ஏசாயா 65
1 ௧ என்னைக்குறித்து விசாரித்துக் கேளாதிருந்தவர்களாலே தேடப்பட்டேன்; என்னைத் தேடாதிருந்தவர்களாலே கண்டறியப்பட்டேன்; என்னுடைய பெயரை அறியாதிருந்த தேசத்தை நோக்கி: இதோ, இங்கே இருக்கிறேன் என்றேன்.
I am sought out of them that inquired not [for me], I am found of them that sought me not; I have said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.
2 ௨ நலமல்லாத வழியிலே தங்கள் எண்ணங்களின்படி நடக்கிற முரட்டாட்டமான மக்களைநோக்கி நாள் முழுவதும் என் கைகளை நீட்டினேன்.
I have stretched out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, who walk in a way not good, after their own thoughts;
3 ௩ அந்த மக்கள் என் சந்நிதியிலே எப்பொழுதும் எனக்குக் கோபமுண்டாக்கி, தோட்டங்களிலே பலியிட்டு, செங்கற்களின்மேல் தூபங்காட்டி,
the people that provoke me to anger continually to my face, sacrificing in gardens and burning incense upon the bricks;
4 ௪ பிரேதக்குழிகளுக்கு அருகில் உட்கார்ந்து, பாழான இடங்களில் இரவுதங்கி, பன்றியிறைச்சியை சாப்பிட்டு, தங்கள் பாத்திரங்களில் அருவருப்பானவைகளின் குழம்பை வைத்திருந்து:
who sit down among the graves, and lodge in the secret places; who eat swine's flesh, and broth of abominable things [is in] their vessels;
5 ௫ நீ அங்கேயே இரு, என் அருகில் வராதே, உன்னைகாட்டிலும் நான் பரிசுத்தன் என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்; இவர்கள் என் கோபத்தாலாகிய புகையும், நாள்முழுவதும் எரிகிற நெருப்புமாயிருப்பார்கள்.
who say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day.
Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom,
7 ௭ உங்கள் அக்கிரமங்களுக்கும் மலைகளில் தூபங்காட்டி, மேடைகளின்மேல் என்னை நிந்தித்த உங்களுடைய முன்னோர்களுடைய அக்கிரமங்களுக்கும் ஏற்றவிதத்தில் அவர்கள் மடியிலே தண்டிப்பேன்; நான் அவர்கள் முந்தின செய்கையின் பலனை அவர்கள் மடியிலே போடுவேனென்று யெகோவா சொல்கிறார்.
your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith Jehovah, who have burned incense upon the mountains, and outraged me upon the hills; and I will measure their former work into their bosom.
8 ௮ யெகோவா சொல்கிறது என்னவென்றால்: ஒரு திராட்சைக்குலையில் இரசம் காணப்படும்போது: அதை அழிக்காதே, அதிலே ஆசீர்வாதம் உண்டென்று சொல்கிறபடி, நான் என் ஊழியக்காரருக்காக அனைத்தையும் அழிக்கவிடாமல் செய்வேன்.
Thus saith Jehovah: As the new wine is found in the cluster, and it is said, Destroy it not, for a blessing is in it; so will I do for my servants' sakes, that I may not destroy [them] all.
9 ௯ யாக்கோபிலிருந்து ஒரு வித்தையும், யூதாவிலிருந்து என் மலைகளைச் சொந்தமாக்குபவரையும் எழும்பச்செய்வேன்; நான் தெரிந்துகொண்டவர்கள் அதைச் சொந்தமாக்கிக்கொண்டு, என் ஊழியக்காரர்கள் அங்கே குடியிருப்பார்கள்.
And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah a possessor of my mountains; and mine elect shall possess it, and my servants shall dwell there.
10 ௧0 என்னைத் தேடுகிற என் மக்களுக்கு சாரோன் ஆட்டுத்தொழுவமாகவும், ஆகோர் பள்ளத்தாக்கு மாட்டுமந்தைகள் தங்குமிடமாகவும் இருக்கும்.
And the Sharon shall be a fold for flocks, and the valley of Achor a couching-place of the herds, for my people that have sought me.
11 ௧௧ ஆனாலும் யெகோவாவை விட்டு, என் பரிசுத்த மலையை மறந்து, காத் என்னும் தெய்வத்திற்குப் பந்தியை ஆயத்தம்செய்து, மேனி என்னும் தெய்வத்திற்குப் பானபலியை நிறைய ஊற்றுகிறவர்களே,
But ye who forsake Jehovah, who forget my holy mountain, who prepare a table for Gad, and fill up mixed wine unto Meni:
12 ௧௨ உங்களை நான் பட்டயத்திற்கு எண்ணிக்கொடுப்பேன்; நீங்கள் அனைவரும் கொலைசெய்யப்படக் குனிவீர்கள்; நான் கூப்பிட்டும் நீங்கள் மறுமொழி கொடுக்கவில்லை; நான் பேசியும் நீங்கள் கேட்கவில்லை; என் பார்வைக்குப் பொல்லாப்பானதைச் செய்து, எனக்குப் பிரியமல்லாததைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டீர்கள்.
I will even assign you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down in the slaughter; because I called, and ye did not answer, I spoke, and ye did not hear; but ye did what was evil in mine eyes, and chose that wherein I delight not.
13 ௧௩ ஆதலால் யெகோவாவாகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்கிறார்: இதோ, என் ஊழியக்காரர்கள் சாப்பிடுவார்கள், நீங்களோ பசியாயிருப்பீர்கள்; இதோ, என் ஊழியக்காரர்கள் குடிப்பார்கள், நீங்களோ தாகமாயிருப்பீர்கள்; இதோ, என் ஊழியக்காரர்கள் சந்தோஷப்படுவார்கள், நீங்களோ வெட்கப்படுவீர்கள்.
Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, my servants shall eat, and ye shall be hungry; behold, my servants shall drink, and ye shall be thirsty; behold, my servants shall rejoice, and ye shall be ashamed;
14 ௧௪ இதோ, என் ஊழியக்காரர்கள் மனமகிழ்ச்சியினாலே கெம்பீரிப்பார்கள், நீங்களோ மனவியாதியினாலே அலறி, ஆவியின் முறிவினாலே புலம்புவீர்கள்.
behold, my servants shall sing aloud for gladness of heart, and ye shall cry out for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.
15 ௧௫ நான் தெரிந்து கொண்டவர்களுக்கு நீங்கள் உங்கள் பெயரை சாபவார்த்தையாகப் பின்வைத்துப் போவீர்கள்; யெகோவாவாகிய ஆண்டவர் உன்னைக் கொன்றுபோட்டு, தம்முடைய ஊழியக்காரருக்கு வேறு பெயரைச் சூட்டுவார்.
And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto mine elect; for the Lord Jehovah will slay thee, and will call his servants by another name:
16 ௧௬ அதினாலே பூமியிலே தன்னை ஆசீர்வதிக்கிறவன் சத்திய தேவனுக்குள் தன்னை ஆசீர்வதிப்பான்; பூமியிலே வாக்குக்கொடுக்கிறவன் சத்திய தேவன் பெயரில் வக்குக்கொடுப்பான்; முந்தின துன்பங்கள் மறக்கப்பட்டு, அவைகள் என் கண்களுக்கு மறைந்துபோனது.
so that he who blesseth himself in the land shall bless himself by the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the land shall swear by the God of truth: because the former troubles shall be forgotten, and because they shall be hidden from mine eyes.
17 ௧௭ இதோ, நான் புதிய வானத்தையும் புதிய பூமியையும் படைக்கிறேன்; முந்தினவைகள் இனி நினைக்கப்படுவதுமில்லை, மனதிலே தோன்றுவதுமில்லை.
For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
18 ௧௮ நான் படைக்கிறதினாலே நீங்கள் என்றென்றைக்கும் மகிழ்ந்து களிகூர்ந்திருங்கள்; இதோ, எருசலேமைக் களிகூருதலாகவும், அதின் மக்களை மகிழ்ச்சியாகவும் படைக்கிறேன்.
But be glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create. For behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
19 ௧௯ நான் எருசலேமின்மேல் களிகூர்ந்து, என் மக்களின்மேல் மகிழ்ச்சியாயிருப்பேன்; அழுகையின் சத்தமும், கூக்குரலின் சத்தமும் அதில் இனிக் கேட்கப்படுவதில்லை.
And I will rejoice over Jerusalem, and will joy in my people; and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
20 ௨0 அங்கே இனி குறைந்த ஆயுள் உள்ள சிறுவனும், தன் நாட்கள் பூரணமாகாத கிழவனும் இருக்கமாட்டார்கள்; நூறு வயதுசென்று மரணமடைகிறவனும் வாலிபனென்று கருதப்படுவான், நூறு வயதுள்ளவனாகிய பாவியோ சபிக்கப்படுவான்.
There shall be no more thenceforth an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not completed his days; for the youth shall die a hundred years old, and the sinner being a hundred years old shall be accursed.
21 ௨௧ வீடுகளைக் கட்டி, அவைகளில் குடியிருப்பார்கள், திராட்சைத்தோட்டங்களை ஏற்படுத்தி, அவைகளின் பழங்களைச் சாப்பிடுவார்கள்.
And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit thereof:
22 ௨௨ அவர்கள் கட்டுகிறதும், வேறொருவர் குடியிருக்கிறதும், அவர்கள் நாட்டுகிறதும், வேறொருவர் பழங்களைச் சாப்பிடுகிறதுமாயிருப்பதில்லை; ஏனெனில் மரத்தின் நாட்களைப்போல என் மக்களின் நாட்களிருக்கும்; நான் தெரிந்துகொண்டவர்கள் தங்கள் கைகளின் கிரியைகளை நீண்டநாட்கள் அனுபவிப்பார்கள்.
they shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree shall be the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
23 ௨௩ அவர்கள் வீணாக உழைப்பதில்லை; அவர்கள் துன்பமுண்டாகப் பிள்ளைகளைப் பெற்றெடுப்பதுமில்லை; அவர்களும், அவர்களுடன்கூட அவர்களுடைய வாரிசும் யெகோவாவாலே ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்ட சந்ததியாயிருப்பார்கள்.
They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for terror; for they are the seed of the blessed of Jehovah, and their offspring with them.
24 ௨௪ அப்பொழுது அவர்கள் கூப்பிடுகிறதற்குமுன்னே நான் மறுமொழி கொடுப்பேன்; அவர்கள் பேசும்போதே நான் கேட்பேன்.
And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
25 ௨௫ ஓனாயும் ஆட்டுக்குட்டியும் ஒருமித்து மேயும்; சிங்கம் மாட்டைப்போல வைக்கோலைத் தின்னும்; புழுதி பாம்பிற்கு இரையாகும்; என் பரிசுத்த மலையெங்கும் அவைகள் தீங்குசெய்வதுமில்லை, கேடு உண்டாக்குவதுமில்லையென்று யெகோவா சொல்கிறார்.
The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the ox; and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith Jehovah.
