எசேக்கியேல் 12
1 யெகோவாவினுடைய வார்த்தை எனக்கு வந்தது:
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
2 “மனுபுத்திரனே, நீ கலகம் செய்யும் குடும்பத்தாரின் மத்தியில் வாழ்கிறாய். அவர்களுக்கு பார்ப்பதற்குக் கண்கள் இருந்தும் காண்பதில்லை, கேட்பதற்குக் காதுகள் இருந்தும் கேட்பதில்லை. ஏனெனில் அவர்கள் கலகம் செய்யும் குடும்பத்தார்.
“Son of man, you live in the midst of a provoking house. They have eyes to see, and they do not see; and ears to hear, and they do not hear. For they are a provoking house.
3 “ஆகையால் மனுபுத்திரனே, நீ நாடுகடத்தப்படுவதற்காக உனது பயண பொருட்களை ஆயத்தப்படுத்து. அவர்கள் காணத்தக்கதாக பகல் வேளையிலே உன் இருப்பிடத்தைவிட்டுப் புறப்பட்டு, வேறு இடத்திற்குப் போ. அவர்கள் கலகம் செய்யும் குடும்பத்தாராய் இருப்பினும் ஒருவேளை இதை விளங்கிக்கொள்வார்கள்.
As for you, then, son of man, prepare for yourself the supplies for traveling far away, and travel away in the daytime in their sight. And you shall travel from your place to another place in their sight, so that perhaps they may consider it. For they are a provoking house.
4 பகல் வேளையிலே அவர்கள் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கையில், நாடுகடத்தப்படுவதற்காக நீ ஆயத்தப்படுத்திய உன் உடைமைகளை வெளியே எடுத்து வா. அதன்பின் மாலை வேளையிலே அவர்கள் முன்னிலையில் நாடுகடத்தப்பட்டுப் போகிறவர்கள்போலப் புறப்படு.
And you shall carry your supplies outside, like the supplies of one who is traveling far away, in the daytime in their sight. Then you shall go forth in the evening in their presence, just as one goes forth who is moving far away.
5 அவர்கள் பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்கையிலே, சுவரில் ஒரு துளையிட்டு அதின் வழியாக உனது பயண பொருட்களை வெளியே கொண்டுபோக வேண்டும்.
Dig for yourself through the wall, before their eyes. And you shall go out through it.
6 இருள்சூழும் வேளையில் அவர்கள் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கையில், அவைகளை உன் தோள்மீது வைத்தபடி கொண்டுபோ. நாட்டைப் பார்க்க முடியாதபடி நீ உன் முகத்தை மூடிக்கொள். ஏனெனில் இஸ்ரயேல் குடும்பத்தாருக்கு நான் உன்னை ஒரு அடையாளமாக்கியிருக்கிறேன்” என்றார்.
In their sight, you shall be carried on shoulders, you shall be carried in the dark. You shall cover your face, and you shall not see the ground. For I have appointed you as a portent for the house of Israel.”
7 எனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே நான் செய்தேன். நாடுகடத்தப்படுவதற்காக ஆயத்தப்படுத்தப்பட்ட எனது உடைமைகளை, பகல் வேளையிலே வெளியே கொண்டுவந்து வைத்தேன். பின்பு மாலைவேளையில் எனது கைகளினால் சுவரில் துவாரமிட்டேன். அவர்கள் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கையில் இருள்சூழும் வேளையிலே, அதை வெளியே எடுத்து என் தோள்மீது வைத்துக்கொண்டு போனேன்.
Therefore, I did just as he had instructed me. I brought out my supplies in the daytime, like the supplies of one who is moving far away. And in the evening, I dug myself through the wall by hand. And I went out in the dark, and I was carried on shoulders, in their sight.
8 காலையிலே யெகோவாவினுடைய வார்த்தை எனக்கு வந்தது.
And the word of the Lord came to me, in the morning, saying:
9 “மனுபுத்திரனே, அந்தக் கலகம் செய்பவர்களாகிய இஸ்ரயேல் குடும்பத்தார், ‘நீ என்ன செய்கிறாய்?’ எனக் கேட்டார்கள் அல்லவா.
“Son of man, has not the house of Israel, the provoking house, said to you: ‘What are you doing?’
10 “நீ அவர்களிடம் சொல்லவேண்டியதாவது: ‘ஆண்டவராகிய யெகோவா கூறுவது இதுவே, இது எருசலேமின் அரசனையும் அங்கிருக்கும் இஸ்ரயேலரின் முழுக் குடும்பத்தையும் குறித்த இறைவாக்கு ஆகும்.
Say to them: Thus says the Lord God: This is the burden concerning my leader who is in Jerusalem, and concerning the entire house of Israel, who are in their midst.
11 நான் உங்களுக்கு ஒரு அடையாளமாக இருக்கிறேன்.’ “நான் செய்து காட்டியது போலவே உங்களுக்கும் செய்யப்படும், நீங்கள் சிறைக்கைதிகளாக நாடுகடத்தப்பட்டுப் போவீர்கள் என்று அவர்களுக்குச் சொல்.
Say: I am your portent. Just as I have done, so shall it be done to them. They will be taken captive and moved far away.
12 “அவர்கள் மத்தியிலிருக்கும் அரசன் இருள்சூழும் வேளையிலே தனது உடைமைகளைத் தன் தோளில் சுமந்தபடி புறப்படுவான். அவன் போவதற்காக சுவரிலே ஒரு துளை இடப்படும். அவன் நாட்டைப் பார்க்க முடியாதபடி தன் முகத்தை மூடிக்கொள்வான்.
And the leader who is in their midst will be carried on shoulders; he will go forth in darkness. They will dig through the wall, so that they may lead him away. His face will be covered, so that he may not see the land with his eye.
13 நான் அவனுக்காக என் வலையை விரிப்பேன். அவன் எனது கண்ணியில் சிக்குவான். கல்தேயரின் நாடாகிய பாபிலோனுக்கு அவனைக் கொண்டுசெல்வேன். ஆனால் அவன் அதைக் காணமாட்டான். அங்கேயே அவன் செத்துப்போவான்.
And I will extend my net over him, and he will be captured in my dragnet. And I will lead him to Babylon, into the land of the Chaldeans, but he himself will not see it. And there he shall die.
14 அவனைச்சுற்றிலும் இருக்கும் உதவியாளர்களையும், இராணுவங்களையும் எல்லா திசைகளிலும் சிதறிப்போகப் பண்ணுவேன். உருவிய வாளோடு அவர்களைப் பின்தொடர்வேன்.
And all who are around him, his guards and his companies, I will scatter into every wind. And I will unsheathe the sword after them.
15 “நான் அவர்களை மக்கள் கூட்டத்திற்குள் கலைந்துபோகச் செய்து, நாடுகளுக்குள் சிதறடிக்கும்போது, நானே யெகோவா என அவர்கள் அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள்.
And they shall know that I am the Lord, when I will have dispersed them among the Gentiles, and will have sowed them among the lands.
16 ஆனால் நான் அவர்களில் சிலரை வாள், பஞ்சம், கொள்ளைநோய் ஆகியவற்றிலிருந்து தப்புவிப்பேன். அப்பொழுது அவர்கள் தாங்கள் போய்ச்சேரும் நாடுகளுக்கிடையில் வெறுக்கத்தக்க தங்கள் பழக்கவழக்கங்களைத் தவறு என்று ஒத்துக்கொள்வார்கள்; அப்பொழுது நானே யெகோவா என்பதையும் அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள் என்று சொல்” என்றார்.
And I will leave behind a few men of them, apart from the sword, and the famine, and the pestilence, so that they may declare all their wicked deeds among the Gentiles, to whom they will go. And they shall know that I am the Lord.”
17 மேலும் யெகோவாவின் வார்த்தை எனக்கு வந்தது.
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
18 “மனுபுத்திரனே, நீ நடுக்கத்தோடே உன் உணவை சாப்பிடு. பயத்துடன் நடுங்கிக்கொண்டு தண்ணீரைக்குடி.
“Son of man, eat your bread in consternation. Moreover, drink your water hurriedly and in sorrow.
19 பின்பு நாட்டின் குடிகளிடம் சொல்லவேண்டியதாவது: ‘இஸ்ரயேல் நாட்டிலும் எருசலேமிலும் வாழும் மக்களைக் குறித்து ஆண்டவராகிய யெகோவா கூறுவது இதுவே: அவர்கள் தங்கள் உணவை ஏக்கத்தோடு சாப்பிட்டு, மனச்சோர்வுடன் தண்ணீரைக் குடிப்பார்கள். ஏனெனில் அவர்களுடைய நாடு அங்கு குடியிருக்கும் அனைவரது கொடுமையினிமித்தம் அழித்துப் பாழாக்கப்படும்.
And say to the people of the land: Thus says the Lord God, to those who are living in Jerusalem, in the land of Israel: They shall eat their bread in anxiety, and drink their water in desolation, so that the land may be desolate before its multitude, because of the iniquity of all who are living in it.
20 அவர்கள் குடியேறியிருக்கும் பட்டணங்கள் சீர்குலையும்; நாடு பாழாகும். அப்பொழுது நானே யெகோவா என்பதை நீங்கள் அறிந்துகொள்வீர்கள் என்று சொல்’” என்றார்.
And cities that are now inhabited will become desolate, and the land will be forsaken. And you shall know that I am the Lord.”
21 மேலும் யெகோவாவின் வார்த்தை எனக்கு வந்தது:
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
22 “மனுபுத்திரனே, ‘நாட்களோ கடந்துபோய்க் கொண்டிருக்கின்றன; தரிசனம் ஒன்றும் நிறைவேறவில்லையே’ என்பதாக இஸ்ரயேல் நாட்டிலே உங்களுக்குள் வழங்கப்படும் இப்பழமொழி என்ன?
“Son of man, what is this proverb that you have in the land of Israel? saying: ‘The days shall be extended in length, and every vision shall perish.’
23 ஆகையால் நீ அவர்களிடம் சொல்லவேண்டியதாவது, ‘ஆண்டவராகிய யெகோவா கூறுவது இதுவே: நான் இப்பழமொழிக்கு ஒரு முடிவைக் கொண்டுவரப் போகிறேன். இஸ்ரயேலில் இனி அதைக் கூறமாட்டார்கள். எல்லாத் தரிசனங்களும் நிறைவுபெறும் காலம் நெருங்கிவிட்டது’ என்று அவர்களுக்குச் சொல்.
Therefore, say to them: Thus says the Lord God: I will cause this proverb to cease, and it shall no longer be a common saying in Israel. And tell them that the days are approaching, and the word of every vision.
24 பொய்த் தரிசனங்களோ அல்லது சாதகமாய்க் குறிசொல்லுதலோ இனி ஒருபோதும் இஸ்ரயேலரிடம் இருப்பதில்லை.
For there shall no longer be any empty visions, nor any ambiguous divination in the midst of the sons of Israel.
25 ஆகவே யெகோவாவாகிய நான், திட்டமிட்டதையே பேசுவேன். அது தாமதமின்றி நிறைவேறும். கலகக்கார வீட்டாரே, ‘நான் கூறியது எதுவோ அதை உங்கள் நாட்களிலேயே நிறைவேற்றுவேன் என்று ஆண்டவராகிய யெகோவா அறிவிக்கிறார்.’”
For I, the Lord, will speak. And whatever word I will speak, it shall be done, and it shall not be delayed any more. Instead, in your days, O provoking house, I will speak a word and do it, says the Lord God.”
26 மேலும் யெகோவாவின் வார்த்தை எனக்கு வந்தது.
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
27 “மனுபுத்திரனே, ‘இவன் காணும் தரிசனம் நிறைவேற இப்பொழுதிலிருந்து அநேக வருடங்கள் செல்லும் அநேக காலங்களுக்குப்பின் வரப்போகும் எதிர்காலம் பற்றியே இவன் இறைவாக்கு உரைக்கின்றான்’ என்று இஸ்ரயேல் குடும்பத்தார் கூறுகின்றார்கள்.
“Son of man, behold the house of Israel, those who are saying: ‘The visions that this one sees is many days away,’ and, ‘This man prophesies about times that are far away.’
28 “ஆகையால் நீ அவர்களிடம், ஆண்டவராகிய யெகோவா கூறுவது இதுவே. ‘இனி ஒருபோதும் என் வார்த்தைகளில் ஒன்றாகிலும் தாமதிப்பதில்லை. நான் சொல்வது எதுவோ அது நிறைவேற்றப்படும் என்று ஆண்டவராகிய யெகோவா அறிவிக்கிறார் என்று சொல்’” என்றார்.
Because of this, say to them: Thus says the Lord God: No word of mine will be delayed any longer. The word that I will speak will be fulfilled, says the Lord God.”
