யாத்திராகமம் 6

1 அப்பொழுது யெகோவா மோசேயிடம், “இப்பொழுது நான் பார்வோனுக்குச் செய்யப்போவதை நீ காண்பாய்: என் பலத்த கரத்தின் நிமித்தம் அவன் அவர்களைப் போகவிடுவான்; அவன் என் கரத்தின் வல்லமையின் நிமித்தம் அவர்களைத் தன் நாட்டிலிருந்து துரத்தியே விடுவான்” என்றார்.

And the Lord said to Moses: “Now you will see what I shall do to Pharaoh. For through a strong hand he will release them, and by a mighty hand he will cast them from his land.”

2 பின்னும் இறைவன் மோசேயிடம், “நானே யெகோவா.

And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: “I am the Lord,

3 ஆபிரகாமிற்கும், ஈசாக்கிற்கும், யாக்கோபிற்கும் எல்லாம் வல்ல இறைவனாக நானே காட்சியளித்தேன். ஆனாலும் யெகோவா என்ற என் பெயரால் நான் என்னை அவர்களுக்கு அறியச்செய்யவில்லை.

who appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as Almighty God. And I did not reveal to them my name: ADONAI.

4 அத்துடன், ‘இஸ்ரயேல் மக்கள் பிறநாட்டினராய் வாழ்ந்த கானான் நாட்டை அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுப்பேன்’ என்று அவர்களுடன் ஒரு உடன்படிக்கையையும் ஏற்படுத்தினேன்.

And I formed a covenant with them, in order to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their sojourning, in which they were newcomers.

5 மேலும், எகிப்தியர் அடிமைப்படுத்துகிற இஸ்ரயேலரின் அழுகுரலைக் கேட்டிருக்கிறேன்; என்னுடைய உடன்படிக்கையை நினைவுகூர்ந்தேன்.

I have heard the groaning of the sons of Israel, with which the Egyptians have oppressed them. And I have remembered my covenant.

6 “ஆகையால், நீ இஸ்ரயேல் மக்களிடம் சொல்லவேண்டியதாவது; ‘நானே யெகோவா, நான் எகிப்தியரின் நுகத்தின் கீழிருந்து உங்களை வெளியே கொண்டுவருவேன். நீங்கள் அவர்களுக்கு அடிமைகளாய் இருப்பதிலிருந்து உங்களை விடுதலையாக்குவேன்; நான் பலத்த கரத்தினாலும், தண்டனைத் தீர்ப்பளிக்கும் வல்ல செயல்களினாலும் உங்களை மீட்பேன்.

For this reason, say to the sons of Israel: I am the Lord who will lead you away from the work house of the Egyptians, and rescue you from servitude, and also redeem you with an exalted arm and great judgments.

7 உங்களை என் சொந்த மக்களாக்கி, நான் உங்கள் இறைவனாயிருப்பேன். அப்பொழுது எகிப்திய நுகத்தின் கீழிருந்து, உங்களை விடுவித்த உங்கள் இறைவனாகிய யெகோவா நானே என்று அறிந்துகொள்வீர்கள்.

And I will take you to myself as my people, and I will be your God. And you will know that I am the Lord your God, who led you away from the work house of the Egyptians,

8 ஆபிரகாமிற்கும், ஈசாக்கிற்கும், யாக்கோபிற்கும் கொடுப்பேன் என்று, உயர்த்திய கரத்தினால் நான் ஆணையிட்ட நாட்டிற்கு உங்களைக் கொண்டுவருவேன். அதை உங்களுக்கு உடைமையாகக் கொடுப்பேன். நானே யெகோவா’” என்றார்.

and who brought you into the land, over which I lifted up my hand in order to grant it to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And I will grant it to you as a possession. I am the Lord.”

9 மோசே இஸ்ரயேலருக்கு இவற்றை அறிவித்தான், ஆனால் அவர்களோ மனச்சோர்வினாலும் கொடூரமான அடிமைத்தனத்தினாலும் துன்பப்பட்டதனால் அவனுக்குச் செவிகொடுக்கவில்லை.

And so, Moses explained all these things to the sons of Israel, who did not agree with him, because of their anguish of spirit and very difficult work.

10 அப்பொழுது யெகோவா மோசேயிடம்,

And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:

11 “எகிப்திய அரசனாகிய பார்வோனிடம் நீ போ, அவனுடைய நாட்டிலிருந்து இஸ்ரயேலரைப் போகவிடும்படிச் சொல்” என்றார்.

“Enter and speak to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, so that he may release the sons of Israel from his land.”

12 ஆனால் மோசே யெகோவாவிடம், “இஸ்ரயேலரே எனக்குச் செவிகொடுக்கவில்லை என்றால், பார்வோன் ஏன் செவிகொடுக்கவேண்டும்? நானோ பண்படாத உதடுகளுள்ளவன்” என்றான்.

Moses responded in the sight the Lord: “Behold, the sons of Israel do not listen to me. And how will Pharaoh listen to me, especially since I am of uncircumcised lips?”

13 யெகோவா மோசேயிடமும் ஆரோனிடமும் இஸ்ரயேலரைப் பற்றியும், எகிப்திய அரசன் பார்வோனைப் பற்றியும் பேசி, எகிப்திலிருந்து இஸ்ரயேலரை வெளியே கொண்டுவரும்படி அவர்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டார்.

And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, and he gave them a commandment for the sons of Israel, and for Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, that they should lead the sons of Israel away from the land of Egypt.

14 இஸ்ரயேலரின் குடும்பங்களின் தலைவர்கள் இவர்களே: யாக்கோபின் முதற்பேறான மகனாகிய ரூபனின் மகன்கள்: ஆனோக்கு, பல்லூ, எஸ்ரோன், கர்மீ என்பவர்கள். ரூபனின் வம்சங்கள் இவையே.

These are the leaders of the houses by their families. The sons of Reuben, the firstborn of Israel: Hanoch and Pallu, Hezron and Carmi.

15 சிமியோனின் மகன்கள்: எமுயேல், யாமின், ஓகாத், யாகீன், சோகார், கானானியப் பெண்ணின் மகனான சாவூல் என்பவர்கள் ஆவர். சிமியோனுடைய வம்சங்கள் இவையே.

These are the kindred of Reuben. The sons of Simeon: Jemuel and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul, the son of a Canaanite women. These are the progeny of Simeon.

16 பதிவேட்டின்படி லேவியின் மகன்களின் பெயர்கள்: கெர்சோன், கோகாத், மெராரி என்பவர்கள் ஆவர். லேவி 137 வருடங்கள் வாழ்ந்தான்.

And these are the names of the sons of Levi by their kindred: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari. Now the years of the life of Levi were one hundred and thirty-seven.

17 லிப்னீயும் சீமேயியும் கெர்சோனின் வம்சத்தின் மகன்கள் ஆவர்.

The sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei, by their kindred.

18 அம்ராம், இத்சேயார், எப்ரோன், ஊசியேல் ஆகியோர் கோகாத்தின் மகன்கள் ஆவர். கோகாத் 133 வருடங்கள் வாழ்ந்தான்.

The sons of Kohath: Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron and Uzziel. Likewise, the years of the life of Kohath were one hundred and thirty-three.

19 மெராரியின் மகன்கள் மகேலி, மூஷி என்பவர்கள். அவர்களுடைய பதிவேட்டின்படி லேவியின் வம்சங்கள் இவையே.

The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. These are the kindred of Levi by their families.

20 அம்ராம் தன் தகப்பனின் சகோதரியான யோகெபேத்தைத் திருமணம் செய்தான்; அவள் அவனுக்கு ஆரோனையும், மோசேயையும் பெற்றாள். அம்ராம் 137 வருடங்கள் வாழ்ந்தான்.

Now Amram took as a wife Jochebed, his paternal aunt, who bore for him Aaron and Moses. And the years of the life of Amram were one hundred and thirty-seven.

21 இத்சேயாரின் மகன்கள் கோராகு, நெப்பேக், சிக்ரி என்பவர்கள் ஆவர்.

Likewise, the sons of Izhar: Korah, and Nepheg, and Zichri.

22 ஊசியேலின் மகன்கள்: மீசயேல், எல்சாபான், சித்ரி என்பவர்கள் ஆவர்.

Likewise, the sons of Uzziel: Mishael, and Elzaphan, and Sithri.

23 அம்மினதாபின் மகளும், நகசோனின் சகோதரியுமான எலிசபாளை ஆரோன் திருமணம் செய்தான்; அவள் அவனுக்கு நாதாபையும், அபியூவையும், எலெயாசாரையும், இத்தாமாரையும் பெற்றாள்.

Now Aaron took as a wife Elizabeth, the daughter of Amminadab, sister of Nahshon, who bore for him Nadab, and Abihu, and Eleazar, and Ithamar.

24 கோராகியரின் மகன்கள்: ஆசீர், எல்க்கானா, அபியாசாப் என்பவர்கள் ஆவர். கோராகிய வம்சங்கள் இவையே.

Likewise, the sons of Korah: Assir, and Elkanah, and Abiasaph. These are the kindred of the Korahites.

25 ஆரோனின் மகன் எலெயாசார் பூத்தியேலுடைய மகள்களில் ஒருத்தியைத் திருமணம் செய்தான். அவள் அவனுக்குப் பினெகாசைப் பெற்றாள். வம்சம் வம்சமாக லேவிய குடும்பங்களின் தலைவர்கள் இவர்களே.

And truly Eleazar, the son of Aaron, took a wife from the daughters of Putiel. And she bore him Phinehas. These are the heads of the Levitical families by their kindred.

26 இதே ஆரோனுக்கும், மோசேக்குமே, “இஸ்ரயேலருடைய கோத்திரப்பிரிவின்படி அவர்களை எகிப்திலிருந்து வெளியே கொண்டுவாருங்கள்” என்று யெகோவா சொல்லியிருந்தார்.

These are Aaron and Moses, whom the Lord instructed to lead the sons of Israel away from the land of Egypt by their companies.

27 இதே மோசேயும் ஆரோனுமே எகிப்திலிருந்து இஸ்ரயேலரை வெளியே கொண்டுவருவது பற்றி, எகிப்திய அரசன் பார்வோனிடம் பேசினார்கள்.

These are those who speak to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, in order to lead the sons of Israel out of Egypt. These are Moses and Aaron,

28 யெகோவா எகிப்தில் மோசேயுடன் பேசியபோது,

in the day when the Lord spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt.

29 யெகோவா மோசேயிடம், “நானே யெகோவா. நான் உனக்குச் சொல்லும் எல்லாவற்றையும் எகிப்திய அரசன் பார்வோனுக்குச் சொல்” என்றார்.

And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: “I am the Lord. Speak to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, all that I speak to you.”

30 ஆனால் மோசேயோ யெகோவாவிடம், “நான் திக்குவாயுள்ளவன். பார்வோன் எப்படி எனக்குச் செவிகொடுப்பான்?” என்றான்.

And Moses said in the sight of the Lord: “Lo, I am of uncircumcised lips, how will Pharaoh listen to me?”
