Paul called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother,

2 Korinth lo doonv Pwknvyarnv gv gvrja nga, Pwknvyarnv gv darwk kunv gubv goklin kunam nyi mvnwngnga, yvvbunudw Jisu Kristonyi akin gubv rilaku ninyi gvbv rikunv vdwa, okv ngonu gvla bunugv Ahtu bv rikunv Jisu Kristonyi kumnvjonv mooku mvnwng gv nyi mvnwngnga mintala kumrwk sunama jidunv:

To the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call on the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

3 Ngonugv Abu Pwknvyarnv okv Ahtu Jisu Kristo nonu mvnwngnga aya okv sarsopoyo nga jigv yika.

Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

4 Ngo alu gv dwkia ngoogv Pwknvyarnvnyi umbonyikv vdunv ogulvgavbolo Kristo Jisu gv lokv Nw nonua aya nga jinam lvgabv.

I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;

5 Kristonyi lvkobv akin kunam lvgalo nonu minamtamnam lo, chinampanam lo okv ogumvnwnglo nyitv nvgobv ridukunv.

That in every thing you are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;

6 Kristo gv lvkwngbv doin minammv, nonu gvlo alvrungbv haatinla hvngdwng dukunv

Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:

7 vkvlvgabv vbolo nonugv Ahtu Jisu Kristo gv kaatam kose nga toyala donammv bokta lwkji nama achuk guka ngemu mabv naarwkla ridukunv.

So that you come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:

8 Nw nonua ataranya alu lobv haatin rungbv vvpv reku, Jisu Kristo gv Jwngkadakadw Alu lo nonua gungnying doomu manam lvgabv.

Who shall also confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

9 Ngonua ninyigv kuunyilo Jisu Kristo ngonugv Ahtunyi akin gubv ribamdakbam dukubv goknv Pwknvyarnvnyi mvngtin rungdubv ridu.

God is faithful, by whom you were called to the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.

10 Ngoogv achiboru vdwa, ngo nonu mvnwngnga ngonugv Ahtu Jisu Kristo gv jwkrw lokv dinchibv mindunv, nonugv aralo apinain maanam lvgabv nonu ogugo minje rijeka tolwktoak minsula baakin gubv mvngbam la ribamdobam laka.

Now I beseech you, brothers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

For it has been declared to me of you, my brothers, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you.

Now this I say, that every one of you says, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.

Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were you baptized in the name of Paul?

14 Ngo Pwknvyarnvnyi umbonyikv vdunv ogulvgavbolo Krispas nyila Gayus bunyia mimabv ngo nonua yvvnyika baptisma jima.

I thank God that I baptized none of you, but Crispus and Gaius;

15 Vbvrikunamv, ngoogv lvbwlaksu gubv baptisma naapvnv vla nonuno yvvka minyu mare.

Lest any should say that I had baptized in my own name.

16 (Ho mvngpa mabvnyi, ngo Stepanas nyila ninyigv vpin ha baptisma jita pvnvmabv; vbvritola ngo kvvbi nga yvvnyika baptisma jinam go mvngpama.)

And I baptized also the household of Stephanas: besides, I know not whether I baptized any other.

17 Kristo nga baptisma jinam lvgabv vngmuma. Nw nga Alvnv Yunying nga minji modubv vngmuto, okv hum nyia chinampanam gaam lokv minvnvmabv mintoka vbvrimabolo Kristo gv daapo lo sinam gv jwkrw v anyung kaamare vla.

For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.

18 Jisu Kristo gv daapo lo sinam gv doinv nyekunv nyi vdwgv lvgabv si ogu anyung kaama; vbvritola ngonu turnv nyi vdwgv lvgabv si Pwknvyarnv gv jwkrw v.

For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but to us which are saved it is the power of God.

19 Darwknv Kitaplo mindu, “Ngo chinvpanv nyi vdwgv mvngkimvnglak a mvyakre okv skular vdwgv chinggv nvnv ngaaka naa reku.”

For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.

20 Vbvrikunamv chinvpanv nga vmalo skular a vmalo nyiamooku so gv minlakminku vdwa ogolo kayu pvku? Nyiamooku so gv mvngkimvnglak v pvcha nvngv vla pwknvyarnv kaatam toku! (aiōn g165)

Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? (aiōn g165)

21 Pwknvyarnv ninyigv chinampaanam mv nyi vdwa bunu atugv chinampaanam lokv ninyia chinla madubv mvpvku. Vmabvya nyiamooku nyi vdwgv pvcha gubv vnam doin a ngonu japji yadu, um yvvdw mvngjwng redw Pwknvyarnv ringdukubv minbwk toku.

For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

22 Jius nyi vdwv rvbwngnam lvgabv lamrwpanam go makardu okv Grik nyi vdwv chinampanam ma makardu.

For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:

23 Ngonu gvbv, daapo lo sinv Kristo gv lvga doin nam mingo jidu, doin si Jius vdwa pamisunam gubv ridu okv Jentail nyi vdwgv lvgabv pvcha doin gubv ridu;

But we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block, and to the Greeks foolishness;

24 vbvritola Pwknvyarnv gv goklin kunam nyi vdw Jius jeka Jentail jeka anyi gv lvgabv si doin si Kristo, ninyi Pwknvyarnv gv jwkrw v okv Pwknvyarnv gv chinampanam mv.

But to them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

25 Ogulvgavbolo vbvridu, Pwknvyarnv gv pvchayau ngv nyi tanyi gv chinampanam ma kaiyadunv, okv Pwknvyarnv gv abiktaik kv nyi tanyi gv ator a kaiyadunv.

Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

26 Ngoogv achiboru vdwa vjak nonu mvngpa tvka, Pwknvyarnv gv nonua gokri ho nonuno ogunvbv rito. Nyi tanyi gv lokv kaabolo nyi meching gunv kvgonv nonuno chinvpanv gubv rito, vmalo jwkrw rwtv nvgobv rito vmalo nyitv nyigam nvgubv rito.

For you see your calling, brothers, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:

27 Pwknvyarnv chinjv lvtola chinvpanv vdwa hinying monam lvgabv pvcha yaunv nyi vdwa darpvkunv. Okv kainv vdwa hinying monam lvgabv ala kaakumanv nyi vdwa darpvkunv.

But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

28 Nw nyiamooku soogv nyi tolatoakunam okv ogu arv kaama vla mvngnam vdwa dartoku, nyiamooku soogv alvnvgo vla mvngnam vdwa mvyakriyak dubv.

And base things of the world, and things which are despised, has God chosen, yes, and things which are not, to bring to nothing things that are:

29 Svbvrinam si yvvka Pwknvyarnv gv kaakulo goosu manam lvgabv.

That no flesh should glory in his presence.

30 Vbvritola Pwknvyarnv nonua Kristo Jisu gvlo akin dukubv naalwk pvkunv, okv Pwknvyarnv Kristonyi ngonugv mvngkimvnglak gubv mvpvkunv. Ninyi gvlokv ngonu Pwknvyarnv gvlo rijwkdojwk yakulo aapv kunv; ngonu Pwknvyarnv gv darwknv nyi vdw gubv rilaku ajarabi bv ripvkunv.

But of him are you in Christ Jesus, who of God is made to us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

31 Vbvrikunamv, Darwknv Kitaplo vbv mindu, “Yvvdw goonvpv mvngdunv, Pwknvyarnv ogugo ripvdw ho lvkwnglo googing nvtoka.”

That, according as it is written, He that glories, let him glory in the Lord.
