2 கொரிந்தியர் 6
1 ௧ தேவனுடைய கிருபையை நீங்கள் வீணாகப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளாதபடி, தேவனுடைய உடன்வேலையாட்களாகிய நாங்கள் உங்களுக்குப் புத்திசொல்லுகிறோம்.
So we therefore as workers together beseech you, that ye receiue not the grace of God in vaine.
2 ௨ சரியான காலத்திலே நான் உன் வார்த்தையைக் கேட்டு, இரட்சிப்பின் நாளிலே உனக்கு உதவிசெய்தேன் என்று சொல்லியிருக்கிறாரே; இதோ, இப்பொழுதே சரியான காலம், இப்பொழுதே மீட்பின் நாள்.
For he sayth, I haue heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of saluation haue I succoured thee: beholde nowe the accepted time, beholde nowe the day of saluation.
3 ௩ இந்த ஊழியம் குற்றஞ்சாட்டப்படாமல் இருக்க, நாங்கள் யாருக்கும் இடறல் உண்டாக்காமல், எல்லாவிதத்திலும், எங்களை தேவ ஊழியர்களாக விளங்கப்பண்ணுகிறோம்.
We giue no occasion of offence in any thing, that our ministerie shoulde not be reprehended.
But in all things we approue our selues as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,
In stripes, in prisons, in tumults, in labours,
By watchings, by fastings, by puritie, by knowledge, by long suffering, by kindnesse, by the holy Ghost, by loue vnfained,
By the worde of trueth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousnesse on the right hand, and on the left,
8 ௮ கனத்திலும், கனவீனத்திலும், இகழ்ச்சியிலும், புகழ்ச்சியிலும்; ஏமாற்றுபவர்கள் என்று சொல்லப்பட்டாலும், உண்மை உள்ளவர்களாகவும்,
By honour, and dishonour, by euill report, and good report, as deceiuers, and yet true:
9 ௯ அறியப்படாதவர்கள் என்னப்பட்டாலும் நன்றாகத் அறியப்பட்டவர்களாகவும், சாகிறவர்கள் என்னப்பட்டாலும் உயிரோடு இருக்கிறவர்களாகவும், தண்டிக்கப்படுகிறவர்கள் என்னப்பட்டாலும் கொல்லப்படாதவர்களாகவும்,
As vnknowen, and yet knowen: as dying, and beholde, we liue: as chastened, and yet not killed:
10 ௧0 துக்கப்படுகிறவர்கள் என்னப்பட்டாலும் எப்பொழுதும் சந்தோஷப்படுகிறவர்களாகவும், ஏழைகள் என்னப்பட்டாலும் அநேகரை செல்வந்தர்களாக்குகிறவர்களாகவும், ஒன்றும் இல்லாதவர்கள் என்னப்பட்டாலும் எல்லாவற்றையும் உடையவர்களாகவும் எங்களை விளங்கப்பண்ணுகிறோம்.
As sorowing, and yet alway reioycing: as poore, and yet make many riche: as hauing nothing, and yet possessing all things.
11 ௧௧ கொரிந்தியர்களே, எங்களுடைய வாய் உங்களோடு பேசத் திறந்திருக்கிறது, எங்களுடைய இருதயம் உங்களுக்குத் திறந்திருக்கிறது.
O Corinthians, our mouth is open vnto you: our heart is made large.
12 ௧௨ எங்களுடைய உள்ளம் உங்களைக்குறித்து நெருக்கமடையவில்லை, உங்களுடைய உள்ளமே எங்களைக்குறித்து நெருக்கமடைந்திருக்கிறது.
Ye are not kept strait in vs, but ye are kept strait in your owne bowels.
13 ௧௩ எனவே அதற்குப் பதிலாக நீங்களும் உங்களுடைய இருதயங்களைத் திறவுங்கள் என்று, குழந்தைகளுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறதுபோல, உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன்.
Nowe for the same recompence, I speake as to my children, Be you also inlarged.
14 ௧௪ அவிசுவாசிகளுடன் இணைக்கப்படாமல் இருங்கள்; நீதிக்கும் அநீதிக்கும் சம்பந்தம் ஏது? ஒளிக்கும் இருளுக்கும் ஐக்கியம் ஏது?
Be not vnequally yoked with the infidels: for what fellowship hath righteousnesse with vnrighteousnesse? and what communion hath light with darkenesse?
And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath the beleeuer with the infidell?
16 ௧௬ தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்திற்கும் விக்கிரகங்களுக்கும் சம்பந்தம் ஏது? நான் அவர்களுக்குள்ளே வாழ்ந்து, அவர்களுக்குள்ளே உலாவி, அவர்களுக்கு தேவனாக இருப்பேன், அவர்கள் என் மக்களாக இருப்பார்கள் என்று, தேவன் சொன்னபடியே, நீங்கள் ஜீவனுள்ள தேவனுடைய ஆலயமாக இருக்கிறீர்களே.
And what agreement hath the Temple of God with idols? for ye are the Temple of the liuing God: as God hath said, I will dwell among them, and walke there: and I will be their God, and they shalbe my people.
17 ௧௭ எனவே, நீங்கள் அவர்கள் நடுவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப் பிரிந்துபோய், அசுத்தமானதைத் தொடாமல் இருங்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.
Wherefore come out from among them, and separate your selues, saith the Lord, and touch none vncleane thing, and I wil receiue you.
18 ௧௮ அப்பொழுது, நான் உங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு, உங்களுக்குப் பிதாவாக இருப்பேன், நீங்கள் எனக்குக் குமாரர்களும் குமாரத்திகளுமாக இருப்பீர்கள் என்று சர்வவல்லமையுள்ள கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.
And I will be a Father vnto you, and ye shalbe my sonnes and daughters, saith the Lord almightie.
