Hagai 1
1 Nang ikalawang taon ni Dario na hari, nang ikaanim na buwan, nang unang araw ng buwan, dumating ang salita ng Panginoon sa pamamagitan ni Hagai na propeta kay Zorobabel na anak ni Sealtiel, na gobernador sa Juda, at kay Josue na anak ni Josadac na dakilang saserdote, na nagsasabi,
In the secounde yeer of Darius, kyng of Persis, in the sixte monethe, in the firste dai of the monethe, the word of the Lord was maad in the hond of Aggey, profete, to Sorobabel, sone of Salatiel, duyk of Juda, and to Jhesu, the greet preest, sone of Josedech,
2 Ganito ang sinasalita ng Panginoon ng mga hukbo, na sinasabi, ang bayang ito'y nagsasabi, Hindi pa dumarating ang panahon, ang panahon ng pagtatayo ng bahay sa Panginoon.
and seide, The Lord of oostis seith these thingis, and spekith, This puple seith, Yit cometh not the tyme of the hous of the Lord to be bildid.
3 Nang magkagayo'y dumating ang salita ng Panginoon sa pamamagitan ni Hagai na propeta, na nagsasabi,
And the word of the Lord was maad in the hond of Aggei,
4 Panahon baga sa inyo na tumahan sa inyong mga nakikisamihang bahay, samantalang ang bahay na ito ay namamalaging wasak?
profete, and seide, Whether it is tyme to you, that ye dwelle in housis couplid with tymbir, and this hous be forsakun?
5 Ngayon nga'y ganito ang sabi ng Panginoon ng mga hukbo, Gunitain ninyo ang inyong mga lakad.
And now the Lord of oostis seith these thingis, Putte ye youre hertis on youre weies.
6 Kayo'y nangaghasik ng marami, at nagsisiani ng kaunti; kayo'y nagsisikain, nguni't hindi kayo nagkaroon ng kahustuhan; kayo'y nagsisiinom, nguni't hindi kayo nangapapatirang-uhaw; kayo'y nangananamit, nguni't walang mainit; at yaong kumikita ng mga pinagarawan ay kumikita ng mga pinagarawan upang ilagay sa supot na may mga butas.
Ye han sowe myche, and brouyte in litil; ye han etun, and ben not fillid; ye han drunke, and ye ben not ful of drynk; ye hiliden you, and ye ben not maad hoote; and he that gaderide hiris, sente tho in to a sak holid, ether brokun.
7 Ganito ang sabi ng Panginoon ng mga hukbo, Gunitain ninyo ang inyong mga lakad.
The Lord of oostis seith these thingis, Putte ye youre hertis on youre weies.
8 Magsiahon kayo sa bundok, at mangagdala ng kahoy, at mangagtayo kayo ng bahay; at aking kalulugdan, at ako'y luluwalhati, sabi ng Panginoon.
Stie ye vp in to the munteyn, bere ye trees, and bilde ye an hous; and it schal be acceptable to me, and Y schal be glorified, seith the Lord.
9 Kayo'y nangaghintay ng marami, at, narito, ang dumating ay kaunti; at nang inyong dalhin sa bahay, aking hinipan. Bakit? sabi ng Panginoon ng mga hukbo. Dahil sa ang aking bahay ay nahahandusay na wasak, samantalang tumatakbo bawa't isa sa inyo sa kanikaniyang sariling bahay.
Ye bihelden to more, and lo! it is maad lesse; and ye brouyten in to the hous, and Y blew it out. For what cause, seith the Lord of oostis? for myn hous is desert, and ye hasten ech man in to his hous.
10 Kaya't dahil sa inyo, pinipigil ng langit ang hamog, at ipinagkakait ng lupa ang kaniyang bunga.
For this thing heuenes ben forbedun, that thei schulden not yyue dew on you; and the erthe is forbodun, that it schulde not yyue his buriownyng.
11 At ako'y nagpasapit ng pagkatuyo sa lupa, at sa mga bundok, at sa trigo, at sa alak, at sa langis, at sa sumisibol sa lupa, at sa mga tao, at sa baka, at sa lahat ng pinagpagalan ng mga kamay.
And Y clepide drynesse on erthe, and on mounteyns, and on wheete, and on wyn, and on oile, and what euer thingis the erthe bryngith forth; and on men, and on beestis, and on al labour of hondis.
12 Nang magkagayo'y si Zorobabel na anak ni Sealtiel, at si Josue na anak ni Josadac, na pangulong saserdote, sangpu ng buong nalabi sa bayan, nagsitalima sa tinig ng Panginoon nilang Dios, at sa mga salita ni Hagai na propeta, na siyang sinugo ng Panginoon nilang Dios; at ang bayan ay natakot sa harap ng Panginoon.
And Sorobabel, the sone of Salatiel, and Jhesus, the greet preest, the sone of Josedech, and alle relifs of the puple, herden the vois of her God, and the wordis of Aggei, the profete, as the Lord God of hem sente him to hem; and al the puple dredde of the face of the Lord.
13 Nang magkagayo'y nagsalita si Hagai, na sugo ng Panginoon ayon sa pasugo ng Panginoon sa bayan, na nagsasabi, Ako'y sumasainyo, sabi ng Panginoon.
And Aggei, a messanger of the Lord, of the messangeris of the Lord, seide to the puple, and spak, Y am with you, seith the Lord.
14 At kinilos ng Panginoon ang kalooban ni Zorobabel na anak ni Sealtiel, na gobernador sa Juda, at ang kalooban ni Josue na anak ni Josadac na pangulong saserdote, at ang kalooban ng buong nalabi sa bayan; at sila'y nagsiparoon, at nagsigawa sa bahay ng Panginoon ng mga hukbo, na kanilang Dios,
And the Lord reiside the spirit of Sorobabel, the sone of Salatiel, duik of Juda, and the spirit of Jhesu, the greet preest, the sone of Josedech, and the spirit of the relifs of al puple; and thei entriden, and maden werk in the hous of the Lord of oostis, her God.
15 Nang ikadalawang pu't apat na araw ng buwan, nang buwang ikaanim, nang ikalawang taon ni Dario na hari.
In the foure and twentithe dai of the monethe, in the sixte monethe, in the secunde yeer of kyng Darius.
