9 ௯ மோவாப் என்னுடைய பாதம் கழுவும் பாத்திரம்; ஏதோமின்மேல் என்னுடைய காலணியை எறிவேன்; பெலிஸ்தியாவின்மேல் ஆர்ப்பரிப்பேன்.
Moab shalbe my washpot: ouer Edom wil I cast out my shoe: vpon Palestina wil I triumph.
10 ௧0 வலுவான நகரத்திற்குள் என்னை நடத்திக்கொண்டு போகிறவன் யார்? ஏதோம்வரை எனக்கு வழிகாட்டுகிறவன் யார்?
Who will leade mee into the strong citie? who will bring me vnto Edom?
11 ௧௧ எங்களுடைய சேனைகளோடு புறப்படாமலிருந்த தேவனே நீரல்லவோ? எங்களைத் தள்ளிவிட்டிருந்த தேவனே நீரல்லவோ?
Wilt not thou, O God, which haddest forsaken vs, and diddest not goe foorth, O God, with our armies?
Giue vs helpe against trouble: for vaine is the helpe of man.
Through God we shall doe valiantly: for he shall treade downe our enemies.
