2 தீமோத்தேயு 3
But, of this, be taking note—that, in last days, there will set in perilous seasons;
2 ௨ எப்படியென்றால், மனிதர்கள் தற்பிரியர்களாகவும், பணப்பிரியர்களாகவும், வீம்புக்காரர்களாகவும், அகந்தை உள்ளவர்களாகவும், நிந்திக்கிறவர்களாகவும், தாய் தகப்பன்மாருக்குக் கீழ்ப்படியாதவர்களாகவும், நன்றி இல்லாதவர்களாகவும், பரிசுத்தமில்லாதவர்களாகவும்,
For men will be—fond of themselves, fond of money, ostentatious, arrogant, defamers, to parents, unyielding, unthankful, unkind,
3 ௩ மெய்யான அன்பு இல்லாதவர்களாகவும், மன்னிக்காதவர்களாகவும், அவதூறு செய்கிறவர்களாகவும், இச்சையடக்கம் இல்லாதவர்களாகவும், கொடுமை செய்கிறவர்களாகவும், நல்லவைகளை வெறுக்கிறவர்களாகவும்,
without natural affection, accepting no truce, given to intrigue, without self-control, uncivilized, unfriendly to good men,
4 ௪ துரோகிகளாகவும், துணிகரம் உள்ளவர்களாகவும், இறுமாப்பு உள்ளவர்களாகவும், தேவனுக்குப் பிரியமானவர்களாக இல்லாமல் சுகபோகப்பிரியர்களாகவும்,
traitors, reckless, beclouded, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God,
5 ௫ தேவ பக்தியின் வேஷத்தைத்தரித்து அதின் பெலனை மறுதலிக்கிறவர்களாகவும் இருப்பார்கள்; இப்படிப்பட்டவர்களை நீ விட்டுவிலகு.
having a form of godliness, but, the power thereof, denying! and, from these, turn away;
For, of these, are they who enter into the houses, and captivate silly women, [women] laden with sins, led on by manifold covetings,
7 ௭ எப்போதும் கற்றாலும் ஒருபோதும் சத்தியத்தை அறிந்து உணராதவர்களாக இருக்கிற பெண்களுடைய வீடுகளில் இப்படிப்பட்டவர்கள் நுழைந்து, அவர்களை வசப்படுத்திக்கொள்ளுகிறார்கள்.
Ever learning and never, unto a personal knowledge of truth, able to come;
8 ௮ யந்நேயும் யம்பிரேயும் மோசேக்கு எதிர்த்துநின்றதுபோல இவர்களும் சத்தியத்திற்கு எதிர்த்துநிற்கிறார்கள்; இவர்கள் தீய சிந்தையுள்ள மனிதர்கள், விசுவாச காரியத்தில் பரீட்சைக்கு நிற்காதவர்கள்.
Moreover, like as, Jannes and Jambres, withstood Moses, so, these men also, withstand the truth, —men utterly corrupted in their mind, disapproved concerning their faith;
9 ௯ ஆனாலும், இவர்கள் அதிகமாகப் பலப்படுவதில்லை; அந்த இருவருடைய அறிவீனம் எல்லோருக்கும் வெளிப்பட்டதுபோல, இவர்களுடைய அறிவீனமும் வெளிப்படும்.
But they shall not force their way further, for, their folly, shall be, fully evident, unto all, —as also, that of those men, became.
10 ௧0 நீயோ என் போதகத்தையும் நடக்கையையும் நோக்கத்தையும் விசுவாசத்தையும் நீடிய சாந்தத்தையும் அன்பையும் பொறுமையையும்,
But, thou, hast closely studied—my teaching, manner of life, purpose, faith, long-suffering, love, endurance,
11 ௧௧ அந்தியோகியா, இக்கோனியா, லீஸ்திரா என்னும் பட்டணங்களில் எனக்கு உண்டான துன்பங்களையும் பாடுகளையும் நன்றாக அறிந்திருக்கிறாய்; எவ்வளவோ துன்பங்களைச் சகித்தேன்; இவைகள் எல்லாவற்றிலிருந்தும் கர்த்தர் என்னைக் காப்பாற்றினார்.
persecutions, sufferings, what manner of things, befell me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra, what manner of persecutions, I endured, —and, out of all, the Lord, rescued me; —
12 ௧௨ அன்றியும் கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவிற்குள் தேவபக்தியாக நடக்க விருப்பமாக இருக்கிற அனைவரும் துன்பப்படுவார்கள்.
Yea and, all who are determined to live in a godly manner in Christ Jesus, will be persecuted;
13 ௧௩ பொல்லாதவர்களும் ஏமாற்றுகிறவர்களாகவும் மோசம்போக்குகிறவர்களாகவும், மோசம்போகிறவர்களாகவும் இருந்து மேன்மேலும் கேடுள்ளவர்களாவார்கள்.
Whereas, wicked men and howling impostors, will force their way to the worse, deceiving and being deceived.
14 ௧௪ நீ கற்று உறுதிசெய்துகொண்டவைகளில் நிலைத்திரு; அவைகளை யாரிடத்திலிருந்து கற்றுக்கொண்டாய் என்று நீ அறிந்திருக்கிறதுமல்லாமல்,
But, thou, —abide in the things which thou hast learned, and been entrusted with, knowing, from whom, thou hast learned [them], —
15 ௧௫ கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவைப்பற்றும் விசுவாசத்தினாலே உன்னை இரட்சிப்பிற்கு ஏற்ற ஞானம் உள்ளவனாக்கத்தக்க பரிசுத்த வேத எழுத்துக்களை, நீ சிறுவயதுமுதல் அறிந்தவனென்றும் உனக்குத் தெரியும்.
And that, from a babe, those sacred letters, thou hast known which are able to make thee wise unto salvation, through the faith which is in Christ Jesus:
16 ௧௬ வேத வாக்கியங்களெல்லாம் தேவனால் அருளப்பட்டிருக்கிறது; தேவனுடைய மனிதன் தேறினவனாகவும், எந்த நல்லசெயல்களையும் செய்யத் தகுதியுள்ளவனாகவும் இருக்கும்படியாக,
Every scripture, [is] God-breathed, and profitable—unto teaching, unto conviction, unto correction, unto the discipline that is in righteousness, —
17 ௧௭ அவைகள் உபதேசத்திற்கும், கடிந்துகொள்ளுதலுக்கும், சீர்திருத்தலுக்கும், நீதியைப் படிப்பிக்குதலுக்கும் பிரயோஜனமுள்ளவைகளாக இருக்கிறது.
In order that, ready, may be the man, of God, unto every good work, being well-prepared.
