1 Och HERREN talade till Mose och sade:
And the Lord spak to Moises and seide, Speke thou to the sones of Israel,
2 Tala till Israels barn och säg till dem: Om någon skall fullgöra ett löfte, ett sådant varvid du har att bestämma värdet på personer som lovas åt HERREN, så gäller följande:
and thou schalt seye to hem, A man that makith avow, and bihetith his soule to God, schal yyue the priys vndur valu, ether preisyng.
3 Om värdet skall bestämmas för en man som är mellan tjugu och sextio år gammal, så skall du bestämma detta till femtio siklar silver, efter helgedomssikelns vikt.
If it is a male, fro the twentithe yeer `til to the sixtithe yeer, he schal yyue fifti siclis of siluer, at the mesure of seyntuarie, if it is a womman,
4 Om frågan gäller en kvinna, så skall du bestämma värdet till trettio siklar.
sche schal yyue thretti siclis;
5 Om frågan gäller någon som är mellan fem år och tjugu år gammal, så skall det värde du bestämmer vara för mankön tjugu siklar och för kvinnkön tio siklar.
forsothe fro the fifthe yeer `til to the twentithe yeer, a male schal yyue twenti cyclis, a womman schal yyue ten ciclis;
6 Om frågan gäller någon som är mellan en månad och fem år gammal, så skall det värde du bestämmer vara för mankön fem siklar silver och för kvinnkön tre siklar silver.

7 Om frågan gäller någon som är sextio år gammal eller därutöver, så skall det värde du bestämmer vara, om det är en man, femton siklar, men för en kvinna skall det vara tio siklar.
a male of sixti yeer and ouer schal yyue fiftene ciclis, a womman schal yyue ten cyclis.
8 Är någon i sådant armod att han icke kan betala det värde du bestämmer, så skall han ställas fram inför prästen, och prästen skall då bestämma ett värde för honom; efter vad den som har gjort löftet kan anskaffa skall prästen bestämma värdet för honom.
If it is a pore man, and may not yelde the valu, he schal stonde bifor the preest, and as myche as the preest preisith, and seeth that the pore man may yelde, so myche he schal yyue.
9 Om frågan gäller boskap, av de lag man får bära fram såsom offer åt HERREN, så skall allt sådant, när man har givit det åt HERREN, vara heligt;
Forsothe if ony man avowith a beeste, that may be offrid to the Lord, it schal be hooli,
10 man skall icke utväxla eller utbyta det, vare sig ett bättre mot ett sämre eller ett sämre mot ett bättre. Om någon likväl utbyter ett djur mot ett annat, så skall både det förra och det som har blivit lämnat i utbyte vara heligt.
and schal not mow be chaungid, that is, nethir a betere for `an yuel, nether `a worse for a good; and if he chaungith it, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord.
11 Men om frågan gäller något slags orent djur, ett sådant som man icke får bära fram såsom offer åt HERREN, så skall djuret ställas fram inför prästen;
Sotheli if ony man avowith an vncleene beeste, that may not be offrid to the Lord, it schal be brouyt bifor the preest,
12 och prästen skall bestämma dess värde, alltefter som det är bättre eller sämre. Såsom du -- prästen -- bestämmer det, så skall det vara.
and the preest schal deme whether it is good ether yuel, and schal sette the prijs;
13 Och om ägaren vill lösa djuret, så skall han till det värde du har bestämt lägga femtedelen av värdet.
which prijs if he that offrith wole yyue, he schal adde the fifthe part ouer the valu.
14 Om någon helgar sitt hus, för att det skall vara helgat åt HERREN, så skall prästen bestämma dess värde, alltefter som det är bättre eller sämre. Såsom prästen bestämmer dess värde, så skall det förbliva.
If a man avowith his hows, and halewith it to the Lord, the preest schal biholde, `whether it is good ether yuel, and bi the prijs, which is ordeyned of hym, it schal be seld;
15 Och om den som har helgat sitt hus vill lösa det, så skall han till det värde i penningar du har bestämt lägga femtedelen därav; då bliver det hans.

16 Om någon helgar åt HERREN ett stycke åker av sin arvsbesittning så skall du bestämma dess värde efter utsädet därpå: mot var homer utsädeskorn skola svara femtio siklar silver.
That if he avowith the feeld of his possessioun, and halewith to the Lord, the prijs schal be demed bi the mesure of seed; if the feeld is sowun with thritti buyschels of barli, it schal be seeld for fifti siclys of siluer.
17 Om han helgar sin åker ända från jubelåret, så skall det förbliva vid det värde du bestämmer.
If he auowith the feeld anoon for the yeer of the iubilee bigynnynge, as myche as it may be worth, bi so myche it schal be preisid;
18 Men om han helgar sin åker efter jubelåret, då skall prästen åt honom beräkna penningvärdet efter antalet av de år som återstå till nästa jubelår; och ett motsvarande avdrag skall göras på det värde du förut har bestämt.
but if it be after `sum part of tyme, the preest schal rykene the money bi the noumbre of yeeris that ben residue `til to the iubilee, and it schal be withdrawun of the prijs.
19 Och om den som har helgat åkern vill lösa den, så skall han till det värde i penningar du har bestämt lägga femtedelen därav; då förbliver den hans.
That if he that avowide wole ayenbie the feeld, he schal adde the fyuethe part of the money preisid, and he schal welde it;
20 Om han icke löser åkern, men säljer den åt någon annan, så får åkern sedan icke lösas,
but if he nyle ayenbie, but it is seeld to ony othir man, he that avowide schal `no more mowe ayenbie it;
21 utan när åkern frånträdes på jubelåret, skall den vara helgad åt HERREN, likasom en tillspillogiven åker; hans arvsbesittning tillfaller då prästen.
for whanne the dai of iubilee cometh, it schal be halewid to the Lord, and the possessioun halewid perteyneth to the riyt of preestis.
22 Om någon helgar åt HERREN en åker som han har köpt, en som icke hör till hans arvsbesittning,
If the feeld is bouyt, and is not of the possessioun of grettere men,
23 så skall prästen åt honom räkna ut beloppet av det bestämda värdet intill jubelåret; och han skall samma dag erlägga detta värde, som du har bestämt; det skall vara helgat åt HERREN.
and is halewid to the Lord, the preest schal determyne the prijs bi the noumbre of yeeris `til to the iubilee, and he that avowide the feeld schal yyue the prijs to the Lord;
24 Men på jubelåret skall åkern återgå till den av vilken den har blivit köpt, och vilkens arvejord den är.
forsothe in the iubilee it schal turne ayen to the formere lord that seelde it, and `haue he in to the eritage of his possessioun.
25 Och när du bestämmer något värde, skall det alltid bestämmas i helgedomssiklar, sikeln räknad till tjugu gera.
`Ech preisyng schal be peisid bi the sicle of seyntuarie; a sicle hath twenti halpens.
26 Men det som är förstfött ibland boskap, och som tillhör HERREN redan såsom förstfött, det skall ingen helga; vare sig det är ett djur av fäkreaturen eller ett djur av småboskapen, tillhör det redan HERREN
No man may halewe and avowe the firste gendrid thingis that perteynen to the Lord, whether it is oxe, whether scheep, tho ben the Lordis part.
27 Men om frågan gäller något orent djur, så skall man lösa det efter det värde du bestämmer och lägga femtedelen av värdet därtill. Om det icke löses, så skall det säljas efter det värde du bestämmer.
That if the beeste is vncleene, he that offride schal ayenbie by his valu, and he schal adde the fyuethe part of prijs; if he nyle ayenbie, it schal be seeld to another man, as myche euer as it is `set at valu.
28 Och om frågan gäller något tillspillogivet, vad någon har givit till spillo åt HERREN av sin egendom, det må vara en människa eller ett boskapsdjur eller den åker som är hans arvsbesittning, så får sådant varken säljas eller lösas; allt tillspillogivet är högheligt och tillhör HERREN.
Al thing which is halewid to the Lord, whether it is man, whether beeste, whether feeld, it schal not be seeld, nether it schal mow be ayenbouyt; whateuer thing is halewid onys, it schal be hooli of the noumbre of hooli thingis to the Lord,
29 En människa som har blivit tillspillogiven får aldrig lösas; en sådan måste dödas.
and ech halewyng which is offrid of man, schal not be ayenbouyt, but it schal die bi deeth.
30 Och all tionde av jorden, vare sig av säden på jorden eller av trädens frukt, tillhör HERREN; den är helgad åt HERREN.
Alle the tithis of erthe, whether of fruytis, whether of applis of trees, ben the Lordis part, and ben halewid to hym;
31 Om någon vill lösa något av sin tionde, så skall han lägga femtedelen av värdet därtill.
sotheli if ony man wole ayenbie hise tithis, he schal adde the fyuethe part of tho; of alle tithis,
32 Och vad beträffar tionde av fäkreatur eller av småboskap, allt som går under herdestaven, så skall av allt detta vart tionde djur vara helgat åt HERREN;
of scheep, and of oxen, and of geet, that passen vndur the `yerde of scheepherde, whateuer thing cometh to the tenthe part, it schal be halewid to the Lord;
33 man skall icke efterforska om det är bättre eller sämre, och man får icke utbyta det. Om någon likväl utbyter djuret, så skall både detta och det som har blivit lämnat i utbyte vara heligt; det får icke lösas.
it schal not be chosun, nether good, nether yuel; nethir it schal be chaungid for another; if ony man chaungith, bothe that, that is chaungid, and that, for which it is chaungid, schal be halewid to the Lord, and it schal not be ayenbouyt.
34 Dessa äro de bud som HERREN på Sinai berg gav Israels barn genom Mose.
These ben the comaundementis whiche the Lord comaundide to Moises, and to the sones of Israel, in the hil of Synay.
