யோவேல் 2

1 சீயோனிலே எக்காளம் ஊதுங்கள், என் பரிசுத்த குன்றிலே எச்சரிப்பின் ஒலியை எழுப்புங்கள். நாட்டில் வாழும் அனைவரும் நடுங்குவார்களாக; ஏனெனில், யெகோவாவின் நாள் வருகிறது. அது நெருங்கி வந்திருக்கிறது.

Give a blast on a ram's horn in Zion and sound a battle signal on [the] mountain of holiness my let them tremble all [the] inhabitants of the land for [is] about to come [the] day of Yahweh for [it is] near.

2 அது இருளும் காரிருளும் கலந்த நாள், மப்பும் மந்தாரமும் நிறைந்த நாள். விடியற்காலை வெளிச்சம் மலைகளின்மீது பரவுவதுபோல் வலிமைமிக்க வெட்டுக்கிளிகளின் பெரும் படையொன்று வருகிறது! இதுபோன்ற படை முற்காலத்தில் இருந்ததுமில்லை, வரப்போகும் காலங்களில் இருக்கப் போவதுமில்லை.

A day of darkness and gloom a day of cloud and thick darkness like dawn spread out over the mountains a people numerous and mighty like it not it has occurred since antiquity and after it not it will repeat until years of a generation and a generation.

3 அவற்றிற்கு முன்னாக நெருப்பு சுட்டெரிக்கும், அவற்றிற்கு பின்னாக நெருப்புப் பற்றியெரியும். அவற்றிற்கு முன்னாக நாடு ஏதேன் தோட்டத்தைப் போலவும், அவற்றிற்குப் பின்னாக நாடு பாழான பாலைவனம் போலவும் இருக்கிறது; அவற்றிலிருந்து தப்புவது எதுவுமேயில்லை.

Before it it has consumed fire and after it it sets ablaze a flame [is] like [the] garden of Eden the land before it and after it a wilderness of desolation and also escape not it belongs to it.

4 அவை குதிரைகளின் தோற்றமுடையவை; அவை குதிரைப் படைபோல் பாய்ந்தோடுகின்றன.

[is] like [the] appearance of Horses appearance its and like horsemen so they run!

5 தேர்களின் இரைச்சலைப் போன்ற சத்தத்துடனும், காய்ந்த சருகுகளை எரிக்கும்போது எழும்பும் சத்தத்துடனும், யுத்தத்திற்கு அணிவகுக்கும் வலிமைமிக்க படையைப்போல் அவை மலைமேல் பாய்ந்து வருகின்றன.

Like [the] sound of chariots over [the] tops of the mountains they leap! like [the] sound of a flame of fire consuming stubble like a people mighty deployed of battle.

6 அவைகளைக் கண்டதும் நாடுகள் நடுங்கும்; பயத்தால் எல்லாருடைய முகங்களும் வெளிறிப்போகும்.

From before it they are in anguish peoples all faces they gather a glow.

7 வெட்டுக்கிளிகள் இராணுவவீரரைப்போல் தாவி ஓடுகின்றன; அவை போர் வீரரைப்போல் மதில்களில் ஏறுகின்றன. அவை தங்கள் பாதையிலிருந்து விலகாமல் நேராய் அணிவகுத்துச் செல்கின்றன.

Like warriors they run! like men of war they go up a wall and each on ways its they go! and not they exchange! paths their.

8 அவை ஒன்றையொன்று இடித்துக்கொள்ளாமல் ஒவ்வொன்றும் தன் வழிதவறாமல் செல்கின்றன. அணிவகுப்பைக் குலைக்காமல் போராயுதங்களை இடித்து முன்னேறுகின்றன.

And each brother its not they crowd! a man on track its they go! and through the weapon[s] they fall not they stop.

9 அவை நகரத்தை நோக்கி விரைகின்றன; மதில்கள்மேல் ஓடுகின்றன. வீடுகளுக்குள் ஏறுகின்றன; அவை திருடர்களைப்போல் ஜன்னல் வழியே நுழைகின்றன.

On the city they rush on the wall they run! in the houses they go up through the windows they go like thief.

10 அவற்றின் முன்பாக பூமி அதிருகிறது, வானம் அசைகிறது. சூரியனும் சந்திரனும் இருளடைகின்றன, நட்சத்திரங்கள் ஒளிகொடாதிருக்கின்றன.

Before it it trembles [the] earth they shake [the] heavens sun and moon they become dark and [the] stars they withdraw brightness their.

11 யெகோவா தமது படையின் முன்னின்று முழக்கமிடுகிறார்; அவருடைய பாளையம் மிகப்பெரியது, அவருடைய கட்டளைக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிகிறதற்கு வலிமைமிக்கது. யெகோவாவின் நாள் பெரிதும் பயங்கரமுமானது. அதை யாரால் சகிக்கமுடியும்?

And Yahweh he gives forth voice his before army his for [is] great very camp his for [is] mighty [the] [one who] does word his for [is] great [the] day of Yahweh and awesome exceedingly and who? will he endure it.

12 ஆகையால், “இப்பொழுதேனும் நீங்கள் உபவாசித்து, அழுது புலம்பி, உங்கள் முழுமனதுடன் என்னிடம் திரும்புங்கள்” என்று யெகோவா அறிவிக்கிறார்.

And also now [the] utterance of Yahweh return to me with all heart your and with fasting and with weeping and with wailing.

13 உங்கள் உடைகளையல்ல, உங்கள் உள்ளத்தையே கிழியுங்கள். உங்கள் இறைவனாகிய யெகோவாவிடம் திரும்புங்கள்; ஏனெனில் அவர் கிருபையும் கருணையும் உள்ளவர், கோபிக்கத் தாமதிக்கிறவர், அன்பு நிறைந்தவர்; பேரழிவை அனுப்பாமல் மனம் மாறுகிறவர்.

And tear heart your and may not [it be] garments your and return to Yahweh God your for [is] gracious and compassionate he long of anger and great of covenant loyalty and relenting on harm.

14 யாருக்குத் தெரியும்? ஒருவேளை அவர் மனமாறி, அனுதாபங்கொண்டு, உங்களுக்குத் தனது ஆசீர்வாதத்தையும் தரக்கூடும். அப்பொழுது உங்கள் இறைவனாகிய யெகோவாவுக்காக தானிய காணிக்கையையும் பானகாணிக்கையையும் நீங்கள் கொண்டுவரலாம்.

Who? [is] knowing he will turn and he will relent and he will leave behind him a blessing a grain offering and a drink offering for Yahweh God your.

15 ஆசாரியர்களே, சீயோனிலே எக்காளம் ஊதுங்கள், பரிசுத்த உபவாசத்தை அறிவியுங்கள்; பரிசுத்த திருச்சபையை ஒன்றுகூட்டுங்கள்.

Give a blast on a ram's horn in Zion consecrate a fast call an assembly.

16 மக்களை ஒன்றுசேர்த்து, சபையை பரிசுத்தம் செய்யுங்கள். முதியோரை ஒன்றுகூட்டுங்கள், பிள்ளைகளையும் பாலுண்கிற குழந்தைகளையும் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள். மணமகன் தன் அறையையும், மணமகள் தன் படுக்கையையும் விட்டுப் புறப்படட்டும்.

Gather [the] people consecrate an assembly gather [the] elders gather children and suckling-children of breasts let him go out [the] bridegroom from room his and [the] bride from chamber her.

17 யெகோவாவுக்கு முன்பாக ஊழியஞ்செய்யும் ஆசாரியர்கள் புலம்பட்டும்; ஆலய மண்டபத்திற்கும் பலிபீடத்திற்கும் இடையே நின்று அழட்டும். அவர்கள், “யெகோவாவே, உமது மக்களைத் தப்புவியும். உமது உரிமைச்சொத்தை பிறநாடுகளின் நடுவே நிந்தைக்கும் பழிச்சொல்லுக்கும் ஆளாக்காதேயும். ‘அவர்களுடைய இறைவன் எங்கே?’ என்று மக்கள் கூட்டங்கள் மத்தியில் அவர்கள் ஏன் சொல்லவேண்டும்?” என்று சொல்வார்களாக.

Between the porch and to the altar let them weep the priests [the] servants of Yahweh and let them say have compassion! O Yahweh on people your and may not you make inheritance your into a reproach to mock on them nations why? will people say among the peoples where? [is] God their.

18 அப்பொழுது யெகோவா தமது நாட்டின்மேல் வைராக்கியங்கொண்டு, தமது மக்களில் அனுதாபங்கொள்வார்.

And he became jealous Yahweh for land his and he had compassion on people his.

19 யெகோவா தம் மக்களுக்கு மறுமொழியாக கூறியது: “இதோ, நான் உங்களுக்குத் தானியத்தையும், புதிய திராட்சை இரசத்தையும், எண்ணெயையும் முழுமையாய் திருப்தியளிக்கும் வகையில் அனுப்புகிறேன்; நான் இனியும் பிற தேசத்தாருக்கு உங்களை நிந்தையாக வைக்கமாட்டேன்.

And he answered Yahweh and he said to people his here I [am] about to send to you grain and new wine and fresh oil and you will be satisfied with it and not I will make you again a reproach among the nations.

20 “வடதிசைப் படைகளை உங்களைவிட்டுத் தூரமாய்த் விலக்கிவிடுவேன்; பாழடைந்த வறண்ட நாட்டிற்கு அவர்களைத் தள்ளிவிடுவேன். அதன் முன்னணிப் படைகளை கிழக்கே சாக்கடலிலும், அதன் பின்னணிப் படைகளை மேற்கே மத்திய தரைக்கடலிலும் தள்ளுவேன். அங்கே அவற்றின் நாற்றமும் தீய வாடையும் நாட்டின் மேலெழும்பும்.” நிச்சயமாகவே யெகோவா பெரிய காரியங்களைச் செய்திருக்கிறார்.

And the northerner[s] I will remove far away from with you and I will drive away it into a land dry and desolation face its into the sea eastern and end its into the sea western and it will go up stench its and it will go up foul smell its for he has made great to do.

21 நாடே நீ பயப்படாதே, மகிழ்ந்து களிகூரு; நிச்சயமாகவே யெகோவா பெரிய காரியங்களைச் செய்திருக்கிறார்.

May not you fear O land be glad and rejoice for he has made great Yahweh to do.

22 காட்டு மிருகங்களே, பயப்படாதேயுங்கள், வனாந்திரத்தின் மேய்ச்சலிடங்கள் பசுமையாகின்றன. மரங்கள் கனி கொடுக்கின்றன; அத்திமரமும் திராட்சைக்கொடியும் நிறைவாய்ப் பலனளிக்கின்றன.

May not you fear O animals of [the] field for they are green [the] pastures of [the] wilderness for [the] tree[s] it has borne fruit its [the] fig tree and [the] vine they have given strength their.

23 சீயோன் மக்களே, மகிழுங்கள், உங்கள் இறைவனாகிய யெகோவாவிடம் களிகூருங்கள். ஏனெனில் அவர் தம் நீதியை நிலைநாட்ட உங்களுக்கு முன்மாரியைத் தந்திருக்கிறார். முன்போலவே உங்களுக்கு முன்மாரியையும் பின்மாரியையும் நிறைவாய்ப் பொழிகிறார்.

And O people of Zion be glad and rejoice in Yahweh God your for he has given to you the early rain for righteousness and he has sent down for you rain early rain and spring rain in the first [month].

24 சூடடிக்கும் களங்கள் தானியத்தினால் நிரம்பியிருக்கும்; ஆலைகள் புதிய திராட்சை இரசத்தினாலும் எண்ணெயினாலும் நிரம்பிவழியும்.

And they will be full the threshing floors grain and they will overflow the wine-vats new wine and fresh oil.

25 நான் உங்களுக்கு மத்தியில் அனுப்பின பச்சைப்புழுக்களும், இளம் வெட்டுக்கிளிகளும், துள்ளும் வெட்டுக்கிளிகளும், வளர்ந்த வெட்டுக்கிளிகளும் தின்று அழித்த வருடங்களுக்குப் பதிலாக, உங்களுக்கு ஈடுசெய்வேன்.

And I will restore to you the years which it has eaten the locust[s] the locust[s] and the locust[s] and the locust[s] army my great which I sent among you.

26 நீங்கள் திருப்தியாகும்வரை சாப்பிடுவதற்கு உங்களுக்கு உணவு நிறைவாய் இருக்கும். அப்பொழுது உங்களுக்காக அதிசயங்கள் செய்த உங்கள் யெகோவாவாகிய இறைவனின் பெயரைத் துதிப்பீர்கள்; என்னுடைய மக்கள் இனி ஒருபோதும் வெட்கப்படமாட்டார்கள்.

And you will eat completely and being satisfied and you will praise [the] name of Yahweh God your who he has dealt with you by doing wonderfully and not they will be ashamed people my for ever.

27 அப்பொழுது நான் இஸ்ரயேலில் உங்களுடன் இருக்கிறேன் என்றும், உங்கள் இறைவனாகிய யெகோவா நானே என்றும், வேறொருவரும் இல்லை என்றும் நீங்கள் அறிந்துகொள்வீர்கள்; என் மக்கள் இனி ஒருபோதும் வெட்கப்படமாட்டார்கள்.

And you will know that [am] in [the] midst of Israel I and I [am] Yahweh God your and there not [is] yet and not they will be ashamed people my for ever.

28 “அதன்பின்பு, நான் எல்லா மக்கள்மேலும் என் ஆவியானவரைப் பொழிவேன். உங்கள் மகன்களும், மகள்களும் இறைவாக்கு உரைப்பார்கள்; உங்கள் முதியவர்கள் கனவுகளையும் உங்கள் இளைஞர் தரிசனங்களையும் காண்பார்கள்.

And it will be after thus I will pour out spirit my on all flesh and they will prophesy sons your and daughters your old [men] your dreams they will dream! young men your visions they will see.

29 மேலும் அந்நாட்களில் நான், எனது ஊழியக்காரர்கள்மேலும் ஊழியக்காரிகள்மேலும் என் ஆவியைப் பொழிவேன்.

And also on the [male] servants and on the female servants in the days those I will pour out spirit my.

30 வானத்திலும் பூமியிலும் இரத்தமும் நெருப்பும் புகை மண்டலமுமாகிய அதிசயங்களை நான் காண்பிப்பேன்.

And I will put wonders in the heavens and on the earth blood and fire and columns of smoke.

31 பெரிதும் பயங்கரமுமான யெகோவாவின் அந்த நாள் வருமுன்பே, சூரியன் இருண்டுபோகும், சந்திரன் இரத்தமாக மாறும்.

The sun it will be changed into darkness and the moon into blood before comes [the] day of Yahweh great and awesome.

32 அப்போது யெகோவாவின் பெயரைச் சொல்லி கூப்பிடுகிற, யாவரும் இரட்சிக்கப்படுவார்கள்; யெகோவா சொன்னதுபோலவே, மீந்திருப்பவர்கள் மத்தியிலிருந்து யெகோவாவினால் அழைக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு, சீயோன் மலையிலும் எருசலேமிலும் மீட்பு உண்டு.

And it will be every [one] who he will call on [the] name of Yahweh he will escape for on [the] mountain of Zion and in Jerusalem it will be an escaped remnant just as he has said Yahweh and among the survivors whom Yahweh [will be] calling.
