1 கொரிந்தியர் 6

1 உங்களில் யாருக்காவது வேறொருவருடன் ஒரு தகராறு ஏற்படுமாயின், அவன் தீர்ப்புக்காக பரிசுத்தவான்களிடம் போகாமல் அநீதியுள்ளவர்களிடம் போகத் துணிகிறதென்ன?

Dare any of you, hauing businesse against an other, be iudged vnder the vniust, and not vnder the Saintes?

2 பரிசுத்தவான்கள்தான் உலகத்தை ஒரு நாள் நியாயந்தீர்ப்பவர்கள் என்பது உங்களுக்குத் தெரியாதா? உலகத்தையே நீங்கள் நியாயந்தீர்க்கப் போகிறவர்களாயின், சிறிய வழக்குகளை நியாயந்தீர்க்க உங்களுக்குத் தகுதியில்லையோ?

Doe ye not knowe, that the Saintes shall iudge the worlde? If the worlde then shalbe iudged by you, are ye vnworthie to iudge the smallest matters?

3 இறைவனுடைய தூதர்களையும் நாம்தான் நியாயந்தீர்ப்போம் என்று உங்களுக்குத் தெரியாதா? அப்படியானால், இவ்வுலக வாழ்க்கைக்குரிய வழக்குகளை நியாயந்தீர்ப்பதில் நீங்கள் இன்னும் அதிக தகுதியுடையவர்களாய் இருக்கிறீர்களே.

Knowe ye not that we shall iudge the Angels? howe much more, things that perteine to this life?

4 ஆதலால், அத்தகைய காரியங்களைக்குறித்து உங்களுக்குத் தகராறு ஏற்படுமாயின், திருச்சபையில் புறக்கணிக்கப்பட்டவர்களையே நியாயத்தீர்ப்பு செய்யும் நடுவர்களாக நியமித்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.

If then ye haue iudgements of things perteining to this life, set vp them which are least esteemed in the Church.

5 உங்களை வெட்கப்படுத்துவதற்காகவே நான் இதைச் சொல்கிறேன். சகோதரர்களிடையே உள்ள தகராறைத் தீர்க்கக்கூடிய ஞானமுள்ள ஒருவனாவது உங்கள் மத்தியில் இல்லையோ?

I speake it to your shame. Is it so that there is not a wise man among you? no not one, that can iudge betweene his brethren?

6 மாறாக, ஒரு சகோதரன் இன்னொரு சகோதரனுக்கு விரோதமாக நீதிமன்றத்துக்குப் போகிறானே. அதுவும் அவிசுவாசிகளுக்கு முன்பாகவே இப்படிச் செய்கிறானே.

But a brother goeth to law with a brother, and that vnder the infidels.

7 உங்களிடையே நீதிமன்ற வழக்குகள் இருப்பது ஏற்கெனவே நீங்கள் முழுவதுமாக தோற்கடிக்கப்படுவீர்கள் என்பதையே காட்டுகிறது. மாறாக உங்களுக்குச் செய்யப்படும் தீமையை நீங்கள் ஏன் சகித்துக்கொள்ளக்கூடாது? மற்றவர்கள் உங்களை ஏமாற்றினாலும் ஏன் அதைப் பொறுத்துக்கொள்ளக்கூடாது?

Nowe therefore there is altogether infirmitie in you, in that yee goe to lawe one with another: why rather suffer ye not wrong? why rather susteine yee not harme?

8 அப்படியிராமல் நீங்கள் ஏமாற்றி, அநியாயம் செய்கிறீர்கள், அதுவும் உங்கள் உடன் சகோதரர்களுக்கல்லவா செய்கிறீர்கள்.

Nay, yee your selues doe wrong, and doe harme, and that to your brethren.

9 அநியாயக்காரர்களுக்கு இறைவனுடைய அரசில் உரிமைப் பங்கு இல்லை என்பது உங்களுக்குத் தெரியாதா? ஏமாந்து போகாதிருங்கள்: முறைகேடான பாலுறவில் ஈடுபடுகிறவர்களோ, சிலை வணக்கக்காரர்களோ, விபசாரம் செய்கிறவர்களோ, ஆண் வேசியர்களோ, ஓரினச் சேர்க்கையாளர்களோ,

Knowe yee not that the vnrighteous shall not inherite the kingdome of God? Be not deceiued: neither fornicatours, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor wantons, nor buggerers,

10 அல்லது திருடரோ, பேராசைக்காரர்களோ, குடிவெறியரோ, பழிசொல்லித் தூற்றுவோரோ, ஏமாற்றுக்காரரோ இவர்களில் ஒருவரும் இறைவனுடைய அரசைச் சுதந்தரிப்பதில்லை.

Nor theeues, nor couetous, nor drunkards, nor railers, nor extortioners shall inherite the kingdome of God.

11 உங்களில் சிலரும் அவ்வாறே இருந்தீர்கள். ஆனாலும், நீங்கள் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் பெயரினாலும், நமது இறைவனின் ஆவியானவரினாலும் கழுவப்பட்டீர்கள், பரிசுத்தமாக்கப்பட்டீர்கள், நீதிமான்களாக்கப்பட்டீர்கள்.

And such were some of you: but yee are washed, but yee are sanctified, but yee are iustified in the Name of the Lord Iesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

12 “எல்லாவற்றையும் அனுபவிக்க எனக்கு உரிமையுண்டு” என்று நீங்கள் சொல்கிறீர்கள். ஆனால் எல்லாமே பயனுள்ளதல்ல. “எல்லாவற்றையும் அனுபவிக்க எனக்கு உரிமையுண்டு.” ஆனால் நான் ஒன்றிற்கும் அடிமைப்படமாட்டேன்.

All thinges are lawfull vnto mee, but all thinges are not profitable. I may doe all things, but I will not be brought vnder the power of any thing.

13 “வயிற்றுக்கு உணவும், உணவிற்கு வயிறும்” என்கிறீர்கள். ஆனாலும் இறைவன் ஒரு நாள் அவை இரண்டையும் அழித்துப்போடுவார். உடல், முறைகேடான பாலுறவுக்குரியதல்ல; அது கர்த்தருக்கே உரியது. கர்த்தரும் உடலுக்குரியவர்.

Meates are ordeined for the bellie, and the belly for the meates: but God shall destroy both it, and them. Nowe the bodie is not for fornication, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the bodie.

14 இறைவன் தமது வல்லமையினால் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுவை மரணத்திலிருந்து எழுப்பினாரே. அவர் நம்மையும் எழுப்புவார்.

And God hath also raised vp the Lord, and shall raise vs vp by his power.

15 உங்கள் உடல்கள் கிறிஸ்துவின் உறுப்புகள் என்பதை நீங்கள் அறியாதிருக்கிறீர்களா? அவ்வாறிருக்க, கிறிஸ்துவின் உறுப்புகளை நாம் வேசியுடன் இணைக்கலாமா? அப்படி ஒருபோதும் செய்யக்கூடாதே.

Knowe yee not, that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.

16 தன்னை ஒரு வேசியுடன் இணைக்கிறவன், அவளுடன் ஒரே உடலாய் இணைகிறான் என்பதை அறியாதிருக்கிறீர்களா? ஏனெனில், வேதவசனம் சொல்கிறபடி, “இருவரும் ஒரே உடலாயிருப்பார்கள்.”

Doe ye not knowe, that he which coupleth himselfe with an harlot, is one body? for two, sayeth he, shalbe one flesh.

17 ஆனால் தன்னைக் கர்த்தருடன் இணைத்துக்கொள்கிறவன், ஆவியில் அவருடன் ஒன்றிணைந்திருக்கிறான்.

But hee that is ioyned vnto the Lord, is one spirite.

18 முறைகேடான பாலுறவிலிருந்து விலகியோடுங்கள். மனிதன் செய்யும் மற்ற எல்லாப் பாவங்களும் அவனுடைய உடலுக்கு வெளியே இருக்கும்; ஆனால் பாலுறவுப் பாவங்களைச் செய்கிறவன், தன் சொந்த உடலுக்கு விரோதமாகவே பாவம் செய்கிறான்.

Flee fornication: euery sinne that a man doeth, is without the bodie: but hee that committeth fornication, sinneth against his owne bodie.

19 உங்கள் உடல் பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரின் ஆலயமாக இருக்கிறதென்றும், நீங்கள் அறியாதிருக்கிறீர்களா? இறைவனிடமிருந்து நீங்கள் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட ஆவியானவர் உங்களில் குடியிருக்கிறாரே. நீங்கள் உங்களுக்குச் சொந்தமானவர்கள் அல்ல.

Knowe yee not, that your body is the temple of the holy Ghost, which is in you, whom ye haue of God? and yee are not your owne.

20 நீங்கள் விலைக்கு வாங்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறீர்கள். ஆகையால் உங்கள் உடலினால் இறைவனை மகிமைப்படுத்துங்கள்.

For yee are bought for a price: therefore glorifie God in your bodie, and in your spirit: for they are Gods.
