உபாகமம் 16
1 ௧ “ஆபீப் மாதத்தைக் கவனித்திருந்து, அதில் உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுக்குப் பஸ்காவை அனுசரிக்கக்கடவாய்; ஆபீப் மாதத்திலே இராக்காலத்தில் உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா உன்னை எகிப்திலிருந்து புறப்படச்செய்தார்.
Observe the month of Abib, and keep the Passover to Jehovah thy God, for in the month of Abib Jehovah thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.
2 ௨ யெகோவா தமது நாமம் விளங்கும்படி தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் இடத்தில், உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுக்குப் பஸ்காவின் பலியாகிய ஆடுமாடுகளைப் பலியிடுவாயாக.
And thou shall sacrifice the Passover to Jehovah thy God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which Jehovah shall choose to cause his name to dwell there.
3 ௩ நீ எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்ட நாளை நீ உயிரோடிருக்கும் நாட்களெல்லாம் நினைக்கும்படி, பஸ்கா பலியுடனே புளிப்புள்ள அப்பம் சாப்பிடாமல், சிறுமையின் அப்பமாகிய புளிப்பில்லா அப்பங்களை ஏழுநாட்கள் வரைக்கும் சாப்பிடுவாயாக; நீ விரைவாக எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டபடியினால் இப்படிச் செய்யவேண்டும்.
Thou shall eat no leavened bread with it. Seven days thou shall eat unleavened bread with it, even the bread of affliction, for thou came forth out of the land of Egypt in haste, that thou may remember the day when thou came forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life.
4 ௪ ஏழுநாட்களளவும் உன் எல்லைகளிலெங்கும் புளிப்புள்ள அப்பம் உன்னிடத்தில் காணப்படக்கூடாது; நீ முதல் நாள் மாலையில் செலுத்திய பலியின் மாம்சத்தில் ஏதாகிலும் இரவுமுழுதும் விடியற்காலம் வரைக்கும் வைக்கவேண்டாம்.
And there shall be no leaven seen with thee in all thy borders seven days. Neither shall any of the flesh, which thou sacrifice the first day at evening, remain all night until the morning.
Thou may not sacrifice the Passover within any of thy gates, which Jehovah thy God gives thee,
6 ௬ உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா தமது நாமம் விளங்கும் இடத்திலே, நீ எகிப்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்ட நேரமாகிய சாயங்காலத்திலே சூரியன் மறையும்போது பஸ்காவை அடித்து,
but at the place which Jehovah thy God shall choose to cause his name to dwell in, there thou shall sacrifice the Passover at evening, at the going down of the sun, at the season that thou came forth out of Egypt.
7 ௭ உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா தெரிந்துகொண்ட இடத்திலே, அதைப் பொரித்துச் சாப்பிட்டு, விடியற்காலத்திலே உன் கூடாரங்களுக்குத் திரும்பிப்போவாயாக.
And thou shall roast and eat it in the place which Jehovah thy God shall choose, and thou shall turn in the morning, and go to thy tents.
8 ௮ நீ ஆறு நாட்களும் புளிப்பில்லாத அப்பம் சாப்பிடவேண்டும், ஏழாம் நாள் உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுக்கு அனுசரிக்கப்படும் நாளாயிருக்கும்; அதிலே யாதொரு வேலையும் செய்யவேண்டாம்.
Six days thou shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day shall be a solemn assembly to Jehovah thy God. Thou shall do no work.
9 ௯ “ஏழு வாரங்களை எண்ணுவாயாக; அறுப்பு அறுக்கத் துவங்கும் காலமுதல் நீ அந்த ஏழு வாரங்களையும் எண்ணவேண்டும்.
Thou shall number to thee seven weeks. From the time thou begin to put the sickle to the standing grain thou shall begin to number seven weeks.
10 ௧0 அவைகள் முடிந்தபோது வாரங்களின் பண்டிகையை உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுக்கென்று ஆசரித்து, உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா உன்னை ஆசீர்வதித்ததற்குத்தக்கதாக உன்னால் முடிந்த மனப்பூர்வமான காணிக்கையாகிய பகுதியைச் செலுத்தி,
And thou shall keep the feast of weeks to Jehovah thy God with a tribute of a freewill offering from thy hand, which thou shall give, according as Jehovah thy God blesses thee.
11 ௧௧ உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா தமது நாமம் விளங்கும்படி தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் இடத்திலே, நீயும், உன் மகனும், மகளும், வேலைக்காரனும், வேலைக்காரியும், உன் வாசல்களில் இருக்கிற லேவியனும், உன்னிடத்தில் இருக்கிற பரதேசியும், திக்கற்ற பிள்ளையும், விதவையும், உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுடைய சந்நிதியில் சந்தோஷப்பட்டு,
And thou shall rejoice before Jehovah thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy man-servant, and thy maid-servant, and the Levite who is within thy gates, and the sojourner, and the fatherless, and the widow, who are in the midst of thee, in the place which Jehovah thy God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there,
12 ௧௨ நீ எகிப்தில் அடிமையாயிருந்ததை நினைத்து, இந்தக் கட்டளைகளைக் கைக்கொண்டு இவைகளின்படி செய்யக்கடவாய்.
and thou shall remember that thou were a bondman in Egypt. And thou shall observe and do these statutes.
13 ௧௩ “நீ உன் களத்தின் பலனையும் உன் ஆலையின் பலனையும் சேர்த்தபின்பு, கூடாரப்பண்டிகையை ஏழு நாட்கள் ஆசரித்து,
Thou shall keep the feast of tabernacles seven days after thou have gathered in from thy threshing-floor and from thy winepress.
14 ௧௪ உன் பண்டிகையில் நீயும், உன் மகனும், மகளும், வேலைக்காரனும், வேலைக்காரியும், உன் வாசல்களில் இருக்கிற லேவியனும், பரதேசியும், திக்கற்ற பிள்ளையும், விதவையும் சந்தோஷப்படக்கடவீர்கள்;
And thou shall rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy man-servant, and thy maid-servant, and the Levite, and the sojourner, and the fatherless, and the widow, who are within thy gates.
15 ௧௫ உனக்கு உண்டான எல்லா வரத்திலும் உன் கைகளுடைய எல்லா செயலிலும் உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா உன்னை ஆசீர்வதித்தபடியால், யெகோவா தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் இடத்தில் உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுக்கு ஏழு நாட்கள் பண்டிகையை ஆசரித்து சந்தோஷமாயிருப்பாயாக.
Seven days thou shall keep a feast to Jehovah thy God in the place which Jehovah shall choose, because Jehovah thy God will bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the work of thy hands, and thou shall be altogether joyful.
16 ௧௬ வருடத்தில் மூன்றுமுறை புளிப்பில்லாத அப்பப்பண்டிகையிலும், வாரங்களின் பண்டிகையிலும், கூடாரப்பண்டிகையிலும், உன் ஆண்மக்கள் எல்லோரும் உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் இடத்திலே, அவர் சந்நிதிக்கு முன்பாக வந்து காணப்படக்கடவர்கள்.
Three times in a year all thy males shall appear before Jehovah thy God in the place which he shall choose: in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles. And they shall not appear before Jehovah empty.
17 ௧௭ ஆனாலும் அவர்கள் யெகோவாவுடைய சந்நிதியில் வெறுங்கையோடே வராமல், உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா உனக்கு அருளிய ஆசீர்வாதத்திற்குத்தக்கதாக, அவனவன் தன் தன் தகுதிக்கு ஏற்றபடி காணிக்கையைக் கொண்டுவரக்கடவன்.
Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of Jehovah thy God which he has given thee.
18 ௧௮ “உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா உன் கோத்திரங்கள்தோறும் உனக்குக் கொடுக்கும் வாசல்களிலெல்லாம், நியாயாதிபதிகளையும் தலைவர்களையும் ஏற்படுத்துவாயாக; அவர்கள் நீதியுடன் மக்களுக்கு நியாயத்தீர்ப்புச் செய்யக்கடவர்கள்.
Thou shall make judges and officers for thee in all thy gates, which Jehovah thy God gives thee, according to thy tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment.
19 ௧௯ நியாயத்தைப் புரட்டாதிருப்பாயாக; பாரபட்சம் பார்க்காமலும், லஞ்சம் வாங்காமலும் இருப்பாயாக; லஞ்சம் ஞானிகளின் கண்களைக் குருடாக்கி, நீதிமான்களின் நியாயங்களைத் தாறுமாறாக்கும்.
Thou shall not distort justice. Thou shall not respect persons, neither shall thou take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise, and perverts the words of the righteous.
20 ௨0 நீ பிழைத்து, உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா உனக்குக் கொடுக்கும் தேசத்தைச் சொந்தமாக்கிக்கொள்ள நீதியையே பின்பற்றுவாயாக.
Thou shall follow that which is altogether just, that thou may live, and inherit the land which Jehovah thy God gives thee.
21 ௨௧ “நீ உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுக்கு உண்டாக்கும் பலிபீடத்திற்கு அருகில் எந்த தோப்பையும் உண்டாக்கவேண்டாம்;
Thou shall not plant for thee an Asherah of any kind of tree beside the altar of Jehovah thy God, which thou shall make for thee.
Neither shall thou set up a pillar for thee, which Jehovah thy God hates.
