சங்கீதம் 68

1 பாடகர் குழுத் தலைவனுக்கு ஒப்புவிக்கப்பட்ட தாவீதின் சங்கீதமாகிய பாட்டு. இறைவன் எழுந்திருப்பாராக, அவருடைய பகைவர் சிதறடிக்கப்படுவார்களாக; அவருடைய எதிரிகள் அவருக்கு முன்பாகப் பயந்து ஓடுவார்களாக.

To the chief Musician, A Psalm [or] Song of David. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.

2 காற்றினால் புகை அடித்துச் செல்லப்படுகிறது போல, நீர் அவர்களை ஊதிவிடும்; நெருப்பின் முன்னே மெழுகு உருகுவது போல, இறைவனுக்கு முன்பாகக் கொடியவர்கள் அழிவார்களாக.

As smoke is driven away, [so] drive [them] away: as wax melteth before the fire, [so] let the wicked perish at the presence of God.

3 ஆனால் நீதிமான்கள் மகிழ்ந்து இறைவனுக்கு முன்பாகக் களிகூருவார்களாக; அவர்கள் சந்தோஷப்பட்டு மகிழ்வார்களாக.

But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yes, let them exceedingly rejoice.

4 இறைவனைப் பாடுங்கள், அவருடைய பெயருக்குத் துதி பாடுங்கள்; மேகங்களில் ஏறிப் போகிறவரை புகழ்ந்து உயர்த்துங்கள்; யெகோவா என்பது அவருடைய பெயர்; அவருக்கு முன்பாகக் களிகூருங்கள்.

Sing to God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.

5 இறைவன் தமது பரிசுத்த வாழ்விடத்தில் தகப்பன் இல்லாதவர்களுக்குத் தகப்பனாகவும் விதவைகளுக்கு பாதுகாவலராகவும் இருக்கிறார்.

A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, [is] God in his holy habitation.

6 இறைவன் தனிமையானவர்களுக்கு குடும்பத்தை ஏற்படுத்துகிறார்; சிறைக் கைதிகளை விடுவித்து, செழிப்பான வாழ்வுக்குள் நடத்திச் செல்கிறார்; கலகக்காரரோ வெயிலால் வறண்ட நாட்டில் வாழ்கிறார்கள்.

God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those who are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry [land].

7 இறைவனே, நீர் உமது மக்களுக்கு முன்பாகச் சென்று, அவர்களைப் பாலைவனத்தின் வழியே அணிவகுத்து வருகையில்,

O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; (Selah)

8 சீனாய் மலையின் இறைவனுக்குமுன், இஸ்ரயேலின் இறைவனுக்குமுன் பூமி அதிர்ந்து, வானங்கள் மழையைப் பொழிந்தன.

The earth shook, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God: [even] Sinai itself [was moved] at the presence of God, the God of Israel.

9 இறைவனே, நீர் நிறைவான மழையைக் கொடுத்தீர்; இளைத்துப்போன உமது உரிமைச்சொத்திற்கு நீர் புத்துயிர் அளித்தீர்.

Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, by which thou didst confirm thy inheritance, when it was weary.

10 உமது மக்கள் அதில் குடியமர்ந்தார்கள்; இறைவனே, உமது நிறைவான நன்மையிலிருந்து ஏழைகளுக்கு வழங்கினீர்.

Thy congregation hath dwelt therein: thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor.

11 யெகோவா வார்த்தையை அறிவித்தார்; அதைப் பிரசித்தப்படுத்தியதோ பெரிய கூட்டம்:

The LORD gave the word: great [was] the company of those that published [it].

12 “இராணுவத்தையுடைய அரசர்கள் ஓடினார்கள்; வீட்டிலிருந்த பெண்கள் கொள்ளைப்பொருட்களைப் பங்கிட்டுக் கொள்கிறார்கள்.

Kings of armies fled apace: and she that tarried at home divided the spoil.

13 நீங்கள் ஆட்டு மந்தைகளின் மத்தியில் படுத்திருந்தபோதிலும், வெள்ளியினால் மூடப்பட்ட புறாச்சிறகுகளையும் பசும்பொன்னினால் அலங்கரிக்கப்பட்ட இறகுகளையும் கண்டுபிடிப்பீர்கள்.”

Though ye have lain among the pots, [yet shall ye be as] the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.

14 எல்லாம் வல்லவர் நாட்டின் அரசர்களைச் சிதறடித்தது சல்மோன் மலையில் பனிமழை பெய்ததுபோல இருந்தது.

When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it was [white] as snow in Salmon.

15 பாசான் மலை இறைவனுடைய மலை; பாசான் மலை சிகரங்களையுடைய மலை.

The hill of God [is as] the hill of Bashan; a high hill [as] the hill of Bashan.

16 சிகரங்களையுடைய மலையே, ஏன் சீயோன் மலையின்மேல் பொறாமைப்படுகிறீர்கள்? அங்குதான் இறைவன் தாம் ஆளும்படி விரும்பினார்; அங்குதான் என்றென்றும் யெகோவா குடியிருப்பார்.

Why leap ye, ye lofty hills? [this is] the hill [which] God desireth to dwell in; yes, the LORD will dwell [in it] for ever.

17 இறைவனின் தேர்கள் பத்தாயிரங்களும், ஆயிரம் ஆயிரங்களுமாய் இருக்கின்றன; யெகோவா சீனாய் மலையிலிருந்து அவருடைய பரிசுத்த இடத்திற்கு வந்தார்.

The chariots of God [are] twenty thousand, [even] thousands of angels: the LORD [is] among them, [as in] Sinai, in the holy [place].

18 நீர் மேலே ஏறிச்சென்றபோது, சிறைப்பட்ட அநேகரை உம்மோடு எடுத்துச்சென்றீர்; மனிதரிடமிருந்தும் கலகக்காரரிடமிருந்தும் நீர் நன்கொடைகளைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டீர்; இறைவனாகிய யெகோவாவின் வாழ்விடம் அதுவே.

Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yes, [for] the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell [among them].

19 தினந்தோறும் நம் பாரங்களைச் சுமக்கிற நமது இரட்சகரும் இறைவனுமான யெகோவாவுக்குத் துதி உண்டாகட்டும்.

Blessed [be] the LORD, [who] daily loadeth us [with benefits], [even] the God of our salvation. (Selah)

20 நம்முடைய இறைவன் காப்பாற்றுகிற இறைவன்; வல்லமையுள்ள யெகோவா மரணத்திலிருந்து நம்மை தப்புவிக்கிறார்.

[He that is] our God [is] the God of salvation; and to God the LORD [belong] the issues from death.

21 இறைவன் நிச்சயமாகவே தமது பகைவர்களின் தலைகளை உடைப்பார்; தங்கள் பாவங்களில் தொடர்கிறவர்களின் முடியுள்ள உச்சந்தலைகளை அவர் நொறுக்கிப்போடுவார்.

But God will wound the head of his enemies, [and] the hairy scalp of such one as goeth on still in his trespasses.

22 யெகோவா கூறுவதாவது, “நான் அவர்களைப் பாசானிலிருந்து கொண்டுவருவேன்; நான் அவர்களைக் கடலின் ஆழங்களிலிருந்தும் கொண்டுவருவேன்,

The LORD said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring [my people] again from the depths of the sea.

23 அப்பொழுது உங்கள் எதிரிகளின் இரத்தம் உங்கள் பாதங்களில் பதியும்; உங்கள் நாய்களும் தங்கள் பங்கிற்கு நாவினால் நக்கும்.”

That thy foot may be dipped in the blood of thy enemies, [and] the tongue of thy dogs in the same.

24 என் இறைவனும் என் அரசனுமானவர், பரிசுத்த இடத்திற்குள் உமது ஊர்வலம் போவதை, இறைவனே அனைவரும் கண்டனர்.

They have seen thy goings, O God; [even] the goings of my God, my King, in the sanctuary.

25 முன்னால் பாடகரும், அவர்களுக்குப் பின்னால் இசைக் கலைஞர்களும் போகிறார்கள்; அவர்களுடன் இளம்பெண்கள் தம்புராவை வாசித்துக்கொண்டு போகிறார்கள்.

The singers went before, the players on instruments [followed] after; among [them were] the damsels playing with timbrels.

26 மகா சபையில் இறைவனைத் துதியுங்கள். இஸ்ரயேலின் சபையிலே யெகோவாவைத் துதியுங்கள்;

Bless ye God in the congregations, [even] the LORD, from the fountain of Israel.

27 சிறிய கோத்திரமாகிய பென்யமீன் அவர்களை வழிநடத்துகிறான்; பின்பு யூதா கோத்திரப் பிரபுக்களின் பெருங்கூட்டமும், செபுலோன், நப்தலி கோத்திரப் பிரபுக்களும் அங்கே இருக்கிறார்கள்.

There [is] little Benjamin [with] their ruler, the princes of Judah [and] their counsel, the princes of Zebulun, [and] the princes of Naphtali.

28 இறைவனே, உமது வல்லமையை கட்டளையிடும்; எங்கள் இறைவனே, முன்பு நீர் செயலாற்றியதுபோல உமது பலத்தை எங்களுக்குக் காண்பியும்.

Thy God hath commanded thy strength: strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.

29 எருசலேமில் இருக்கும் உமது ஆலயத்திற்காக அரசர்கள் உமக்கு நன்கொடைகளைக் கொண்டுவருவார்கள்.

Because of thy temple at Jerusalem shall kings bring presents to thee.

30 நாணல்களின் நடுவிலுள்ள விலங்கினங்களைக் கடிந்துகொள்ளும்; கன்றுகளோடுள்ள காளைகள் கூட்டத்தைப் போன்ற மக்களைக் கடிந்துகொள்ளும்; அவர்கள் வெள்ளி அன்பளிப்புகளுடன் உமக்கு முன்பாகப் பணிந்துகொள்ளட்டும்; யுத்தத்தில் மகிழ்கிற மக்களைச் சிதறடியும்.

Rebuke the company of spearmen, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the people, [till every one shall] submit himself with pieces of silver: scatter thou the people [that] delight in war.

31 எகிப்திலிருந்து அரச தூதுவர்கள் வருவார்கள்; எத்தியோப்பியர் இறைவனிடத்தில் தங்களை சமர்ப்பிப்பார்கள்.

Princes shall come out of Egypt; Cush shall soon stretch out her hands to God.

32 பூமியின் அரசுகளே, இறைவனைப் பாடுங்கள்; யெகோவாவுக்குத் துதி பாடுங்கள்.

Sing to God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises [to] the LORD; (Selah)

33 வானங்களில் பூர்வீக வானங்களில் ஏறிச் செல்கிறவரை, வல்லமையுள்ள சத்தத்துடன் முழங்குகிறவரைப் பாடுங்கள்.

To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, [which were] of old; lo, he doth send out his voice, [and that] a mighty voice.

34 இறைவனுடைய வல்லமையை அறிவியுங்கள்; அவருடைய மகத்துவம் இஸ்ரயேலின் மேலாக இருக்கிறது; அவருடைய வல்லமை ஆகாயங்களில் இருக்கிறது.

Ascribe ye strength to God: his excellence [is] over Israel, and his strength [is] in the clouds.

35 இறைவனே, நீர் உமது பரிசுத்த இடத்தில் பிரமிக்கத்தக்கவராய் இருக்கிறீர்; இஸ்ரயேலின் இறைவன் தமது மக்களுக்கு பெலனையும் வல்லமையையும், கொடுக்கிறார். இறைவனுக்குத் துதி உண்டாவதாக!

O God, [thou art] terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel [is] he that giveth strength and power to [his] people. Blessed [be] God.
