Mga Awit 130

1 Mula sa mga kalaliman ay dumaing ako sa iyo, Oh Panginoon.

Yahweh, I have a lot of troubles/many difficulties, so I call out to you.

2 Panginoon, dinggin mo ang aking tinig: pakinggan ng iyong mga pakinig ang tinig ng aking mga pamanhik.

Yahweh, hear me, while I call out to you [SYN] to be merciful to me!

3 Kung ikaw, Panginoon, magtatanda ng mga kasamaan, Oh Panginoon, sinong tatayo?

Yahweh, if you kept a record of the sins [that we have committed], not one [of us] [RHQ] would escape from being condemned [and punished]

4 Nguni't may kapatawarang taglay ka, upang ikaw ay katakutan.

But you forgive us, with the result that we greatly revere you.

5 Aking hinihintay ang Panginoon, hinihintay ng aking kaluluwa, at sa kaniyang salita ay umaasa ako.

Yahweh has said [that he would help/rescue me]; I trust what he said, and I wait eagerly for him to do that.

6 Hinihintay ng aking kaluluwa ang Panginoon, ng higit kay sa paghihintay ng bantay sa umaga; Oo, higit kay sa bantay sa umaga.

I wait for Yahweh [to help me] more than watchmen wait for the light to dawn; yes, I wait more eagerly than they do!

7 Oh Israel, umasa ka sa Panginoon; sapagka't sa Panginoon ay may kagandahang-loob.

You [my fellow] Israelis, confidently expect that Yahweh [will bless us]. [He will bless us] because he faithfully loves [us], and he is very willing to save/rescue [us].

8 At kaniyang tutubusin ang Israel sa lahat niyang kasamaan.

And he will save us Israeli [people] from [being punished for] all the sins that [we] have committed.
