When Jesus had ended this discourse, he said, lifting up his eyes to heaven, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee;

Now this is the life eternal, to know thee the only true God, and Jesus, the Messiah, thy Apostle. (aiōnios g166)

I have glorified thee upon the earth; I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.

and that thou hast imparted to me the doctrine, which I have imparted to them. They have received it, knowing for certain, that I came forth from thee, and am commissioned by thee.

It is for them that I pray. I pray not for the world, but for those whom thou hast given me; because they are thine.

And all mine are thine, and thine mine, and I am glorified in them.

I continue no longer in the world; but these continue in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, preserve them in thy name, whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.

While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name; those whom thou hast given me, I have preserved. None of them in lost, except the son of perdition, as the scripture foretold.

But now that I am coming to thee, I speak these things in the world, that their joy in me may be complete.

I have delivered thy word to them, and the world hates them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

15 Ngo bunua nyiamooku so doonv nga naarotvka vla mima, vbvritola bunua Alvmanv loka toryagaya laka vla mindunv.

I do not pray thee to remove them out of the world, but to preserve them from evil.

16 Ngo gv nyiamooku gvngv manam apiabv bunu nyiamooku gvngv kuma.

Of the world they are not, as I am not of the world.

17 Noogv gaam v jvjvrungnv; jvjvnv gaam lokv no bunua no gvbv jvjv dukubv mvsulaka.

Consecrate them by the truth; thy word is the truth.

18 No oguaingbv ngam nyiamooku so vngmupvdw, vkv aingbv ngo bunua nyiamooku so vngmupvnv.

As thou hast made me thy Apostle to the world, I have made them my Apostles to the world.

And I consecrate myself for them, that they may be consecrated through the truth.

20 “Ngo bunu mvngchik lvgabv kumma, vbvritola bunugv doin lokv nga mvngjwngnv vdwgv lvgabvka kumdunv.

Nor do I pray for these alone, but for those also who shall believe on me through their teaching;

21 Bunu mvnwngnga akin molaka vla ngo kumdunv. Abu! no ngoogvlo okv ngo no gvlo vkv aingbv bunuaka ngonu gvlo akin motoka, okv nyiamooku so gv nyi vdwv no kunyi nga vngmunv vla chindubv.

that all may be one; that as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, they also may be one in us, that the world may believe that thou hast sent me;

22 No okv ngo oguaingbv akinpvdw, vkv aingbv bunuaka akin modubv vla, no gv jinam yunglit nama ngo bunua jipvnv.

and that thou gavest me the glory, which I have given them; that they may be one, as we are one;

23 Ngo bunu gvlo okv no ngoogvlo, vkvlvgavbolo bunu mvnwngngv akin dukubv, nyiamookuv no ngam vngmunv vla chinam lvgabv okv no gv ngam paknam apiabv bunua no pakdu kubv.”

I in them, and thou in me, that their union may be perfected; that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and that thou lovest them, as thou lovest me.

24 “Abu no bunuam ngam jito, okv ngo ogolo dooredw bunuaka ngoogvlo doomu nvpv mvngdu, noogv nga yunglit dubv jinama ngooka bunua ngoogv yunglit nama kaatam dukubv ogulvgavbolo nyiamookua pwklinyarlin madvbv no ngam pakpvnv.

Father, I would that where I shall be, those whom thou hast given me may be with me; that they may behold my glory, which thou gavest me, because thou lovedst me before the formation of the world.

25 Daadwvrwnv Abu! Nyia mooku v nam chima vbvritola ngo nam chindu, okv si bunu no nga vngmunv vla chindu.

Righteous Father, though the world knows not thee, I know thee; and these know that I have thy commission.

26 Ngo nam bunua chimu dukubv mvpvnv, okv ngo vbvdvdvbv ribwngre, vkvlvgabv no gv ngam paknamv bunu gvlo doolwk dukubv.”

And to them I have communicated, and will communicate thy name: that I being in them, they may share in the love with which thou lovest me.
