சங்கீதம் 103

1 தாவீதின் சங்கீதம். என் ஆத்துமாவே, யெகோவாவைத் துதி; என் முழு உள்ளமே, அவருடைய பரிசுத்த பெயரைத் துதி.

“A psalm of David.” Bless the LORD, O my soul! And all that is within me, bless his holy name!

2 என் ஆத்துமாவே, யெகோவாவைத் துதி; அவர் செய்த நன்மைகள் யாவற்றையும் மறவாதே.

Bless the LORD, O my soul! And forget not all his benefits!

3 அவர் உன் பாவங்களையெல்லாம் மன்னிக்கிறார்; உன்னுடைய நோய்களையெல்லாம் சுகமாக்குகிறார்.

Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; Who healeth all thy diseases;

4 அவர் உன் உயிரை மரணக் குழியிலிருந்து மீட்கிறார், உடன்படிக்கையின் அன்பினாலும், இரக்கங்களினாலும் உன்னை முடிசூட்டுகிறார்.

Who redeemeth thy life from the grave; Who crowneth thee with loving-kindness and tender mercies;

5 அவர் உன் வாழ்வை நன்மையான காரியங்களால் திருப்தியாக்குகிறார்; அதினால் உன் இளமை கழுகின் இளமையைப்போல் புதுப்பிக்கப்படுகிறது.

Who satisfieth thine old age with good, So that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

6 ஒடுக்கப்படுகிற யாவருக்கும் யெகோவா நியாயத்தையும் நீதியையும் செய்கிறார்.

The LORD executeth justice And equity for all the oppressed.

7 அவர் தமது வழியை மோசேக்கு வெளிப்படுத்தினார், தமது செயல்களை இஸ்ரயேல் மக்கள் காணும்படிச் செய்தார்.

He made known his ways to Moses, His doings to the children of Israel.

8 யெகோவா கருணையும் கிருபையும் உள்ளவர், அவர் கோபிக்கிறதில் தாமதிப்பவரும் உடன்படிக்கையின் அன்பு நிறைந்தவருமாய் இருக்கிறார்.

The LORD is merciful and kind, Slow to anger and rich in mercy.

9 அவர் எப்பொழுதும் நம்மேல் குற்றம் சுமத்துகிறவரல்ல; தமது கோபத்தை என்றென்றும் வைத்திருக்கவுமாட்டார்.

He doth not always chide, Nor doth he keep his anger for ever.

10 நமது பாவங்களுக்கு ஏற்றபடி அவர் நமக்கு செய்யவில்லை, நமது அநியாயங்களுக்குத் தக்கதாக நம்மைத் தண்டிப்பதும் இல்லை.

He hath not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor requited us according to our iniquities.

11 ஏனெனில் பூமிக்கு மேலாய் வானங்கள் எவ்வளவு உயரமாக இருக்கிறதோ, அவருக்குப் பயபக்தியாய் இருக்கிறவர்கள்மேல் அவருடைய உடன்படிக்கையின் அன்பும் அவ்வளவு பெரிதாக இருக்கிறது.

As high as are the heavens above the earth, So great is his mercy to them that fear him.

12 மேற்கிலிருந்து கிழக்கு எவ்வளவு தூரமோ, அவ்வளவு தூரமாய் அவர் நம்முடைய மீறுதல்களை நம்மைவிட்டு விலக்கிவிட்டார்.

As far as the east is from the west, So far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

13 தகப்பன் தன் பிள்ளைகளுக்குத் தயை காட்டுவதுபோல், யெகோவாவும் தம்மிடத்தில் பயபக்தியாய் இருக்கிறவர்களுக்கு தயை காட்டுகிறார்;

Even as a father pitieth his children, So the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

14 ஏனெனில் நாம் எவ்வாறு உருவாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறோம் என்பதை அவர் அறிவார்; நாம் தூசி என்பதையும் அவர் நினைவுகூருகிறார்.

For he knoweth our frame, He remembereth that we are dust.

15 மனிதர்களுடைய வாழ்க்கை புல்லுக்கு ஒப்பாக இருக்கிறது; அவர்கள் வயல்வெளியின் பூவைப்போல் பூக்கிறார்கள்.

As for man, his days are as grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

16 காற்று அதின்மேல் வீசுகிறது, அது உதிர்ந்து விழுகிறது; அது இருந்த இடமும் அதை நினைவில் கொள்ளாது.

The wind passeth over it, and it is gone; And its place shall know it no more.

17 ஆனால் யெகோவாவின் உடன்படிக்கையின் அன்பு அவர்மேல் பயபக்தியாய் இருக்கிறவர்களோடும், அவருடைய நீதி அவர்களுடைய பிள்ளைகளின் பிள்ளைகளோடும் என்றைக்கும் இருக்கிறது;

But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting to them that fear him, And his righteousness to children's children,

18 அவருடைய உடன்படிக்கையைக் கைக்கொண்டு, அவருடைய ஒழுங்குவிதிகளுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிய கவனமாயிருப்பவர்கள் மேல், அவருடைய உடன்படிக்கையின் அன்பு நிலைத்திருக்கும்.

To such as keep his covenant, And remember his commandments to do them.

19 யெகோவா தமது சிங்காசனத்தை பரலோகத்தில் நிலைப்படுத்தியிருக்கிறார்; அவருடைய அரசு அனைத்தையும் ஆளுகை செய்கிறது.

The LORD hath established his throne in the heavens, And his kingdom ruleth over all.

20 யெகோவாவினுடைய தூதர்களே, அவருடைய வார்த்தைக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிந்து, அவர் கட்டளையிடுகிறதைச் செய்கிற பலவான்களே, அவரைத் துதியுங்கள்.

Bless the LORD, ye his angels, Ye mighty ones who do his commands, Hearkening to the voice of his word!

21 பரலோகத்தில் உள்ள யெகோவாவினுடைய சேனைகளே, அவருடைய திட்டத்தைச் செய்கிற அவருடைய பணியாளர்களே, அவரைத் துதியுங்கள்.

Bless the LORD, all ye his hosts; Ye, his ministers, who do his pleasure!

22 யெகோவா ஆளுகை செய்கிற எல்லா இடங்களிலுமுள்ள அவருடைய படைப்புகளே, அவரைத் துதியுங்கள். என் ஆத்துமாவே, யெகோவாவைத் துதி.

Bless the LORD, all his works, In all places of his dominion! Bless the LORD, O my soul!
