ஏசாயா 62

1 சீயோனின் நிமித்தம் நான் மவுனமாயிராமலும், எருசலேமின் நிமித்தம் நான் செயலற்று இராமலும், அதன் நீதி விடியற்கால வெளிச்சத்தைப் போலவும், அதன் இரட்சிப்பு பற்றியெரியும் ஒரு தீவட்டியைப் போலவும் வெளிப்படும்வரை அமராமலும் இருப்பேன்.

For Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking]’s sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem [City of peace]’s sake I will not rest, until her righteousness shines out like the dawn, and her yishu'ah ·salvation· like a blazing torch.

2 பிறநாடுகள் உன் நீதியைக் காண்பார்கள், அரசர்கள் யாவரும் உன் மகிமையைக் காண்பார்கள்; யெகோவாவின் வாய் வழங்கும் ஒரு புதிய பெயரால் நீ அழைக்கப்படுவாய்.

The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your kavod ·weighty glory·, and you will be called by a new name, which Adonai’s mouth will name.

3 நீ யெகோவாவின் கரத்தில் சிறப்பான மகுடமாகவும், உன் இறைவனின் கரத்தில் அரச மகுடமாகவும் இருப்பாய்.

You will also be a crown of beauty in Adonai’s hand, and a royal diadem ·crown· in your God’s hand.

4 அவர்கள் இனி ஒருபோதும் உன்னைக் கைவிடப்பட்ட நாடு என அழைப்பதில்லை. உன்னைப் பாழடைந்த நாடு என்று சொல்வதுமில்லை. நீ எப்சிபா என்று அழைக்கப்படுவாய், உனது நாடு பியூலா என்று பெயர்பெறும்; ஏனெனில் யெகோவா உன்னில் பிரியப்படுவார், உன் நாடு வாழ்க்கைப்படும்.

You will not be called Forsaken any more; nor will your land be called Desolate any more: but you will be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; for Adonai delights in you, and your land will be married.

5 ஒரு வாலிபன் ஒரு கன்னிப் பெண்ணைத் திருமணம் செய்வதுபோல, உன்னைக் கட்டியெழுப்பியவர் உன்னைத் திருமணம் செய்வார். மணமகன் மணமகளில் மகிழ்ச்சிகொள்ளுவதுபோல, உன் இறைவன் உன்னில் மகிழ்ச்சிகொள்வார்.

For as a young man marries a virgin, so your sons will marry you. As a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so your God will rejoice over you.

6 எருசலேமே, நான் உனது மதில்களின்மேல் காவலாளரை நியமித்திருக்கிறேன்; பகலிலோ இரவிலோ ஒருபோதும் அவர்கள் மவுனமாய் இருக்கமாட்டார்கள். யெகோவாவை நோக்கி மன்றாடுவோரே, நீங்கள் ஓய்ந்திருக்க வேண்டாம்.

I have set watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem [City of peace]. They will never be silent day nor night. You who call on Adonai, take no rest,

7 அவர் எருசலேமை நிலைக்கப்பண்ணி, அவளைப் பூமியின் புகழ்ச்சியாக்கும்வரை, அவருக்கு ஓய்வுகொடாதீர்கள்.

and give him no rest, until he establishes, and until he makes Jerusalem [City of peace] a tehilah ·praise song· in the earth.

8 யெகோவா தனது வலது கரத்தினாலும் வலிய புயத்தினாலும் ஆணையிட்டுக் கூறியது: “நான் உங்கள் தானியத்தை, இனி ஒருபோதும் உங்கள் பகைவர்களுக்கு உணவாகக் கொடுக்கமாட்டேன்; உங்கள் உழைப்பினால் உண்டான புதிய திராட்சரசத்தை பிறர் இனி ஒருபோதும் குடிக்கமாட்டார்கள்.

Adonai has sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, “Surely I will no more give your grain to be food for your enemies; and foreigners will not drink your new wine, for which you have labored;

9 அதை அறுவடை செய்பவர்களே அதைச் சாப்பிட்டு, யெகோவாவைத் துதிப்பார்கள். திராட்சைப் பழங்களை சேகரிப்பவர்களே எனது பரிசுத்த இடத்தின் முற்றத்தில் திராட்சை இரசத்தைக் குடிப்பார்கள்.”

but those who have harvested it will eat it, and praise Adonai; and those who have gathered it will drink it in the courts of my sanctuary.”

10 கடந்துசெல்லுங்கள், வாசல்களைக் கடந்துசெல்லுங்கள்! மக்களுக்கு வழியை ஆயத்தப்படுத்துங்கள். கட்டுங்கள், பெரும் பாதையைக் கட்டுங்கள்! கற்களை அகற்றுங்கள். நாடுகளுக்காக கொடியை ஏற்றுங்கள்.

Go through, go through the gates! Prepare the way of the people! Build up, build up the highway! Gather out the stones! Lift up a banner for the peoples.

11 யெகோவா பூமியின் கடைசிவரை பிரசித்தப்படுத்தியிருப்பது: “பாருங்கள், ‘உங்கள் இரட்சகர் வருகிறார்! இதோ, அவர் கொடுக்கும் வெகுமதி அவருடன் இருக்கிறது; அவர் கொடுக்கும் பிரதிபலனும் அவரோடு வருகிறது’ என்று சீயோன் மகளுக்குச் சொல்லுங்கள்.”

Behold, Adonai has sh'ma ·hear obey, proclaimed· unto the end of the earth, “Say to the daughter of Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], ‘Behold, your yesha' ·salvation· comes. Behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him.’”

12 அவர்கள் பரிசுத்த மக்கள் என்றும், யெகோவாவினால் மீட்கப்பட்டவர்கள் என்றும் அழைக்கப்படுவார்கள்; நீ தேடிக் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டதென்றும் இனி ஒருபோதும் கைவிடப்படாத பட்டணம் என்றும் அழைக்கப்படுவாய்.

They will call them The holy people, Adonai’s redeemed. You will be called Sought out, A city not forsaken.
