ஏசாயா 35
The land that was desolate and impassable shall be glad, and the wilderness shall rejoice, and shall flourish like the lily.
2 ௨ அது மிகுதியாகச் செழித்து பூரித்து ஆனந்தக்களிப்புடன் பாடும்; லீபனோனின் மகிமையும், கர்மேல் சாரோன் என்பவைகளின் அலங்காரமும் அதற்குக் கொடுக்கப்படும்; அவர்கள் யெகோவாவுடைய மகிமையையும், நமது தேவனுடைய மகத்துவத்தையும் காண்பார்கள்.
It shall bud forth and blossom, and shall rejoice with joy and praise: the glory of Libanus is given to it: the beauty of Carmel, and Saron, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the beauty of our God.
Strengthen ye the feeble hands, and confirm the weak knees.
4 ௪ மனம் பதறுகிறவர்களைப் பார்த்து: நீங்கள் பயப்படாதிருங்கள், திடன் கொள்ளுங்கள்; இதோ, உங்கள் தேவன் நீதியைச் சரிக்கட்டவும், உங்கள் தேவன் பதிலளிக்கவும் வருவார்; அவர் வந்து உங்களைக் காப்பாற்றுவார் என்று சொல்லுங்கள்.
Say to the fainthearted: Take courage, and fear not: behold your God will bring the revenge of recompense: God himself will come and will save you.
Then shall the eyes of the blind be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
6 ௬ அப்பொழுது முடவன் மானைப்போல் குதிப்பான்; ஊமையன் நாவும் கெம்பீரிக்கும்; வனாந்திரத்திலே தண்ணீர்களும், பாலைவனத்திலே ஆறுகளும் பாய்ந்தோடும்.
Then shall the lame man leap as a hart, and the tongue of the dumb shall be free: for waters are broken out in the desert, and streams in the wilderness.
7 ௭ வெட்டாந்தரை தண்ணீர் குளமும், வறண்ட நிலம் நீரூற்றுகளுமாகும், வலுசர்ப்பங்கள் இருந்த இடங்களிலே புல்லும் கோரையும் நாணலும் உண்டாகும்.
And that which was dry land, shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water. In the dens where dragons dwell before, shall rise up the verdure of the reed and the bulrush.
8 ௮ அங்கே பெரும்பாதையான வழியும் இருக்கும்; அது பரிசுத்த வழி என்னப்படும்; தீட்டுள்ளவன் அதிலே நடந்துவருவதில்லை; அந்த வழியில் நடக்கிறவர்கள் பேதையராயிருந்தாலும் திசைகெட்டுப் போவதில்லை.
And a path and a way shall be there, and it shall be called the holy way: the unclean shall not pass over it, and this shall be unto you a straight way, so that fools shall not err therein.
9 ௯ அங்கே சிங்கம் இருப்பதில்லை; கொடியமிருகம் அங்கே போவதுமில்லை, அங்கே காணப்படவுமாட்டாது; மீட்கப்பட்டவர்களே அதில் நடப்பார்கள்.
No lion shall be there, nor shall any mischievous beast go up by it, nor be found there: but they shall walk there that shall be delivered.
10 ௧0 யெகோவாவால் மீட்கப்பட்டவர்கள் திரும்பி, ஆனந்தக்களிப்புடன் பாடி, சீயோனுக்கு வருவார்கள்; நித்திய மகிழ்ச்சி அவர்கள் தலையின்மேலிருக்கும்; சந்தோஷமும் மகிழ்ச்சியும் அடைவார்கள்; சஞ்சலமும் தவிப்பும் ஓடிப்போகும்.
And the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and shall come into Sion with praise, and everlasting joy shall be upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.
