Jeremias 35
1 Ito ang salitang dumating kay Jeremias mula kay Yahweh sa mga panahon ni Jehoiakim na anak ni Josias na hari ng Juda, at sinabi niya,
The word which it came to Jeremiah from with Yahweh in [the] days of Jehoiakim [the] son of Josiah [the] king of Judah saying.
2 “Pumunta ka sa angkan ng mga Recabita at magsalita ka sa kanila. At dalhin mo sila sa aking tahanan, sa isa sa mga silid doon at bigyan mo sila ng alak na maiinom.”
Go to [the] house of the Rechabites and you will speak them and you will bring them [the] house of Yahweh to one of the rooms and you will give to drink them wine.
3 Kaya dinala ko si Jaazanias na anak ni Jeremias na anak ni Habasinias at ang kaniyang mga kapatid na lalaki, ang lahat ng kaniyang mga anak na lalaki at ang lahat ng angkan ng Recabita.
And I took Jaazaniah [the] son of Jeremiah [the] son Habazziniah and brothers his and all children his and all [the] house of the Rechabites.
4 Dinala ko sila sa tahanan ni Yahweh, sa mga silid ng mga anak ni Heman na anak ni Igdalias, na lingkod ng Diyos. Ang mga silid na ito ay katabi ng silid ng mga pinuno kung saan nasa itaas ng silid ni Maaseias na anak ni Sallum, na tagapagbantay ng tarangkahan.
And I brought them [the] house of Yahweh to [the] room of [the] sons of Hanan [the] son Igdaliah [the] man of God which [was] beside [the] room of the officials which [was] from above [the] room of Maaseiah [the] son of Shallum [the] keeper of the threshold.
5 Pagkatapos, naglagay ako ng mga mangkok at mga kopang puno ng alak sa harapan ng mga Recabita at sinabi ko sa kanila, “Uminom kayo ng alak.”
And I put before - [the] sons of [the] house of the Rechabites bowls full wine and cups and I said to them drink wine.
6 Ngunit sinabi nila, “Hindi kami iinom ng anumang alak, sapagkat inutusan kami ng aming ninunong si Jonadab na anak ni Recab na, 'Huwag kayong uminom ng anumang alak, kayo o ng inyong mga kaapu-apuhan, magpakailanman.
And they said not we drink wine for Jonadab [the] son of Rechab ancestor our he commanded to us saying not you must drink wine you and children your until perpetuity.
7 Huwag din kayong magtayo ng anumang mga bahay, maghasik ng anumang mga butil o magtanim ng anumang mga ubasan, hindi ito para sa inyo. Sapagkat dapat kayong manirahan sa mga tolda sa buong buhay ninyo, upang sa gayon kayo ay mamumuhay ng mahabang panahon sa lupain kung saan kayo nananatili gaya ng mga dayuhan.'
And a house not you must build and seed not you must sow and a vineyard not you must plant and not it will belong to you for in tents you will dwell all days your so that you may live days many on [the] surface of the ground where you [are] sojourning there.
8 Sinunod namin ang tinig ni Jonadab na anak ni Recab, na aming ninuno sa lahat ng kaniyang iniutos sa amin, na huwag kailanmang uminom ng alak sa buong buhay namin, kami ng aming mga asawa, ng aming mga anak na lalaki at babae.
And we have listened to [the] voice of Jonadab [the] son of Rechab ancestor our to all that he commanded us to not to drink wine all days our we wives our sons our and daughters our.
9 At huwag kailanman kaming magtatayo ng mga bahay upang tirahan, at hindi kami magkakaroon ng ubasan, bukirin o binhi na aming pag-aari.
And to not to build houses to dwell in we and vineyard and field and seed not it belongs to us.
10 Nanirahan kami sa mga tolda at nakinig at sumunod sa lahat ng iniutos ng aming ninunong si Jonadab.
And we have dwelt in tents and we have obeyed and we have done according to all that he commanded us Jonadab ancestor our.
11 Ngunit nang nilusob ni Nebucadnezar na hari ng Babilonia ang lupain, sinabi namin, 'Halikayo, dapat tayong pumunta sa Jerusalem upang tumakas mula sa mga hukbo ng Caldeo at ng taga-Siria.' Kaya naninirahan kami sa Jerusalem.”
And it was when came up Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon against the land and we said come so we may go Jerusalem because of [the] army of the Chaldeans and from before [the] army of Aram and we have dwelt in Jerusalem.
12 At dumating ang salita ni Yahweh kay Jeremias at sinabi,
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to Jeremiah saying.
13 “Sinasabi ito ni Yahweh ng mga hukbo, na Diyos ng Israel, 'Pumunta ka at sabihin sa mga kalalakihan ng Juda at sa mga naninirahan sa Jerusalem, “Hindi ba ninyo tatanggapin ang pagtutuwid at hindi pakikinggan ang aking mga salita? —ito ang pahayag ni Yahweh.
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel go and you will say to [the] man of Judah and to [the] inhabitants of Jerusalem ¿ not will you accept correction to listen to words my [the] utterance of Yahweh.
14 Ang mga salita ni Jonadab na anak ni Recab na ibinigay niya sa kaniyang mga anak bilang utos, na huwag uminom ng anumang alak ay sinusunod hanggang sa panahong ito. Sinunod nila ang utos ng kanilang ninuno. Ngunit para sa akin, ako mismo ang patuloy na nagpapahayag sa inyo, ngunit hindi kayo nakikinig sa akin.
It was carried out [the] words of Jonadab [the] son of Rechab which he commanded children his to not to drink wine and not they have drunk until the day this for they have obeyed [the] commandment of ancestor their and I I have spoken to you rising early and speaking and not you have listened to me.
15 Ipinadala ko ang lahat ng aking mga lingkod, na mga propeta. And I sent to you all servants my the prophets - rising early and sending - saying turn back please everyone from way his evil and make good deeds your and may not you walk after gods other to serve them and dwell to the land which I gave to you and to ancestors your and not you inclined ear your and not you listened to me.

For they have carried out [the] sons of Jonadab [the] son of Rechab [the] commandment of ancestor their which he commanded them and the people this not they have listened to me.
17 Kaya sinasabi ni Yahweh, na Diyos ng mga hukbo at Diyos ng Israel, 'Tingnan ninyo, ang lahat ng mga sakunang aking ipinahayag laban sa kanila—dadalhin ko ang mga sakunang ito sa Juda at sa lahat ng naninirahan sa Jerusalem, dahil nagbabala ako sa kanila, ngunit hindi sila nakinig. Tinawag ko sila, ngunit hindi sila sumagot.”'
Therefore thus he says Yahweh [the] God of hosts [the] God of Israel here I [am] about to bring to Judah and to all [the] inhabitants of Jerusalem all the calamity which I spoke on them because I spoke to them and not they listened and I called to them and not they answered.
18 Sinabi ni Jeremias sa sambahayan ng mga Recabita, “Sinasabi ito ni Yahweh ng mga hukbo, na Diyos ng Israel: Pinakinggan ninyo ang mga utos ni Jonadab na inyong ninuno at ginawa ang lahat ng mga ito—sinunod ninyo ang lahat ng kaniyang iniutos na gawin ninyo—
And to [the] house of the Rechabites he said Jeremiah thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel because that you have listened to [the] commandment of Jonadab ancestor your and you have kept all commandments his and you have done according to all that he commanded you.
19 kaya sinasabi ni Yahweh ng mga hukbo, na Diyos ng Israel, 'Laging magkakaroon ng taong nagmula kay Jonadab na anak ni Recab na maglilingkod sa akin.”'
Therefore thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel not it will be cut off a man to Jonadab [the] son of Rechab [who] will stand before me all the days.
