2 கொரிந்தியர் 6

1 இறைவனுடைய உடன் வேலையாட்களாகிய நாங்கள் இறைவனிடமிருந்து நீங்கள் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட கிருபையை வீணாக்க வேண்டாம் என உங்களை வருந்தி வேண்டிக்கொள்கிறோம்.

So we therefore as workers together beseech you, that ye receiue not the grace of God in vaine.

2 ஏனெனில், அவர் சொன்னதாவது: “என் தயவின் காலத்தில் நான் உங்களுக்கு செவிகொடுத்தேன். இரட்சிப்பின் நாளிலே நான் உங்களுக்கு உதவி செய்தேன்.” நான் உங்களுக்குச் சொல்கிறேன், இப்பொழுதே இறைவனது தயவின் காலம். இப்பொழுதே இரட்சிப்பின் நாள்.

For he sayth, I haue heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of saluation haue I succoured thee: beholde nowe the accepted time, beholde nowe the day of saluation.

3 எங்கள் ஊழியத்தைப்பற்றி யாரும் குறைகூறாதபடி, நாங்கள் எவருடைய வழியிலும் இடறுதலை ஏற்படுத்துகிறதில்லை.

We giue no occasion of offence in any thing, that our ministerie shoulde not be reprehended.

4 மாறாக, நாங்கள் இறைவனின் உண்மையான ஊழியர்கள் என்பதை எல்லாவிதத்திலும், எங்கள் நடத்தையின் மூலமாகக் காண்பிக்கிறோம்: எல்லாவற்றையும் சகித்தலிலும்; கஷ்டங்களிலும், துன்பங்களிலும், துயரங்களிலும்;

But in all things we approue our selues as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,

5 அடிக்கப்பட்டதிலும், சிறைவைக்கப்பட்டதிலும், கலவரங்களில் அகப்பட்டதிலும்; கஷ்டமான வேலையில் ஈடுபட்டதிலும், இரவில் நித்திரை இல்லாமலும், உணவு இல்லாமல் இருந்ததிலும்;

In stripes, in prisons, in tumults, in labours,

6 தூய்மையிலும், விளங்கிக்கொள்வதிலும், பொறுமையிலும், தயவிலும்; பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் எங்களில் இருப்பதிலும், உண்மை அன்பிலும்;

By watchings, by fastings, by puritie, by knowledge, by long suffering, by kindnesse, by the holy Ghost, by loue vnfained,

7 சத்திய போதனையிலும், இறைவனின் வல்லமையில் நடப்பதிலும், நீதியின் ஆயுதத்தை வலதுகையிலும் இடது கையிலும் பிடித்திருப்பதிலும், எங்கள் முன்மாதிரியைக் காண்பிக்கிறோம்;

By the worde of trueth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousnesse on the right hand, and on the left,

8 நாங்கள் மதிக்கப்பட்டு, அவமதிக்கப்பட்டு, புகழப்பட்டு, தூற்றப்பட்டு, ஏமாற்றுக்காரர்கள் என எண்ணப்பட்ட போதிலும், நாங்கள் உண்மை ஊழியர்களாகவே இருக்கிறோம்;

By honour, and dishonour, by euill report, and good report, as deceiuers, and yet true:

9 நாங்கள் அங்கீகரிக்கப் படாதவர்களென எண்ணப்பட்டாலும், அங்கீகரிக்கப் பட்டவர்களாக இருக்கிறோம்; நாங்கள் செத்தவர்கள் என சிலர் எண்ணினாலும், நாங்கள் தொடர்ந்து வாழ்கிறோம்; அடிக்கப்படுகிறோம், ஆனால் கொல்லப்படவில்லை;

As vnknowen, and yet knowen: as dying, and beholde, we liue: as chastened, and yet not killed:

10 துக்கமடைகிறோம், ஆனால் எப்பொழுதும் மகிழ்ச்சியாய் இருக்கிறோம்; ஏழைகளாய் இருக்கிறோம், ஆனால் பலரைச் செல்வந்தர்களாக்குகிறோம்; நாங்கள் ஒன்றுமில்லாதவர்களாய் இருக்கிறோம், ஆனால் யாவும் இருக்கின்றது! வெளிச்சத்திற்கும், இருளுக்கும் ஐக்கியம் இருக்க முடியுமா?

As sorowing, and yet alway reioycing: as poore, and yet make many riche: as hauing nothing, and yet possessing all things.

11 கொரிந்தியரே, நாங்கள் உங்களோடு வெளிப்படையாய் பேசியிருக்கிறோம். நாங்கள் எங்கள் உள்ளங்களை உங்களுக்கு வெளிப்படுத்தியிருக்கிறோம்.

O Corinthians, our mouth is open vnto you: our heart is made large.

12 நாங்கள் உங்களுக்கு ஒரு தடையும் இன்றி, தாராளமாய் அன்புகாட்டியிருக்கிறோம். ஆனால் நீங்களோ, எங்களுக்கு அன்பு காட்டாமல் இருக்கிறீர்களே.

Ye are not kept strait in vs, but ye are kept strait in your owne bowels.

13 உங்களை என் பிள்ளைகள் என்றே எண்ணி, உங்களோடு இப்படிப் பேசுகிறேன். நீங்களும் எங்களுக்கு உங்கள் உள்ளங்களைத் திறந்து அன்பு செலுத்துங்கள்.

Nowe for the same recompence, I speake as to my children, Be you also inlarged.

14 அவிசுவாசிகளுடன் ஒன்றாக பிணைக்கப்படாதிருங்கள். நீதிக்கும் கொடுமைக்கும் இடையில், பொதுவானது என்ன?

Be not vnequally yoked with the infidels: for what fellowship hath righteousnesse with vnrighteousnesse? and what communion hath light with darkenesse?

15 கிறிஸ்துவுக்கும், சாத்தானுக்கும் இடையே என்ன இணக்கம் இருக்கிறது? விசுவாசிக்கும், அவிசுவாசிக்கும் இடையில் பொதுவானது என்ன இருக்கிறது?

And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath the beleeuer with the infidell?

16 இறைவனுடைய ஆலயத்திற்கும், விக்கிரகங்களுக்கும் இடையே என்ன உடன்பாடு உண்டு? ஏனெனில், நாம் ஜீவனுள்ள இறைவனின் ஆலயமாய் இருக்கிறோமே. இறைவன் உங்களைக்குறித்து இப்படியாக சொல்லியிருக்கிறார்: “நான் அவர்களுடன் வாழுவேன். அவர்களிடையே உலாவுவேன். நான் அவர்களுடைய இறைவனாயிருப்பேன். அவர்கள் என் மக்களாயிருப்பார்கள்.”

And what agreement hath the Temple of God with idols? for ye are the Temple of the liuing God: as God hath said, I will dwell among them, and walke there: and I will be their God, and they shalbe my people.

17 ஆகவே, “அவர்களைவிட்டு வெளியே வந்து, பிரிந்திருங்கள். அசுத்தமான எதையும் தொடாதேயுங்கள். அப்பொழுது நான் உங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்வேன், என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்கிறார்.”

Wherefore come out from among them, and separate your selues, saith the Lord, and touch none vncleane thing, and I wil receiue you.

18 மற்றும், “நான் உங்களுக்குத் தகப்பனாயிருப்பேன். நீங்கள் எனக்கு மகன்களாயும் மகள்களாயும் இருப்பீர்கள் என்று, எல்லாம் வல்ல கர்த்தர் சொல்கிறார்.”

And I will be a Father vnto you, and ye shalbe my sonnes and daughters, saith the Lord almightie.
