எண்ணாகமம் 6

1 யெகோவா மோசேயுடன் பேசி,

And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

2 “நீ இஸ்ரயேலருக்குச் சொல்லவேண்டியதாவது: ஒரு ஆணோ, பெண்ணோ நசரேய விரதத்தின் மூலம் தங்களை யெகோவாவுக்கு வேறுபிரிக்கும் விசேஷ நேர்த்தி செய்யவிரும்பினால்,

'Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, When a man or woman doeth singularly, by vowing a vow of a Nazarite, to be separate to Jehovah;

3 அவர்கள் திராட்சை இரசத்தையோ, மதுபானத்தையோ குடிக்காமல் தவிர்க்கவேண்டும். அத்துடன் திராட்சை இரசத்திலிருந்தோ, வேறு எவ்வகையான மதுபானத்திலிருந்தோ செய்யப்பட்ட புளித்த காடியையும் குடிக்கக்கூடாது. அத்துடன் அவர்கள் திராட்சைப் பழச்சாற்றையும் குடிக்கக்கூடாது. திராட்சைப் பழங்களையோ, திராட்சை வற்றலையோ சாப்பிடவும் கூடாது.

from wine and strong drink he doth keep separate; vinegar of wine, and vinegar of strong drink he doth not drink, and any juice of grapes he doth not drink, and grapes moist or dry he doth not eat;

4 அவ்வாறு அவன் நசரேய விரதத்தினால் பிரிந்திருக்கும்வரை திராட்சையிலிருந்து வரும் ஒன்றையும், அதாவது அதன் விதை, தோல் எதையுமே சாப்பிடக்கூடாது.

all days of his separation, of anything which is made of the wine-vine, from kernels even unto husk, he doth not eat.

5 “‘அவ்வாறு வேறுபிரிந்திருப்பதற்காக நேர்த்திக்கடன் செய்திருக்கும் காலம் முழுவதும் அவனுடைய தலையில் சவரக்கத்தி படக்கூடாது. தன்னை யெகோவாவுக்காக வேறுபிரித்துக்கொண்ட காலம் முடியும்வரை, அவன் பரிசுத்தமாகவே இருக்கவேண்டும். அவன் தன் தலைமயிரையும் நீளமாக வளரவிடவேண்டும்.

'All days of the vow of his separation a razor doth not pass over his head; till the fulness of the days which he doth separate to Jehovah he is holy; grown up hath the upper part of the hair of his head.

6 “‘தன்னை யெகோவாவுக்காக வேறுபிரித்துக்கொண்ட காலத்தில், செத்த உடலின் அருகில் அவன் போகக்கூடாது.

'All days of his keeping separate to Jehovah, near a dead person he doth not go;

7 அவன் தன் சொந்தத் தகப்பனோ, தாயோ, சகோதரனோ, சகோதரியோ இறந்தாலும், சம்பிரதாய முறைப்படி அந்த உடலின் அருகில் போய் தன்னை அசுத்தப்படுத்தக் கூடாது. ஏனெனில், அவன் இறைவனுக்காக தன்னை வேறுபிரித்துக்கொண்ட அடையாளச்சின்னம் அவன் தலையின்மேல் இருக்கிறது.

for his father, or for his mother, for his brother, or for his sister — he is not unclean for them at their death, for the separation of his God [is] on his head;

8 அவன் தன்னை வேறுபிரித்திருக்கும் காலம் முழுவதும் அவன் யெகோவாவுக்காக அர்ப்பணம் செய்தவனாயிருக்கிறான்.

all days of his separation he [is] holy to Jehovah.

9 “‘ஆனால் யாராவது ஒருவன் அவன் முன்னிலையில் திடீரென இறந்து, அதனால் அவன் அர்ப்பணம் செய்திருந்த அவனுடைய தலைமயிரை அசுத்தப்படுத்தினால், தன் சுத்திகரிப்பின் நாளான ஏழாம் நாளிலே அவன் தன் தலைமயிரைச் சவரம் செய்துகொள்ள வேண்டும்.

'And when the dead dieth beside him in an instant, suddenly, and he hath defiled the head of his separation, then he hath shaved his head in the day of his cleansing; on the seventh day he doth shave it,

10 அவன் எட்டாம் நாளில் இரண்டு புறாக்களையாவது, இரண்டு மாடப்புறாக் குஞ்சுகளையாவது சபைக்கூடார வாசலில் ஆசாரியனிடம் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும்.

and on the eighth day he bringeth in two turtle-doves or two young pigeons unto the priest, unto the opening of the tent of meeting,

11 அவன் செத்த உடலருகில் இருந்ததினால் பாவம் செய்தபடியால், ஆசாரியன் அவற்றில் ஒன்றைப் பாவநிவாரண காணிக்கையாகவும், மற்றொன்றை அவனுக்காகப் பாவநிவிர்த்தி செய்வதற்குத் தகன காணிக்கையாகவும் செலுத்தவேண்டும். அதே நாளிலேயே அவன் தலையையும் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

and the priest hath prepared one for a sin-offering, and one for a burnt-offering, and hath made atonement for him, because of that which he hath sinned by the body, and he hath hallowed his head on that day;

12 அவன் தன்னை வேறுபிரித்துக்கொண்ட காலத்திற்கு என தன்னைத் திரும்பவும் யெகோவாவுக்கு அர்ப்பணம் செய்து, குற்றநிவாரண காணிக்கையாக ஒரு வயதுடைய செம்மறியாட்டுக் கடாக்குட்டியைக் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும். அவன் தன்னை வேறுபிரித்துக்கொண்ட காலத்தில் அசுத்தமடைந்தபடியினால், அதற்கு முந்தின நாட்கள் கணக்கிடப்படுவதில்லை.

and he hath separated to Jehovah the days of his separation, and he hath brought in a lamb, a son of a year, for a guilt-offering, and the former days are fallen, for his separation hath been defiled.

13 “‘தன்னை நசரேய விரதத்தினால் வேறுபிரித்த காலம் முடியும்போது, அவனுக்கான சட்டமாவது: அவனைச் சபைக் கூடாரத்தின் நுழைவாசலுக்குக் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும்.

'And this [is] the law of the Nazarite; in the day of the fulness of the days of his separation doth [one] bring him in unto the opening of the tent of meeting,

14 அங்கே அவன் தன் காணிக்கைகளை யெகோவாவுக்கு ஒப்படைக்கவேண்டும். குறைபாடற்ற ஒரு வயதுடைய செம்மறியாட்டுக் கடாக்குட்டியை தகன காணிக்கையாகவும், குறைபாடற்ற ஒரு வயதுடைய பெண் செம்மறியாட்டுக் குட்டியைப் பாவநிவாரண காணிக்கையாகவும், குறைபாடற்ற ஒரு செம்மறியாட்டுக் கடாவைச் சமாதான காணிக்கையாகவும் செலுத்தவேண்டும்.

and he hath brought near his offering to Jehovah, one he-lamb, a son of a year, a perfect one, for a burnt-offering, and one she-lamb, a daughter of a year, a perfect one, for a sin-offering, and one ram, a perfect one, for peace-offerings,

15 இன்னும் அவற்றிற்கான தானிய காணிக்கைகளையும், பானகாணிக்கைகளையும், ஒரு கூடை புளிப்பில்லாத அப்பத்தையும் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும். அந்த அப்பங்கள் சிறந்த மாவில் எண்ணெய் கலந்து சுடப்பட்ட அடை அப்பங்களாகவும், எண்ணெய் தடவி சுடப்பட்ட அதிரசங்களாகவும் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

and a basket of unleavened things of flour, cakes mixed with oil, and thin cakes of unleavened things anointed with oil, and their present, and their libations.

16 “‘ஆசாரியன் அவற்றை யெகோவாவுக்கு முன்பாகக் கொண்டுவந்து, பாவநிவாரண காணிக்கையாகவும், தகன காணிக்கையாகவும் செலுத்தவேண்டும்.

'And the priest hath brought [them] near before Jehovah, and hath made his sin-offering and his burnt-offering;

17 அவன் புளிப்பில்லாத அப்பங்கள் இருக்கும் கூடையைக் கொண்டுவந்து, அந்த செம்மறியாட்டுக் கடாவை தானிய காணிக்கையுடனும், பானகாணிக்கையுடனும், யெகோவாவுக்குச் சமாதான காணிக்கையாகச் செலுத்தவேண்டும்.

and the ram he maketh a sacrifice of peace-offerings to Jehovah, besides the basket of unleavened things; and the priest hath made its present and its libation.

18 “‘பின்பு அந்த நசரேய விரதம் செய்து கொண்டவன் தான் அர்ப்பணித்த தலைமயிரை சபைக்கூடார வாசலில் சவரம் செய்யவேண்டும். அவன் அந்த மயிரை எடுத்து, சமாதான காணிக்கை பலியின் கீழே எரியும் நெருப்பில் போடவேண்டும்.

'And the Nazarite hath shaved (at the opening of the tent of meeting) the head of his separation, and hath taken the hair of the head of his separation, and hath put [it] on the fire which [is] under the sacrifice of the peace-offerings.

19 “‘நசரேய விரதம் செய்து கொண்டவன் தான் அர்ப்பணித்த தலைமயிரைச் சவரம் செய்தபின், ஆசாரியன் செம்மறியாட்டுக் கடாவின் அவித்த முன்னந்தொடையையும், புளிப்பில்லாமல் செய்யப்பட்டுக் கூடையில் வைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் அடை அப்பத்திலிருந்து ஒன்றையும், அதிரசத்திலிருந்து ஒன்றையும் அவனுடைய கைகளில் வைக்கவேண்டும்.

'And the priest hath taken the boiled shoulder from the ram, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one thin unleavened cake, and hath put on the palms of the Nazarite after his shaving his separation;

20 அவற்றை ஆசாரியன் யெகோவா முன்பாக அசைவாட்டும் காணிக்கையாக அசைவாட்டவேண்டும். அவை பரிசுத்தமானவை. அவை ஆசாரியனுக்கே உரியவை. அத்துடன் அசைவாட்டிய நெஞ்சுப்பகுதியும், செலுத்தப்பட்ட தொடையும் ஆசாரியனுக்கே உரியவை. அதன்பின் நசரேயன் திராட்சை இரசத்தைக் குடிக்கலாம்.

and the priest hath waved them, a wave-offering before Jehovah; it [is] holy to the priest, besides the breast of the wave-offering, and besides the leg of the heave-offering; and afterwards doth the Nazarite drink wine.

21 “‘யெகோவாவுக்காக நசரேய விரதத்தினால் தன்னை வேறுபிரித்துக்கொண்டவனுக்குரிய சட்டம் இதுவே. அவன் தன் வேறுபிரித்தலுக்கேற்ற காணிக்கைகளையும், அத்துடன் தன்னால் கொடுக்க இயன்ற அளவு கொடுப்பவைகளைக் குறித்ததான சட்டம் இதுவே. நசரேய விரதத்திற்கான சட்டப்படி தான் செய்துகொண்ட நேர்த்திக்கடனை அவன் நிறைவேற்றவேண்டும்’” என்றார்.

'This [is] the law of the Nazarite, who voweth his offering to Jehovah for his separation, apart from that which his hand attaineth; according to his vow which he voweth so he doth by the law of his separation.'

22 பின்பு யெகோவா மோசேயிடம்,

And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

23 “நீ ஆரோனுடனும், அவன் மகன்களுடனும் பேசிச் சொல்லவேண்டியதாவது: ‘நீங்கள் இஸ்ரயேலரை ஆசீர்வதிக்கவேண்டிய விதம் இதுவே, நீங்கள் அவர்களிடம் சொல்லவேண்டியதாவது:

'Speak unto Aaron, and unto his sons, saying, Thus ye do bless the sons of Israel, saying to them,

24 “‘“யெகோவா உங்களை ஆசீர்வதித்து, உங்களைக் காப்பாராக;

'Jehovah bless thee and keep thee;

25 யெகோவா உங்கள்மேல் தமது முகத்தைப் பிரகாசிக்கப்பண்ணி, உங்களுடன் கிருபையாய் இருப்பாராக.

'Jehovah cause His face to shine upon thee, and favour thee;

26 யெகோவா தமது முகத்தை உங்கள் பக்கமாய் திருப்பி, உங்களுக்குச் சமாதானம் கொடுப்பாராக.”’

'Jehovah lift up His countenance upon thee, and appoint for thee — peace.

27 “இவ்விதமாக அவர்கள் இஸ்ரயேலர்மேல் என் பெயரை வைப்பார்கள். நானும் அவர்களை ஆசீர்வதிப்பேன்” என்றார்.

'And they have put My name upon the sons of Israel, and I — I do bless them.'
